  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Expected to miss multiple weeks

Prescott is expected to miss multiple weeks with the hamstring injury he suffered in Sunday's loss to the Falcons, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The injury is worse than initially feared, Rapoport added, and Prescott will get a second opinion to confirm the diagnosis. A trip to injured reserve could be in Prescott's future, but the Cowboys may choose to keep him on the active roster in the event he's healed before missing the four games he'd be required to sit out on injured reserve. Cooper Rush and Trey Lance are Dallas' backup quarterbacks, and it's been Rush who's been active on game days as the QB2. One of them looks to be in line to start next Sunday's divisional tilt against the Eagles.

  • Will Levis QB | TEN

Titans' Will Levis: Could return for Week 10

Titans head coach Brian Callahan said Monday that Levis (shoulder) will increase his workload in practice this week with the hope that he's ready to play Sunday against the Chargers, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Levis has missed the Titans' last three games while recovering from an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder, an injury he first sustained Week 4 and then played through during a Week 6 loss to the Colts. The second-year quarterback had been a limited participant in practice throughout last week, so he'll presumably need to upgrade to full participation at least once during Week 10 prep before getting the green light to return to action. Callahan has previously said that Levis, once he's healthy, will reclaim the starting role from Mason Rudolph, who has guided Tennessee to a 1-2 record while completing 60.4 percent of his passes for 6.5 yards per attempt and a 4:4 TD:INT over the past three games.

  • Raiders' Gardner Minshew: Coach non-committal on starting job

Head coach Antonio Pierce declined to say Monday whether Minshew would retain the Raiders' starting quarterback job following the team's Week 10 bye, Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

For the third time in his seven starts this season, Minshew was benched during Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Bengals. Desmond Ridder came on in his place and completed 11 of 16 pass attempts for 74 yards and a touchdown while also losing a fumble. Though unspectacular, Ridder's performance has at least prompted Pierce to consider another changing of the guard at quarterback heading into the Raiders' next game, Week 11 at Miami. Clarity on the Raiders' plans should arrive when the team resumes practicing, but even if Minshew ends up keeping the job, he'll represent a low-end fantasy option. Over his eight appearances, Minshew has turned the ball over 12 times (eight interceptions, four lost fumbles) and has completed 148 of 221 pass attempts (67.0 percent) for 1,501 yards (6.8 YPA) and six touchdowns. Aidan O'Connell, currently on IR with a broken thumb, won't be eligible to return until Week 13.

  • Caleb Williams QB | CHI

Bears' Caleb Williams: Ankle injury not viewed as concern

Williams twisted his left ankle on the Bears' final play in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, but the quarterback said after the game that he'll be alright, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports. "I landed wrong and just kind of tweaked it and [on] the last play, the dude grabbed my ankle and gator rolled," Williams said.

Even though the Bears were trailing by 20 in the final minute of the contest, head coach Matt Eberflus said that he elected to keep Williams in the game to work on the efficiency of the team's two-minute drill. While that decision may look questionable in hindsight, the rookie signal-caller at least seems to have avoided a serious injury. Williams is scheduled to be evaluated Monday, but the expectation is that he'll be ready to go for Week 10 against the Patriots. Williams endured a tough outing against the Cardinals, getting sacked six times while completing 22 of 41 passes for 217 yards and no touchdowns.

  • Mason Rudolph QB | TEN

Titans' Mason Rudolph: Best day as Tennessee's starter

Rudolph completed 20 of 33 passes for 240 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win over the Patriots.

Rudolph drew his third straight start in the absence of Will Levis (shoulder) and had his most effective performance by averaging 7.3 yards per attempt while completing three passes of at least 20 yards. He also recorded multiple touchdowns for the first time on the campaign, delivering scores of nine and six yards. Rudolph has been serviceable under center but could give way to Levis in Week 10, as Levis managed limited practices throughout the week leading up to Sunday's win.

  • Joe Flacco QB | IND

Colts' Joe Flacco: No TDs, two turnovers in Week 9

Flacco completed 16 of 27 passes for 179 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 21-13 loss to the Vikings. He also rushed twice for minus-1 yard and lost a fumble.

Flacco's first-half stats were reminiscent of the poor production that got Anthony Richardson benched in favor of the veteran, as Flacco completed just six of 10 passes for 62 yards and was charged with a fumble on a botched handoff. The veteran quarterback upped his yardage total in the second half, but he threw an ugly interception early in the fourth quarter and an incomplete pass on fourth down to end the Colts' penultimate possession. Flacco led Indianapolis to only six points on offense, as the defense contributed a touchdown. If Flacco doesn't improve substantially in Week 10 against the Bills, the 4-5 Colts could opt to turn back to Richardson as they try to balance their pursuit of a playoff berth this season and the future of the team's quarterback position.

  • Sam Darnold QB | MIN

Vikings' Sam Darnold: Throws three TDs on SNF

Darnold completed 28 of 34 pass attempts for 290 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions while rushing four times for 14 yards and surrendering a fumble in Sunday's 21-13 win over the Colts.

Darnold completed his third game with at least three touchdowns this season. It came at the cost of three turnovers (two picks, one fumble), but the overall results were positive from a fantasy perspective. Darnold is now up to 1,900 passing yards, 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions through eight starts with Minnesota this season. The 2018 first-round pick continues to surpass expectations in his new digs as the Vikings prepare to take on the Jaguars next Sunday.

  • Geno Smith QB | SEA

Seahawks' Geno Smith: Fills box score in OT loss

Smith completed 21 of 34 pass attempts for 363 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 26-20 overtime loss to the Rams. He also rushed six times for 16 yards.

Smith made his most significant fantasy impact on his passing totals. The veteran QB threw for three touchdowns for the first time this season, but he also chucked a trio of interceptions in the overtime loss. Smith is averaging a healthy 284.4 yards per game but has a poor 11:10 TD:INT. Seattle will enter its bye in Week 10, with the team returning to action Nov. 17 against the 49ers.

  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Struggles in rainy conditions

Love completed 23 of 39 passes for 273 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 24-14 loss to the Lions.

Love played through a groin injury that limited his practice participation throughout the week. At first glance, his stat line appears decent, as he averaged 7.0 yards per attempt and topped 250 passing yards fourth time in seven games. However, he threw a pick-six just before halftime on an ill-advised play and later missed Dontayvion Wicks wide open in the end zone as the Packers tried to make a comeback early in the fourth quarter. Love has now failed to throw a touchdown in consecutive starts as the Packers head into their bye week.

  • Kyler Murray QB | ARI

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Meager output in comfortable win

Murray completed 13 of 20 passes for 154 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions, rushed twice for six yards and lost a fumble during Sunday's 29-9 victory against the Bears.

For the first time this season, Murray didn't record a passing touchdown, and he lost a fumble for the third time in nine games. His pass attempts also marked a season low, which was a result of the Cardinals controlling the game on the ground to the tune of 34 carries for 213 yards and three TDs. James Conner (107) accounted for a majority share of the yards, but reserve RBs Emari Demercado and Trey Benson combined for 96 yards between them. As a result, the team wasn't reliant on Murray's arm to get by or play catch-up. He may be forced to air it out more next Sunday versus the Jets.
