Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills' Tyrod Taylor: Replaces Peterman after five picks
Bills coach Sean McDermott declined to commit to Taylor as the Week 12 starter when speaking to the media after Sunday's 54-24 loss to the Chargers, ESPN.com's Mike Rodak reports.
Nathan Peterman made McDermott look bad, throwing five interceptions on 14 pass attempts before giving way to Taylor for the start of the second half. Taylor made things worse in the third quarter when he lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown, but he bounced back strong in garbage time to finish 15-of-25 passing for 158 yards and a touchdown, adding four carries for 38 yards and another score. Common sense dictates he'll get the start Week 12 in Kansas City, but the Bills apparently are in no rush to make a decision.

Nathan Peterman QB | ATL
Bills' Nathan Peterman: Benched at halftime
Peterman was replaced by Tyrod Taylor after throwing five interceptions in the first half of Sunday's 54-24 loss to the Bills.
Buffalo's decision to start the fifth-round rookie backfired in a major way, as Peterman essentially handed a victory to another AFC wild-card contender. A pick-six on the opening drive wasn't actually his fault and the final interception may have been caused by a bad route, but the other three were caused by bad throws and bad decisions. Peterman also failed to move the ball, completing only six of 14 passes for 66 yards, with two carries for four yards. Tyrod Taylor seemingly played well enough in garbage time to retake the starting job for Week 12 in Kansas City, though head coach Sean McDermott wasn't ready to make any commitment when he talked to the media after Sunday's blowout loss, ESPN.com's Mike Rodak reports.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Throws two touchdowns
Stafford completed 21 of 31 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-24 win over Chicago.
Stafford has been quietly impressive this season, with multiple touchdown passes in seven of 10 games. His numbers over Detroit's three-game winning streak have been superb, though. He's posted a 7:1 touchdown-to-interception ratio and an absurd 10.1 yards per attempt. Stafford is humming, but it'll be interesting to see if his luck runs out next week against Minnesota. Stafford was held to 209 passing yards and no touchdowns against the Vikings' stout defense earlier this season.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Tosses touchdown
Trubisky completed 18 of 30 passes for 179 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 27-24 loss to Detroit. He added 53 yards on six carries and lost a fumble during the game.
Trubisky padded the Bears' early lead in the first quarter with a one-yard touchdown in the back corner of the end zone to fellow rookie Adam Shaheen. The fun, for the most part, stopped there as a Trubisky fumble led to the Lions' first touchdown in the second quarter. Trubisky has been excellent at playing Foxball, head coach John Fox's conservative brand of football, with just one pick in his last five games. Still, with just three touchdowns in that span, he shouldn't be on your radar.

Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Redskins' Kirk Cousins: Tops 300 yards with three touchdowns in loss
Cousins completed 22 of 32 passes for 322 yards and three touchdowns without an interception while rushing three times for 11 yards in Sunday's 34-31 overtime loss to the Saints.
Cousins exited briefly in the third quarter after taking a hit to the head on the same play that saw running back Chris Thompson break his fibula, but the quarterback was able to return unlike his backfield mate. While Cousins will surely miss a receiving back that's provided over 500 yards and four touchdowns through the air, he still has the weapons to succeed in Washington's pass-heavy offense. Cousins has made owners happy of late with over 320 passing yards in consecutive games, giving him five outings with over 300 yards this season.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Cardinals' Blaine Gabbert: Throws three touchdowns
Gabbert completed 22 of 34 passes for 257 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 31-21 loss to Houston. He added 13 yards rushing on three carries.
After a quiet first quarter, Gabbert couldn't have looked much better in the middle of the game, connecting with Larry Fitzgerald on a 20-yard back-shoulder touchdown and then a pair of scores to Ricky Seals-Jones. He fell apart late while trying to lead an Arizona comeback, tossing a pair of picks in the game's final seven minutes. Even with a rough ending, however, Gabbert showed the ability to at least keep Arizona's offense moving with Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton both down.
-
Tom Savage QB | DET
Texans' Tom Savage: Tosses two touchdowns
Savage completed 22 of 32 passes for 230 yards, two touchdowns and an interception during Sunday's 31-21 win over the Cardinals.
True, Savage has spent most of his career as a backup, but the game was Savage's first career multi-touchdown game. His second score put Houston back on top in the third quarter, a play in which he back-shouldered a 28-yard touchdown to DeAndre Hopkins. Any quarterback that would take the place of the dynamic rookie Deshaun Watson (knee) would be considerably less electric in comparison, but Savage is very much a game-manager type. The fact that Sunday's solid -- but far from great --performance was statistically the best of his career should tell you how seriously you should consider him in the weeks ahead.

Paxton Lynch QB | PIT
Broncos' Paxton Lynch: Serving as backup QB
Lynch is listed as active Sunday against the Bengals.
Lynch is drawing ever closer to his first start of the season, but backup duties will be his domain for at least one more game as he supersedes Trevor Siemien in the pecking order. For the time being, though, the Broncos will entrust Brock Osweiler with the starting gig.
-
Trevor Siemian QB | ATL
Broncos' Trevor Siemian: Inactive Sunday
Siemian (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Bengals.
Siemian has been demoted from starter to the No. 3 quarterback in Denver in the span of four contests. If he becomes a regular member of the Broncos' inactive list moving forward, Brock Osweiler and Paxton Lynch will serve as the starting QB and backup, respectively.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Received PRP injection for shoulder
Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter told SiriusXM NFL Radio on Friday that Winston received a platelet-rich plasma injection about a week ago to address the AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder.
Winston has begun light rehab activities for the shoulder injury, but has yet to resume practicing and will miss his second straight game Sunday against the Dolphins, paving the way for Ryan Fitzpatrick to draw another start at quarterback. It's expected that Winston will be reevaluated Monday, at which point he could be cleared to increase his activity. Even if Winston is able to get back on the practice field next week, it's far from a given that he would be able to play in the Buccaneers' subsequent contest Nov. 26 against the Falcons. In addition to managing the injury, Winston is also being invested by the NFL for an allegation that he groped an Uber driver in March 2016, according to a report that was first issued Friday by BuzzFeed. Depending on the findings of the investigation, Winston could be subject to discipline from the league.
