Allen said Monday he isn't expected to require offseason elbow surgery, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Allen played through a lingering ulnar collateral ligament injury in his right elbow down the stretch of the 2022 season, including Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Bengals in the AFC divisional round, but it looks like the issue isn't expected to cause any offseason complications. The Bills currently anticipate rest and recovery being enough to get Allen back to full strength for the 2023 campaign, and there's not yet been any indication that the star signal-caller is in danger of missing any amount of offseason activities. Assuming the recovery proceeds on track, Allen once again will come off the board as one of the premier fantasy options at the quarterback position next season.

Purdy completed 19 of 29 pass attempts for 214 yards, no touchdowns and no turnovers in Sunday's 19-12 divisional-round win over the Cowboys.

Purdy was finally held in check by an opposing defense, but he continued his improbable run with the 49ers. The rookie signal-caller filled the role of game manager that many had ascribed to him prior to his breakout play. The lack of touchdowns hurt his fantasy numbers, but some sort of regression was to be expected given the quality of opponent in a playoff matchup. Purdy will lead a group of incredibly talented playmakers on the road to face another tough NFC East defense in Philadelphia next Sunday.

Prescott completed 23 of 37 pass attempts for 206 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 19-12 divisional-round loss to San Francisco.

Prescott reverted to his turnover-prone self after dominating the Buccaneers in the wild-card round last week, throwing two untimely first-half interceptions that hamstrung his team in a tight contest. The 29-year-old added 22 rushing yards on four attempts, but he was unable to extend his playoff streak of scoring both a passing and a rushing touchdown in the loss. Prescott finished the regular season with 2,860 passing yards and 23 touchdowns in the 12 games he was healthy enough to start, but his career-high 15 interceptions were alarming for a veteran quarterback with his track record. The Cowboys' franchise quarterback is under contract through the 2025 season, so this core will look to regroup and return as contenders in 2023.

Allen never found a passing rhythm amid snowy conditions in Buffalo. Despite missing one game this season, Allen's numbers of 4,283 passing yards and 35 touchdowns versus 14 interceptions as well as 762 rushing yards and seven scores on the ground were strikingly similar to those from his 2021 campaign. The 26-year-old figures to remain one of the NFL's elite signal-callers next season.

Burrow completed 23 of 36 passes for 242 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Bills in the AFC divisional round. He also rushed six times for 31 yards.

Burrow started hot despite snowy conditions, connecting on his first nine throws, which included his two touchdowns. The signal -caller opened by finding top target Ja'Marr Chase for a 28-yard score, then hit tight end Hayden Hurst from 15 yards to cap Cincinnati's second drive. With some added production on the ground, Burrow will now prepare for next Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Chiefs. Facing Kansas City in Week 13 of the regular season, Burrow totaled 332 yards and three touchdowns while not committing any turnovers in a 27-24 victory.

An MRI has reportedly confirmed that Mahomes suffered a high-ankle sprain Saturday against the Jaguars, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Schefter indicates that it appears as though the QB avoided any other issues with his right ankle beyond the reported high-ankle sprain, while Mahomes has noted that he plans to play in next Sunday's AFC Championship Game. That said, we'd expect the signal-caller's practice reps to be managed in the days ahead, and chances are Mahomes will carry an official designation on Kansas City's final injury report this coming Friday.

Mahomes reportedly sustained a high-ankle sprain during Saturday's 27-20 divisional-round win over the Jaguars, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Per the report, X-rays on Mahomes' right ankle came up negative, with Adam Teicher of ESPN relaying that the QB is slated to undergo an MRI on Sunday. For his part, Mahomes has indicated that he expects to be "good to go" for next weekend's AFC Championship game, but at a minimum, look for his practice participation to be limited ahead of the contest.

Jones completed 15 of 27 passes for 135 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in the Giants' 38-7 divisional-round loss to the Eagles on Saturday night. He also rushed six times for 24 yards and committed a fumble recovered by New York.

Jones' final numbers underscore how difficult a night it was for him against the Eagles' stalwart defense, which sacked him five times and hit him an additional three occasions. Jones averaged only five yards per attempt with Philadelphia successfully taking away any possibilities of downfield success, making it a very underwhelming finish to an otherwise highly successful season. The fifth-year pro thrived in head coach Brian Daboll's system, throwing for 3,205 yards with 15 touchdowns and five interceptions during the regular season while rushing for a career-high 708 yards and seven touchdowns on 120 attempts. An impeding free agent at the start of the new league year, Jones may have done enough to earn a new contract in the Big Apple.

Hurts completed 16 of 24 passes for 154 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Eagles' 38-7 divisional-round win over the Giants on Saturday night. He also rushed nine times for 34 yards and another score and fumbled once but recovered.

Hurts' final numbers weren't his most spectacular by any stretch, but the versatile signal-caller was certainly efficient while parlaying three of his 25 touches into scores. The third-year star's relatively modest numbers were a reflection of how especially effective the offense was in the first half, when Hurts connected with Dallas Goedert and DeVonta Smith for scoring tosses of 16 and nine yards, respectively. Hurts then added a five-yard touchdown run just before intermission to cap off a 14-play, 72-yard march, and Philadelphia was largely able to rely on its ground attack the rest of the way courtesy of its 28-0 halftime lead. Hurts will now set his sights on facing either the Cowboys or 49ers in an NFC Championship Game clash a week from Sunday.

Mahomes is slated to undergo an MRI on his right ankle Sunday to determine the extent of the injury that he played through during Saturday's 27-20 divisional-round win against the Jaguars, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Mahomes was taken down awkwardly near the end of the first quarter, and while he finished out the possession, he yielded the offense to backup Chad Henne for the team's next drive as he underwent an X-ray that came back negative. Such news allowed the Chiefs to clear Mahomes to return, and he proceeded to finish out the game, completing 22 of 30 passes for 195 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing three times for eight yards. Afterward, he relayed to Nate Taylor of The Athletic that he'll "be ready to go" for next Sunday's AFC Championship Game, but Sunday's test likely will reveal what type of practice restrictions he'll be under in the coming days.
