  Lawrence averaged 30.2 Fantasy points per game in his final eight outings last season, including the playoffs, and he should pick up where he left off in Week 1. We'll see how the Browns defense looks without Myles Garrett, and Cleveland was No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks last season. But I'm expecting Lawrence to be one of the elite Fantasy quarterbacks in 2026, and this should be a big outing for him, especially since he's at home. Lawrence averaged 29.9 Fantasy points in his past five games in Jacksonville last season.

• Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Will be backed up by Ewers

  Lawrence will have a new backup in 2026, as Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that the Jaguars traded for Quinn Ewers from the Dolphins on Saturday. Ewers was retained on the 53-man roster after final cuts, while Nick Mullens was released during cut-down day, though Mullens subsequently signed with the practice squad. Lawrence remains locked in as the team's starting QB on the heels of a 2025 regular season in which he threw for 4,007 yards and a career-high 29 passing touchdowns. The first overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft has exceeded 4,000 passing yards in three of his first five NFL seasons.

• Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Sitting out preseason opener

  Jaguars head coach Liam Coen said Tuesday that Lawrence and the team's other established starters will sit out Saturday's preseason opener versus the Saints, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports. Per John Shipley of SI.com, the Jaguars don't plan on having Lawrence see much action in their final two exhibition contests either, a departure from how he's been utilized in his prior five preseasons. The QB doesn't believe a lack of preseason reps will affect his preparation heading into Week 1, especially now that he has a year under his belt in Coen's offensive system. The 26-year-old had the best fantasy season of his career in 2025, setting personal bests in touchdown passes (29), rushing yards (359) and rushing touchdowns (nine).

• Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Draws praise for offseason work

  Lawrence has thrived in the early stages of his second offseason in head coach Liam Coen's system, John Shipley of SI.com reports. Lawrence has seemingly mastered Coen's offensive scheme in advance of training camp, and he's at full health this offseason after having faced limitations last summer due to a recovery from shoulder surgery. Per Shipley, Lawrence displayed command of the downfield passing attack during spring workouts and appears to have established better chemistry with Brian Thomas. The Jaguars have an abundance of riches to draw on in the aerial attack, with Thomas being joined by Jakobi Meyers, Parker Washington, Travis Hunter (knee) and TE Brenton Strange, so Lawrence is in good position to build on his impressive finish to the 2025 season. Jacksonville averaged 32.8 points per game from Weeks 9 to 18 last year.

• Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Working on downfield throws

  An emphasis for Lawrence this offseason has been building chemistry with his wide receivers on downfield throws, Casandra Chesser of Jaguars Wire reports. Chesser named Brian Thomas in particular as someone Lawrence is working to fortify his bond with in the deep passing game. Lawrence attempted the sixth-most passes of 20-plus air yards last season (590), but he completed just 36.1 percent of such throws, checking in at 25th among qualified quarterbacks. If he can take his deep passing game to another level, the Jacksonville offense would be even more lethal after the unit went nuclear down the stretch last regular season. From Weeks 9 to 18, the Jaguars averaged 32.8 points per game across 10 contests, and Lawrence had a sparkling 18:4 TD:INT mark across the final seven regular-season games. He has a chance to be in the MVP mix again in 2026 in his second season under coach Liam Coen.

  Lawrence completed 18 of 30 passes for 207 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions in the Jaguars' 27-24 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round Sunday. He added 31 rushing yards on six carries. The 26-year-old quarterback found Brian Thomas, Parker Washington and Travis Etienne for TDs, with the last two coming in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, but Lawrence saw a pass attempt on Jacksonville's final play deflect off the hands of Jakobi Meyers and straight to Cole Bishop to end any chance of one more rally. It was a disappointing end to a strong campaign for Lawrence, who now has an 8:7 TD:INT in three career playoff games. He'll head into next season with a firm grasp of head coach Liam Coen's scheme after topping 4,000 passing yards for the third time in the last four years in 2025 and compiling a career-high 38 total TDs (29 passing, nine rushing).

Lawrence helped the Jaguars clinch the AFC South with minimal drama, leading three touchdown drives in the first half. He completed each with a throwing score, coming from 23, seven and five yards, respectively, before being pulled with around 11 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. While the Titans were a particularly soft matchup, Lawrence has finished the regular season in strong form while accounting for multiple touchdowns in seven consecutive games. He'll now turn his attention to the postseason, with the Jaguars guaranteed a top-three seed in the AFC.

That's now six games in a row with at least 23.1 Fantasy points, including Week 13 at Tennessee when he scored 25.7 points. The Titans are No. 8 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, and five of the past six guys against Tennessee have scored at least 21.7 points.

• Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Another huge showing

  Lawrence completed 23 of 36 passes for 279 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions in Sunday's 34-20 win over the Broncos. He added six rushes for 20 yards and another touchdown. Even facing one of the toughest matchups in the league, Lawrence continued his very strong stretch of play. He completed six passes of at least 20 yards in addition to touchdown strikes from 12, 10 and three yards away. While he had a modest yardage total on the ground, he chipped in a one-yard rushing score midway through the third quarter to give him five rushing touchdowns in his last eight contests. Overall, Lawrence has at least 240 passing yards in four of his last five games while accounting for multiple scores in all five contests. Though it didn't cost him playing time, Lawrence did have his ankle taped late in the game, which could be worth monitoring throughout the week, per Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union.

Lawrence set a new career high with five touchdown passes as the Jaguars cruised to a fifth consecutive win. He led touchdown drives on each of Jacksonville's first three possessions, sandwiching his 15-yard touchdown run between touchdown passes of four yards to Brian Thomas and 16 yards to Bhayshul Tuten. The surging quarterback tacked on touchdown passes of 20 yards, eight yards and 45 yards to Travis Etienne. Lawrence has thrown multiple touchdown passes in four consecutive games, while the Jaguars have scored at least 25 points in seven straight since their bye, but extending those streaks won't be easy in Week 16 on the road against Denver's elite defense.

  Lawrence is hot coming into Week 15 with at least 23.1 Fantasy points in three games in a row, and I expect him to have another quality outing in this matchup with the Jets. My biggest concern is Travis Etienne and potentially Bhayshul Tuten running all over this defense since the Jets can't stop the run and are No. 3 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. But Lawrence has scored at least 23.2 Fantasy points in three of his past four games in Jacksonville, and I like him as a low-end starter in all leagues in this matchup.

This week, he has a potentially tough matchup against the Colts, who have held five quarterbacks in a row to 17.1 Fantasy points or less, including Patrick Mahomes in Week 12. But with Sauce Gardner (calf) out, Lawrence is worth trusting as a low-end starter in all leagues, and he has scored at least 21.7 Fantasy points in five of seven career games against Indianapolis. He also has scored at least 23.2 Fantasy points in two of his past three games at home.

Lawrence and the Jaguars pounced on the Titans on back-to-back possessions early in the contest, both of which concluded with Lawrence delivering passing scores. On Jacksonville's second offensive possession, he delivered a 50-yard deep pass to Jakobi Meyers and then found Meyers for a three-yard score three plays later. The Titans fumbled the ensuing kickoff, which set up a Lawrence to Brenton Strange touchdown connection from 21 yards away. Jacksonville didn't need to push much from there offensively, but Lawrence still managed one of his more efficient showings of the season and tallied only his fourth game with multiple passing scores.

I like Lawrence as a low-end starter in deeper leagues in Week 13.

  Lawrence completed 18 of 30 pass attempts for 256 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions while rushing five times for 29 yards and a lost fumble in Sunday's 27-24 overtime win against Arizona. Lawrence managed to overcome a season-high four turnovers in order to secure victory for his club Sunday. The 25-year-old matched his previous high of three touchdown passes set back in Week 2 against the Bengals, which was also the only other game this season during which he has thrown multiple interceptions. The first-overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft continues to produce inconsistent fantasy results in his fifth season as a pro. Lawrence has thrown 14 touchdowns to 11 interceptions while failing to eclipse 300 passing yards in any of his 11 starts this season, numbers that keep him in the middle tier of starting QB options against Tennessee next Sunday.

Arizona is No. 7 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, and the only guys with more than 20 points against the Cardinals were Bryce Young, Daniel Jones and Brock Purdy, which also includes matchups against Sam Darnold twice, Jordan Love and Dak Prescott. I would only start Lawrence in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues in Week 12.

Lawrence put together another lackluster stat line, but he leveraged the strong work of his ground game and defense for an easy win. Both of the fourth-year signal-caller's touchdowns came from one yard out, as he recorded a short scoring run with just under eight minutes remaining in the third quarter and had a short scoring toss to Tim Patrick early in the final period. Lawrence has now been under 200 passing yards in consecutive games and on four occasions overall this season, and he'll next face off with the inconsistent Cardinals defense in a Week 12 road matchup.
