Winston has been working on improving multiple aspects of his game during the offseason, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The 2015 first-overall pick has reportedly been busy, working with a personal trainer this offseason, hitting the weight room at One Buc Place on a regular basis, and even getting in some self-directed resistance work on the facility's practice fields. Winston has also engaged in off-campus throwing sessions with receiver Mike Evans in an effort to improve the timing between the two, which was lacking on multiple occasions last season. New Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter will have plenty for his sophomore quarterback to work on once OTAs officially begin as well. "When we get him back in the building, we have a long list of things we want to work on, starting with the deep ball," Koetter said of Winston. "We need to be more consistent throwing and catching the deep ball." Despite Winston garnering Rookie of the Year honors and setting franchise rookie records with 4,024 yards passing and 22 touchdowns -- as well as the Bucs tying for the league lead with 139 plays of 20 yards or greater -- he often missed open receivers down the field throughout his rookie campaign.

Keenum will be the Rams' starting quarterback at the beginning of this season, according to general manager Les Snead, Conor Orr of NFL Network reports.

Keenum's vote of confidence from Snead comes after the Rams tendered him a first-round qualifying offer earlier this month, virtually ensuring he'll remain with the team this season. While Los Angeles will almost certainly add a quarterback through the draft, Keenum has now been tabbed by both Snead and head coach Jeff Fisher as the starter heading into the upcoming campaign, when the job will be his to lose.

Keenum was extended a first-round qualifying offer from the Rams, the Orange County Register reports.

Keenum was designated by coach Jeff Fisher as the Rams' starting quarterback heading into training camp, and by being extended a qualifying offer, Los Angeles can now match any offer Keenum receives from another team this offseason. Furthermore, even if Keenum signs elsewhere, the Rams would be granted that team's first-round pick in return. That makes Keenum a near certainty to be with the Rams this season, and although the team is widely expected to draft a quarterback as well, Los Angeles' starting job appears to be Keenum's to lose once camp rolls around.

Orlovsky re-signed with the Lions on Friday, James Jahnke of the Detroit Free Press reports.

The terms of the contract are not disclosed, but Orlovsky will remain in Detroit for at least another season. The 32-year-old has cemented himself as Matthew Stafford's backup, appearing in two games last season.

The Saints and McCown agreed to a two-year, $3 million contract Thursday, Tom Pelissero of USA Today reports.

McCown was pressed into action in Week 3 due to an absent Drew Brees (foot), touching up the Panthers for 310 yards but no touchdowns and one interception. Thereafter, McCown completed his only other pass of the year before requiring season-ending back surgery in early November. With a deal in hand, the 35-year-old will continue to serve as insurance for Brees, who is two years McCown's senior.

Lewis signed a one-year deal with the 49ers, the Sacramento Bee reports.

Lewis - who has spent time with the Bills, Browns, and Eagles - has a 60.8 percent career completion rate and a 5:4 TD:INT ratio. In the likely event that the 49ers trade disgruntled quarterback Colin Kaepernick this offseason, then Lewis would immediately be in the mix for a backup role during training camp, assuming the team doesn't bring in another signal caller.

Hoyer is unlikely to remain with the Texans, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Hoyer was surprisingly decent for most of 2015 until he had a complete meltdown in a wild-card playoff loss to the Chiefs. There was some thought he might still get another season as the starter, but with Brock Osweiler now set to join the Texans on a reported four-year, $72 million contract, it's clear that Hoyer would only be returning as a backup in Houston. Although Hoyer's contract is quite reasonable for a solid No. 2 quarterback, the Texans apparently hope to find a trade partner.

Former Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler has signed with the Texans, The Denver Post reports. The move leaves Siemian as the only quarterback on the Broncos' roster.

Throughout the season, head coach Gary Kubiak praised Siemian's throwing ability and the Broncos even let the more experienced Christian Ponder walk while Peyton Manning was on the mend, leaving the rookie to back up Osweiler. All that being said, there is next to no chance that Siemian will enter camp as the Broncos' starter. Expect the team to invest in a quarterback in free agency, the trade market, the draft, or a combination thereof.

McCoy has agreed to a three-year deal to remain with Washington, the Washington Post reports.

With the franchise having parted ways with Robert Griffin, the team has quickly moved to ensure stability at the top of the QB depth chart, by franchising starter Kirk Cousins and securing the services of McCoy to remain his backup.

McGloin received a second-round tender from the Raiders on Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

McGloin headed into the offseason as a restricted free agent but is now scheduled to make $2.55 million with the Raiders under the terms of the tender. The former undrafted quarterback can still negotiate with other teams during free agency but the Raiders have the opportunity to match any offer he receives. If they decline to match an offer, they will receive a second-round pick in compensation. After starting six games in his rookie campaign, McGloin has cemented himself as Derek Carr's backup the past few seasons.
