Siemian completed 29 of 50 pass attempts for 376 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions during Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Giants. He added nine rushing yards on his lone carry.

Siemian's stat line is entirely deceiving as he didn't play well at all Sunday, routinely throwing into triple coverage while missing open receivers on a consistent basis. Things came to a boiling point at the end of the first half when he tossed a pick-six with 48 seconds remaining only to injure his shoulder while trying to make the touchdown-saving tackle. Fortunately, he didn't suffer anything serious and was able to return for the start of the third. However, if Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) is forced to miss any time, Siemian could find it difficult to bounce back on the road against a Chargers team that held Raiders quarterback Derek Carr to 171 yards Sunday, while forcing two interceptions in the process.

Siemian (shoulder) is re-entering Sunday's game against the Giants coming out of halftme, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.

Siemian capped off an ugly first half by injuring his non-throwing shoulder while trying to make a tackle on a pick-six. After missing the final drive of the second quarter, he'll step back in under center as the Broncos try to erase a 14-point deficit.

Siemian left Sunday's game against the Giants shortly before halftime with a left shoulder injury, Michael Fabiano of NFL.com reports.

Already struggling through an ugly outing, Siemian hurt his non-throwing shoulder while attempting to make a diving tackle on a pick-six. Brock Osweiler finished out the second quarter, while Siemian is considered questionable to return.

Keenum completed 24 of 38 passes for 239 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Packers. He also rushed twice for 15 yards.

Despite not having Stefon Diggs (groin) at his disposal and also losing Michael Floyd to an in-game calf injury, Keenum managed to lead the Vikings to another victory. The 29-year-old was able to connect with six different pass catchers overall, with his most effective target being Adam Thielen (nine receptions, 97 yards). With rumors earlier Sunday that starting quarterback Sam Bradford's bone bruise could be a lot worse than is being reported, Keenum could be in for a long-term stint behind center. A possible wrench in those plans comes in the form of one Teddy Bridgewater (knee), however, as the 2014 first-round pick is expected to pass his physical Monday and resume practicing next week. If Bridgewater is eventually deemed healthy enough to be activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list over the subsequent 21 days, Keenum will have formidable competition for the top job.

Goff completed 11 of 21 passes for 124 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Jaguars.

Goff also took three sacks and added nine yards on four carries, essentially serving as a game manager while Todd Gurley (23 carries) and the Rams' special teams (two touchdowns) did the heavy lifting. Though he's been competent from a non-fantasy perspective in every game this season, Goff has failed to maintain his hot start and still isn't connecting with Sammy Watkins. The Rams return home to Los Angeles to face the Cardinals in Week 7.

Buccaneers coach Dirk Koetter said X-rays on Winston's injured right shoulder came back negative, adding that the quarterback is scheduled to have an MRI when the team gets back to Tampa Bay, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Winston initially tried to play through the injury in the first half of Sunday's eventual 38-33 loss to Arizona, but Koetter pulled his quarterback from the game after he tossed three straight incompletions on a three-and-out drive early in the second quarter. Ryan Fitzpatrick led the Bucs to 33 second-half points, suggesting the offense will at least be in decent hands if Winston misses time beyond Sunday. For what it's worth, Winston said after the game that he expects to be back soon, Greg Auman of The Tampa Bay Times reports. Another update may be available Monday once the Bucs have results from their quarterback's MRI.

Carr completed 21 of 30 passes for 171 yards, one touchdown and a pair of interceptions during Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Chargers.

Carr, who suffered a transverse process fracture in his back during the Raiders' Week 4 loss to the Broncos, made his return to lead Oakland's offense following just a one-game absence. The team's struggles continued, however, as Carr has failed to eclipse the 200-yard passing mark since Week 2. He averaged just 5.6 yards per completion when throwing to Amari Cooper, while Michael Crabtree remained the quarterback's top target with six catches for 52 yards and a score. Having avoided any significant setbacks, Carr should be good to go Thursday against the Chiefs on short rest.

Trubisky completed eight of 16 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown while adding four scrambles for 32 yards and losing one of two fumbles in Sunday's 27-24 overtime win at Baltimore.

Trubisky produced just 29 passing yards in the first half but almost matched that total on a third-quarter touchdown pass to Dion Sims from 27 yards out. While he was able to lead Chicago to victory over a Ravens team with an equally inept passing game, Trubisky doesn't seem close to being a reliable fantasy option at this point -- outside of perhaps some two-quarterback leagues -- given his lack of weapons and volume in Chicago's run-first offense.

Stafford completed 25 of 52 passes for 312 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 52-38 loss to the Saints.

Who would have thought that the struggling New Orleans pass defense would be the cause of Stafford's first multi-interception game of the season? Stafford had gone four consecutive games without a pick. A large part of the problem can be found in the pace of the game as New Orleans led by three scores at the half and all three of Stafford's interceptions came afterward. Stafford has been at his best this season when he is able to distribute the ball and not force the issue. This should be a blip on the radar, but expect another tough test against Pittsburgh's zone-blitzing scheme, which has been among the stingiest defenses in the league, next week.

Hoyer was replaced as the 49ers' starting quarterback for C.J. Beathard after Sunday's 26-24 loss at Washington.

When he got the hook during the second quarter, Hoyer was 4-for-11 passing for 34 yards. Meanwhile, C.J. Beathard led the 49ers to scores on four of his seven drives, completing 19 of 36 passes for 245 yards, one touchdown and one interception. With Hoyer expected to don a hat and clipboard moving forward, he's free to jettison in most formats.
