Confirming an earlier report, Lynch will start Sunday's game against the Raiders, Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post reports.

The Broncos decided to make some wholesale changes on offense following their sixth consecutive loss in Week 11 to the Bengals, firing offensive coordinator Mike McCoy on Monday and elevating Bill Musgrave to interim duties and swapping out Brock Osweiler for Lynch at quarterback. Lynch was inactive for the Broncos' first 10 games while recovering from a sprained right shoulder, but he was named the backup over Trevor Siemian for the matchup with Cincinnati and is now healthy enough to unseat Osweiler, who like Siemian before him, proved inefficient and turnover prone as the starter. Lynch displayed similar efficiency issues while appearing in three games as a rookie, but given that the Broncos invested a first-round pick in him, the team is expected to stick with him as the starter over the final six games of the campaign to see if he's a long-term solution at the position. While Lynch's results could be erratic, the Broncos' decision to commit to him makes him worth owning in all settings that start two quarterbacks.

The Broncos plan to make Lynch their starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Raiders, a source informed Dan Graziano of ESPN.com, but the team has yet to formally announce a decision and likely won't until Wednesday.

Per Mike Klis of 9 News Denver, the Broncos' coaching staff hasn't informed any of the team's quarterbacks about who will be named the starter for Week 12, but with neither Trevor Siemian nor Brock Osweiler providing much of a spark behind center this season, Lynch would seemingly be the most logical candidate to take over as starter. The 2016 first-round pick wasn't especially productive during his cameos in three games last season, completing 49 of 83 passes (59 percent) for 497 yards, two touchdowns and an interception while fumbling twice. He's been eased back into the mix since suffering a shoulder strain in the preseason and wasn't active for any of the Broncos' games until the Week 11 loss to the Bengals, during which he acted as Osweiler's backup. Lynch offers more mobility than the Broncos' other quarterbacks, but his accuracy and ability to protect the ball remain concerns. Fortunately, the latter issue may not be too significant of a problem if he ends up getting the start against Oakland, the only team in the NFL yet to record an interception this season.

Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer confirmed that Keenum would start Thursday's game against the Lions, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

In the days leading up to the Vikings' Week 11 game against the Rams, Zimmer was initially reluctant to commit to Keenum as the team's starting quarterback, but ultimately gave the nod to the 29-year-old. Keenum remained his typically steady self in the Vikings' 24-7 victory, completing 27 of 38 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown to earn some more leash in his starting role. While Keenum isn't a Pro Bowl-level talent, his 66 percent completion rate and 12:5 TD:INT in nine appearances this season have been more than serviceable. It may take a bad outing or two before Keenum is at serious risk of losing his job to a healthy Teddy Bridgewater.

Wilson completed 26 of 42 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Monday night's 34-31 loss to the Falcons. He also rushed seven times for 86 yards and another score, but had a fumble returned for a touchdown.

Wilson's two turnovers shouldn't take away from an otherwise excellent performance, as he accounted for over 85 percent of Seattle's yards on offense while nearly leading another dramatic comeback victory. The quarterback has now thrown at least two touchdowns in five straight games, and along with adding his second rushing score of the campaign Monday, his 86 yards on the ground marked a season high. Consistently carrying the Seahawks offense, Wilson has a superb matchup against the 49ers in Week 12.

Broncos coach Vance Joseph suggested Monday that Lynch, Brock Osweiler and Trevor Siemian could all be options to start against the Raiders on Sunday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post reports.

The team's decision to fire Mike McCoy on Monday and promote Bill Musgrave to offensive coordinator might seem to set the table for another quarterback change, particularly after Osweiler completed less than 55 percent of his passes for a third straight week in Sunday's 20-17 loss to Cincinnati. While the Broncos apparently aren't ready for any commitments as of Monday, it still seems likely Lynch will take the reins of the offense at some point within the next few weeks, if not quite yet for Sunday's game against Oakland. The Broncos play their next two games on the road, but both contests (in Oakland and Miami) provide matchups against defenses that have consistently been steamrolled in recent weeks. Even after that two-game stretch, the remaining schedule looks quite favorable from a quarterback's perspective.

Head coach Sean McDermott seems to be giving legitimate consideration to starting Peterman again Week 12 in Kansas City, Joe Buscaglia of 7 ABC Buffalo reports.

After Peterman was pulled at halftime of his first NFL start with a historically bad stat line -- five interceptions on 14 attempts -- it widely was assumed the Bills would turn right back to Tyrod Taylor, who at least played well in mop-up duty during the second half of Sunday's 54-24 loss to the Chargers. That apparently isn't the case, as McDermott has yet to name a Week 12 starter and even seems to be dropping hints that Peterman could get the nod again. The Bills are still in the playoff hunt -- at least so far as record is concerned -- and there's little doubt the rookie was primarily responsible for at least three of Sunday's five interceptions. No matter, offensive coordinator Rick Dennison is singing a similar tune, saying Monday that he thinks Peterman is smart and will learn from the experience, ESPN.com's Mike Rodak reports. Given that the decision to bench Taylor was already controversial, the Bills will get crushed by the media if they decide to stick with Peterman, though their late-season schedule and recent performance suggest they may fall out of playoff contention regardless of which quarterback starts.

Winston (shoulder) will not return for Sunday's game in Atlanta, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Winston was reevaluated Monday and ruled out for at least one more game. The Bucs will take things on a week-to-week basis, likely opting for a cautious approach unless they miraculously climb back into the playoff picture. Ryan Fitzpatrick just led the team to back-to-back wins, albeit against the Jets and Dolphins with a major assist from the Tampa Bay defense. Still recovering from an AC joint sprain as well as a rear deltoid injury, Winston has yet to resume football activities.

Gabbert will get another start Week 12 against the Jaguars, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Cardinals coach Bruce Arians did leave the door open to switch back to Drew Stanton in Week 13, saying that the veteran quarterback's sprained knee was a factor in the decision. Given that Stanton was available as the backup in Sunday's 31-21 loss to Houston, it would seem the Cardinals' desire to evaluate Gabbert is the larger factor. Sitting at 4-6 in a tough conference, Arizona probably needs to win out to have a shot at the playoffs. Picking up a win against a Jacksonville team with a dominant pass defense will be a tough enough task on its own.

Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said Monday that Brissett remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, but the quarterback is expected to start Week 12 against the Titans, Zak Keefer of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Brissett entered the protocol after developing symptoms following the Week 10 loss to the Steelers. With the Colts coming off a bye week, Brissett will likely just need to put in a practice or two and receive clearance from an independent neurologist before he's lifted from the protocol. Brissett did take snaps in Monday's practice, but it's unclear how involved he was during the session.

Cardinals general manager Steve Keim sounded like he wants to see Gabbert get another start, according to Darren Urban of the team's official website.

Keim didn't actually provide anything concrete, other than saying that head coach Bruce Arians will make the final decision on whether Gabbert or Drew Stanton (knee) gets the start in Week 12 against the Jaguars. Common sense dictates it will be Gabbert, who completed 22 of 34 passes for 257 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 31-21 road loss to Houston. The defeat essentially crushed any hopes for a playoff appearance, and Cardinals brass previously had hinted that Gabbert could be the long-term replacement for Carson Palmer (arm). Regardless of which quarterback gets the starting nod, Arizona's offense doesn't figure to have much success in a brutal matchup with the red-hot Jaguars.
