Heinicke was 6-for-9 passing for 84 yards with a touchdown and interception in Friday's preseason loss at Seattle.

Heinicke bounced back after a poor first preseason game. However, he's clearly behind Case Keenum for the backup role. If he loses the battle, it's not clear if the Vikings will keep three quarterbacks on the 53-man roster.

Walker was just five of eight for 33 yards passing in Saturday's preseason loss at Dallas.

Walker moved up to No. 3 on the QB depth chart before last week's preseason game, but may fall back to the No. 4 spot after he didn't do much and Stephen Morris played well. With Scott Tolzien struggling in the preseason and Andrew Luck still out with a shoulder injury, it's possible any of the Indianapolis quarterbacks could figure into the mix early in the regular season.

Lynch got the start and completed nine of 13 passes for 39 yards in Saturday's preseason game against San Francisco.

After completing six of nine passes for only 42 yards the previous week, Lynch would've been wise to take more chances downfield. He failed to take advantage of his start, and then watched Trevor Siemian complete eight of 11 passes for 93 yards and a score while working with the second unit. Siemian was already ahead of Lynch and may have locked down the job Saturday night.

Paxton Lynch got the start as Denver jumped out to a 13-0 lead, but his three scoring drives totaled just 49 yards, with all the points a direct result of San Francisco turnovers. Siemian closed out the first half with a 53-yard touchdown drive, and then led Denver 46 yards for a field goal to open the third quarter. Already boasting a sizable lead in the position battle, Siemian may have locked down the starting job with Saturday's performance.

Cousins completed 14 of 23 passes for 144 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in Saturday's 21-17 preseason loss to the Packers.

Cousins and the Redskins offense got off to a ragged start over the first four possessions before embarking on a 10-play, 78-yard drive that culminated in a four-yard touchdown pass to Jamison Crowder. The veteran signal-caller played the entire first half and connected with seven different pass catchers, although running back Chris Thompson and Vernon Davis (a combined seven receptions on nine targets and 101 yards) encountered the most success. Cousins also managed to hook up with presumed top target Terrelle Pryor on one occasion for 11 yards. The first-team offensive unit could see even more playing a week from Sunday when the Redskins battle the Bengals in the third preseason game for both clubs.

Morris may be given a longer look at quarterback after going 11 of 15 for 111 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason loss at Dallas, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Morris was demoted to fourth string for Indy's first preseason game, but played well for a second consecutive game. With Indy's first-team offense struggling in two preseason games under Scott Tolzien, head coach Chuck Pagano said he would review his quarterback depth chart. It sounds like Morris may reverse his surprising early fall on the depth chart and get more time with the second- and even first-team offense.

Prescott completed seven of eight passes for 106 yards and a touchdown in two drives during Saturday's preseason win over the Colts.

Prescott masterfully guided the offense down the field, punching it in on the opening drive with a 32-yard toss to Dez Bryant and looking poised to find pay dirt again until Darren McFadden fumbled on Indianapolis' 12-yard line. The second-year quarterback saw no dip in effectiveness despite the absence of star running back Ezekiel Elliott, which is good news for his regular-season prospects during Elliott's six-game suspension.

Carr completed seven of nine passes for 100 yards, with two touchdowns and an interception on three drives in Saturday's preseason game against the Rams.

Carr found backup tight end Lee Smith down the seam for a 19-yard score on the opening drive, then watched Michael Crabtree nearly break a defender's ankles while turning a short hitch route into a 13-yard touchdown two drives later. The fourth-year QB did throw an ugly interception between the two touchdown drives, but it didn't spoil an otherwise stellar showing from the first-team offense. Amari Cooper caught three of four targets for 46 yards, with 31 of those coming on a jump ball into double coverage on a 3rd-and-10.

Goff completed 16 of 20 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason game against the Raiders.

Sammy Watkins only caught two passes for eight yards on four targets in his Rams debut, but that didn't stop Goff from impressing for a second straight week, as rookie Cooper Kupp (6-70-1) more than picked up the slack. Goff and Watkins barely missed out on a 28-yard scoring connection when a perfect pass slipped through the wideout's hands in tight coverage, with Raiders CB Sean Smith perhaps slightly deflecting the ball. The Rams' first-team offense finished with 17 points and no turnovers on four drives, looking far better than it did at any point last season. Granted, it was only one half of a preseason game, against an Oakland defense with some obvious holes.

Rodgers completed six of eight passes for 37 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in Saturday's 21-17 preseason win over the Redskins. He also rushed twice for 15 yards.

After sitting out last week's preseason opener, Rodgers was in mid-season form on a 15-play, 75-yard opening drive for the Packers that culminated in his three-yard touchdown pass to offseason acquisition Martellus Bennett. Rodgers took a seat after that possession, having accomplished what he'd set out to do in his first taste of exhibition action. The multi-time Pro Bowler encouragingly connected with four different pass catchers (Bennett, Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson and Davante Adams) during his time on the field. Rodgers is likely to see more action in next Saturday's contest against the Broncos, although it wouldn't be surprising to see head coach Mike McCarthy curtail his playing time somewhat relative to what serves as the norm for the third preseason game.
