  • Bears' Justin Fields: Another limited listing Thursday

Fields (shoulder) was limited in practice Thursday.

On Wednesday, Fields clarified the nature of the injury to his left, non-throwing arm, calling it a separated shoulder with partially torn ligaments. So far, he's had a cap on his reps this week, leaving just one more opportunity to log a full practice Friday. Fields also told Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune that he intends to play Week 12 if he believes he can protect the shoulder in question. Having said that, if Fields receives a questionable designation for Sunday's contest at the Jets, his status won't be confirmed until 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Trevor Siemian is on hand to start at quarterback for the Bears if Fields is deemed unable to do so.

  • John Wolford QB | MIN

Rams' John Wolford: Listed as full on practice estimate

Wolford (neck) was listed as a full participant on Thursday's estimate practice report, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

The Rams held a jog-through Thursday, so Wolford may have been able to handle every rep in what likely was a scaled-back session. With coach Sean McVay already ruling out Matthew Stafford (concussion/neck) for Sunday's contest at Kansas City, Bryce Perkins is slated to handle the majority of the first-team reps Wednesday through Friday. It stands to wonder if Wolford can enter the mix as a starting option for Week 12, but Perkins seems like the better bet to be L.A.'s No. 1 signal-caller this weekend.

  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Logs full practice

Jackson (hip) was listed as a full practice participant Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Jackson missed Wednesday's practice, but his hip issue was downplayed afterward, with coach John Harbaugh noting that the QB would play Sunday against the Jaguars, per Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site. Thursday's listed full participation solidifies that Jackson will be a go this weekend, and as long as he's available on any given week, the signal-caller's dual-threat skills make him a quality fantasy option.

  • P.J. Walker QB | SEA

Panthers' PJ Walker: Listed as limited Thursday

Walker (ankle) was listed as limited on Thursday's injury report, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Walker emerged from Week 10 action with a high-ankle sprain, which is expected to sideline him for a second game in a row Sunday versus the Broncos. Interim coach Steve Wilks said as much Wednesday, when Walker was limited, as he wants to give the quarterback Carolina's Week 13 bye to aid his recovery further. This weekend, Sam Darnold will direct the offense, with Baker Mayfield backing him up.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Confirms broken thumb

Rodgers, who was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, acknowledged that he's been playing with a broken right thumb since sustaining the injury Week 5 against the Giants in London, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

With the loss to the Giants, the Packers dropped to 3-2 overall and have since dropped five of their subsequent six contests. During that six-game span, Rodgers has completed 62 percent of his passes, averaged 230.8 passing yards and tossed 11 touchdowns versus four interceptions. Prior to the injury, those numbers were 68 percent, 231.4 yards per game and an 8:3 TD:INT. Because he's appeared on every one of the team's practice reports in the meantime, the issue likely has had an affect on his performance, but he said Wednesday that he doesn't think surgery is in the cards, either during or after the campaign. As long as the team has even a realistic chance to make the playoffs, Rodgers likely will continue to have some practice limitations to ensure he's good to go on game days.

  • John Wolford QB | MIN

Rams' John Wolford: Limited in practice Wednesday

Wolford (neck) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Wolford is a step ahead of where he was last week, when he sat out Wednesday before managing limited and full practices Thursday and Friday, respectively. He was then deemed inactive for the Rams' loss to the Saints, a contest in which Matthew Stafford left early. On Wednesday, head coach Sean McVay announced that Stafford was back in the concussion protocol and dealing with a neck injury, which will sideline him Sunday at Kansas City. Because Bryce Perkins is expected to handle most of the first-team reps this week, he's the likely candidate to be the Rams' starting quarterback Sunday, but Wolford could change those plans if he resumes full drills at practice Thursday and/or Friday.

  • Dolphins' Teddy Bridgewater: Limited at practice Wednesday

Bridgewater (knee) logged a limited practice session Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Bridgewater was been battling a knee injury for the past two weeks, and he was inactive for the Dolphins' Week 10 contest against Cleveland prior to their Week 11 bye. He appears to still be struggling with the issue, though his ability to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday suggests he could be available against Houston on Sunday. Should he be unable to go, Skylar Thompson would be in line to be the primary backup behind Tua Tagovailoa.

  • Colt McCoy QB | ARI

Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Tending to elbow injury

McCoy was a limited participant at Wednesday's walk-through practice due to a right elbow injury, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

In his first start in place of Kyler Murray (hamstring) in Week 10, McCoy picked up a left knee issue. He overcame that injury and drew another start in Monday's loss to the 49ers in Mexico City, only to pick up a new health concern coming out of that game. Murray seemingly is in line to be available Sunday against the Chargers after being listed as a full participant on Wednesday's practice estimate. If that comes to pass, Murray will push McCoy back to a reserve role, assuming the latter is active himself.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Begins week as limited

Rodgers (thumb) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

As has been the norm for much of the campaign, the Packers are holding back Rodgers in the first practice of the week and potentially will do the same Thursday as he continues to tend to what he confirmed Wednesday has been a broken right thumb, per Schneidman. Even though Rodgers picked up the injury in the Packers' Week 5 loss to the Giants in London, he's proceeded to suit up in each of the last six games, and his availability rarely has been in question. Heading into this Sunday's game in Philadelphia, a number of key skill-position players are banged up, as running back Aaron Jones (shin/glute) and wide receivers Allen Lazard (shoulder) and Randall Cobb (illness) were limited participants Wednesday, while rookie wideout Romeo Doubs has yet to practice since suffering a high-ankle sprain back in Week 9.

  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Misses practice Wednesday

Jackson missed practice Wednesday due to a hip injury, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com head coach John Harbaugh relayed that Jackson is slated to play Sunday against the Jaguars, but the team wanted to "hold him back and let him rest" Wednesday. Jackson's status will be revisited again Thursday, and a return to practice in any capacity would add credence to the notion that he'll play Sunday.
