Raiders quarterback Derek Carr completed 18 of 35 pass attempts for 174 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions, picking up his first NFL win in his team's 24-20 victory over the Chiefs Thursday.

The Raiders jumped out to an early lead on the strength of the running game but watched the Chiefs score 17 unanswered points in the late third and early fourth to take the lead. Carr was able to march his team down the field in the waning moments of the game, capping an 80-yard drive with a nine-yard touchdown pass to James Jones with less than two minutes left to put the Raiders back in front. The win snaps a 16-game losing streak for the Oakland franchise. They'll look to make it two in a row when they hit the road to face the Rams in Week 13.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr (quad) and linebacker Miles Burris (hip) are active for Thursday night's game against the Chiefs. Both players were listed as probable coming in to the Week 12 matchup.

The Raiders have listed the following players as inactive for Thursday night's matchup with the Chiefs: cornerbacks Carlos Rogers (knee) and T.J. Carrie (ankle), safety Jonathan Dowling (back), tight end David Ausberry (foot), guards Gabe Jackson (knee) and Tony Bergstrom and quarterback Matt McGloin.

Jackson was listed as questionable to play in the Week 12 divisional battle, while Rogers, Carrie, Dowling and Ausberry had previously been ruled out. The 0-10 Raiders are looking to end a 16-game losing streak Thursday.

Raiders rookie quarterback Derek Carr was limited in practice for the second straight day Tuesday due to a quad injury. He is fully expected to start Thursday's game against the Chiefs.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr sustained a quad injury early in Sunday's loss at San Diego, and he was limited in Monday's walkthrough practice, reports ESPN.com. But Carr said he "played the whole time with it" and is "not worried at all" that he'll be hampered Thursday against the Chiefs.

Carr threw for 172 yards in the Week 11 loss, his third-lowest total in the 10 games he's played this year.

The Titans declared tight end Delanie Walker (concussion), cornerback Brandon Harris, wideout Kris Durham, running back Antonio Andrews, offensive tackle Will Svitek, defensive tackle DaQuan Jones and quarterback Charlie Whitehurst inactive for Monday's game against the Steelers.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford failed to lead a touchdown drive in the Week 11 loss at Arizona. He hit 18 of 30 throws for a season-low 183 yards with one interception, and had another interception dropped by cornerback Jerraud Powers.

It was Stafford's fifth game this season with one or zero touchdowns. Stafford was sacked four times and often couldn't find anyone open.

"That's one of the best secondaries, if not the best secondary, we've seen all season," he told Fox Sports.

Stafford visits the Patriots in Week 12.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr completed just 16 of his 34 pass attempts for 172 yards with no interceptions and no touchdowns in his team's 13-6 loss to the Chargers in Week 11.

The 0-10 Raiders have lost 16 straight games dating back to last season, and the offense had a lot of trouble moving the ball on a San Diego defense that was much healthier coming out of a Week 10 bye. Carr set the tone for the game when his opening snap was fumbled and recovered by the Chargers, who scored the only touchdown of the day two plays later.

The Oakland quarterback spread his 16 completions around to eight different receivers but failed to throw for 200 yards for the fourth time in his last five games.  The Raider will continue to search for their first win Thursday against the Chiefs.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers posted his third consecutive 300-yard game in the Week 11 blowout of the Eagles. He completed 22 of 36 throws for 341 yards and three touchdowns, giving him 18 touchdown passes and no interceptions through five home games.

Rodgers came out on fire just like he did in the Week 10 annihilation of the Bears. He threw for 279 yards and two touchdowns in the first half.

Rodgers hit rookie Davante Adams on a 6-yard slant for a first-quarter score, then threaded a 27-yard touchdown to Jordy Nelson in the second quarter. In the fourth, Rodgers flipped one to running back Eddie Lacy, who bounced off several tacklers for a 32-yard touchdown.

Rodgers also broke Tom Brady's NFL record of 288 straight passes at home without an interception. He's thrown 322 consecutive passes at Lambeau Field without getting picked.

Rodgers, who has five 300-yard games this season, rushed three times for 32 yards on Sunday. He visits the Vikings in Week 12.
