Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: As bad as it gets in Week 4
Allen completed 16 of 33 passes for 151 yards and two interceptions while rushing five times for 19 yards and losing a fumble in Sunday's 22-0 loss at Green Bay.
Allen made an egregious error with his team looking for its first points in the final minute of the first half, throwing an interception in the end zone on an ill-advised wobbler over the middle under pressure. That mistake was a fitting end to a half in which Allen completed just five of 19 passes for 58 yards. He was picked off once more in the second half and failed to get his team on the scoreboard. Tennessee's defense should be a popular add as Allen and the Bills will host the Titans in Week 5.

Marcus Mariota QB | WAS
Titans' Marcus Mariota: Shocks Philly
Mariota completed 30 of 43 passes for 344 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception during Sunday's 26-23 win over the Eagles. He added 46 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.
Mariota did it all on Sunday, accounting for 65.7 percent of the Titans' rushing total all while picking the Eagles apart from the pocket. He was particularly surgical during overtime, converting a fourth-and-15 with a 19-yard strike to Taywan Taylor, a third-and-19 with a 17-yard scramble followed by a 17-yard dump-off to Dion Lewis, and then capping the game off with a 10-yard loft to Corey Davis. In what was his first full game under new offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur, Mariota looked like what the Titans thought they were getting when they drafted him second overall. He gets an inconsistent Bills defense in Week 5.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Shocks with six touchdowns in blowout win
Trubisky completed 19 of 26 passes for 354 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bears' 48-10 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also rushed three times for 53 yards.
It's quite possible the second-year quarterback will one day look back on this jaw-dropping effort as a turning point, as he turned in a completely unexpected performance. Trubisky connected with Tarik Cohen, Taylor Gabriel (twice), Trey Burton, Allen Robinson and Josh Bellamy for scores, racking up five of his six touchdowns in a spectacular first half. After primarily operating in the short- and mid-range passing window for the first three games, Trubisky averaged a whopping 13.6 yards per attempt Sunday, connecting on four passes of more than 20 yards. Trubisky will look to put together some type of reasonable encore when he faces the Dolphins following a Week 5 bye.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Just shy of 300 passing yards in win
Rodgers completed 22 of 40 passes for 298 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 22-0 win over Buffalo. He also rushed five times for 31 yards and lost a fumble.
Rodgers wasn't at his best, but he didn't have to be with Josh Allen and Buffalo's offense unable to get anything going. His lone touchdown was a three-yard pass to tight end Jimmy Graham in the first quarter. While he's still operating at less than 100 percent due to a knee injury, Rodgers should be deployed as usual against Detroit in Week 5.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Cardinals' Sam Bradford: Inactive Sunday
Bradford (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
As expected, Bradford has yielded the No. 2 job to Mike Glennon after losing the starting QB gig to Josh Rosen last weekend. Unless something happens to the duo, Bradford seems destined to be deactivated on game day for the foreseeable future.
-
Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Browns' Tyrod Taylor: Officially inactive Sunday
Taylor (concussion/back) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Taylor lost his starting job when rookie Baker Mayfield replaced him in Week 3 and came back to win against the Jets. Therefore, if he was healthy, Taylor would've been a backup, but Drew Stanton will take that role instead. Once Taylor's healthy again, he'll surely push Stanton back to the No. 3 spot, but Mayfield would have to lay an egg to be dethroned.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Returning in backup role
Winston (suspension) is active for Sunday's game against the Bears, but will serve as the backup quarterback with Ryan Fitzpatrick listed as the team's starter.
The Buccaneers didn't officially announce their plans at quarterback until minutes before kickoff, but multiple reports have surfaced over the past week suggesting Fitzpatrick would retain the starting nod for at least Week 4. Though that's now come to pass, Fitzpatrick may not have a long leash as the team's starter after coach Dirk Koetter reportedly mulled benching the signal-caller after he threw three second-quarter interceptions in Monday's 30-27 loss to the Steelers. Fitzpatrick rebounded in impressive fashion in the second half and leads the NFL with 11.1 yards per attempt this season, but his occasional turnover-prone ways could open the door for Winston to come on in relief Sunday if Fitzpatrick struggles early on.
-
Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Titans' Blaine Gabbert: Won't suit up Week 4
Gabbert (concussion) is listed as inactive Sunday against the Eagles, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Gabbert has been in concussion protocol all week, which prevented him from logging a single practice and greatly diminished his chances of suiting up. With Gabbert on the shelf, the recently-signed Austin Davis would serve as the emergency backup if starter Marcus Mariota (elbow) were to come out of the game for any reason.
-
Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Active, as expected
Rodgers (knee) is active Sunday against the Bills.
Rodgers has been tagged with a questionable designation for three consecutive weeks, and in a pattern Green Bay fans and fantasy owners have come to expect, he'll suit up yet again for the green and gold. While it's no secret the mobility of Rodgers has been limited due to the injury, he's still managed to throw for six touchdowns and zero interceptions through the season's first three weeks. In each game this season, Rodgers has compiled 265 or more yards, a completion percentage of 61 percent or greater and at least one passing touchdown, giving him a relatively secure fantasy floor despite not playing at 100 percent.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Cardinals' Sam Bradford: Likely inactive Sunday
Bradford is expected to be the Cardinals' No. 3 quarterback moving forward, resulting in inactive status on game days, Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reports.
The Cardinals won't officially confirm their Week 4 inactives until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:05 PM ET kickoff, but Bradford seemingly will be wearing street clothes with the Seahawks in town. Coach Steve Wilks will thus trust in Josh Rosen as the starting quarterback, with Mike Glennon backing up the 2018 first-round pick.
