Tannehill is expected to start Sunday's game against the Seahawks, as Will Levis (ankle) is listed as questionable for the contest but isn't expected to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.

Tannehill is in line to make his first start since Week 6. Prior to losing the starting job to Levis, Tannehill completed 98 of 158 pass attempts (62 percent) for 1,128 yards (7.1 YPA), two touchdowns and six interceptions. Official word on Levis' status will be available when Tennessee releases its inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Watson said Saturday that his recovery from November shoulder surgery is "right on track," Scott Petrak of The Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

While an exact recovery timetable for Watson hasn't been provided beyond his injury being season-ending, he's expected to be ready before the start of the 2024 season. Cleveland has cycled through PJ Walker, Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Joe Flacco as its starting quarterback options in Watson's absence, but Watson will almost certainly reclaim the starting role once healthy, and Saturday's update suggests he remains on track to be ready for the 2024 campaign.

Lawrence (concussion/ankle) traveled with the Jaguars on Saturday ahead of Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers, John Oehser of the team's official site reports.

Per Oehser, head coach Doug Pederson noted Friday that Lawrence needed to clear the NFL's concussion protocol in order to travel, so the quarterback looks to be trending toward starting Sunday. With the game beginning at 4:05 p.m. ET, official word on Lawrence's status won't arrive until Jacksonville releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Lawrence missed practice Wednesday and Thursday before logging a limited session Friday and then officially being listed as questionable on the Jaguars' final Week 16 injury report.

Lawrence (concussion/ankle) has reportedly cleared the NFL's concussion protocol and is in line to travel with the Jaguars ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

After having not practiced Wednesday or Thursday, Lawrence was listed as a limited participant in Friday's session and questionable for Sunday's contest. With Lawrence now having cleared concussion protocol, per Rapoport, the QB is trending toward being available for Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET contest, barring any setbacks.

Hill rushed twice for two yards and did not record a target or passing attempt during Thursday's 30-22 loss to the Rams.

Hill played extremely limited snaps for the second week in a row, tallying 10 offensive snaps Thursday after appearing on just 12 snaps during the Week 15 win against the Giants. The 33-year-old logged a rushing attempt on the opening offensive series of each half for the Saints, but he did not factor into the team's game plan elsewhere. Hill missed the Week 14 win versus Carolina while tending to foot and hand issues, though he never appeared on the Week 16 injury report for any reason. He also tied for New Orleans' second-most rushing attempts Thursday, as the team was limited to just 16 total rushes while playing from behind for most of the night. Nevertheless, his stark dropoff in playing time recently, whether if be due to injury or overall offensive struggles, leaves little hope for his fantasy production as the Saints vie for a playoff spot over the final two weeks of the regular season.

Smith (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Tennessee, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Smith has been listed as a full practice participant all week, after missing Monday's 20-17 win over the Eagles. He'll now step back in as the starting quarterback, facing a Titans defense that has five starters and two key backups ruled out. Coach Pete Carroll told reporters that Smith looked great at Friday's practice and is good to go for Sunday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

The Chargers signed Duggan to their active roster Friday.

This is the second time Duggan has signed to the Chargers' 53-man roster this season. He was waived by the Chargers on Dec. 18 before joining their practice squad two days later. He'll operate as the third quarterback behind Easton Stick and Will Grier.

Keenum is slated to start Sunday's game against the Browns with C.J. Stroud (concussion) ruled out for a second straight contest, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Upon the release of its final Week 15 injury report, Houston listed Stroud as doubtful ahead of the team's matchup with the Titans before he was ultimately inactive for the contest, but the rookie signal-caller will be ruled out two days in advance of this week's game after he failed to practice in any fashion Wednesday through Friday. While stepping in for Stroud last week, Keenum completed 23 of 36 pass attempts for 229 yards, one touchdown and one interception while adding one yard on two carries in Houston's 19-16 overtime win over Tennessee. The 35-year-old Keenum could have difficulty replicating his modest results from last week while he faces off against the top-ranked Browns pass defense (158.9 passing yards allowed per game).

Levis (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks after practicing in limited fashion Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Levis got back on the practice field Friday for the first time since spraining his ankle in last week's 19-16 overtime loss to the Texans. The rookie quarterback is progressing in his recovery, but it remains to be seen if he'll be healthy enough to play come Sunday. Coach Mike Vrabel said earlier in the week that Ryan Tannehill would start against the Seahawks should Levis sit. If Levis is able to play, it would be a boon to wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who has six touchdown catches in Levis' eight starts and none in six games started by Tannehill.

Stroud (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Stroud wasn't able to practice in any fashion this week, and though head coach DeMeco Ryans said Wednesday that the quarterback's condition was improving, the rookie will ultimately miss a second straight game. Case Keenum will make another start Sunday in place of Stroud, while Davis Mills serves as Keenum's backup. Stroud will target a return to action Week 17 against the Titans on Dec. 31, but his potential availability will be contingent on him clearing the five-step protocol for brain injuries.
