Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Not spotted at practice Friday
Tannehill (ankle) wasn't on the field during the media-access portion of Friday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Tannehill didn't practice Wednesday, but was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's session. With the quarterback not taking the field for the early part of Friday's practice, his status for Sunday's game against the Texans will need to be monitored closely, with an added layer of context regarding his Week 8 availability slated to arrive upon the arrival of the team's final injury report. If Tannehill is unavailable this weekend, Malik Willis would be in line to start against Houston.

Brett Rypien QB | MIN
Broncos' Brett Rypien: Shifting to backup role Week 8
Rypien will move back to the No. 2 quarterback role Sunday against the Jaguars in London with Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett confirming that Russell Wilson (hamstring) is in line to start the contest, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports.
After concluding Week 8 prep with a full practice, Wilson has been deemed ready to take back the reins of the Denver offense after a one-game absence due to a hamstring strain. While Wilson was sidelined Week 7, Rypien wasn't able to uplift an already struggling Denver offense, completing just 24 of 46 pass attempts for 225 yards and an interception to go with nine yards on the ground in a 16-9 loss to the Jets.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Broncos' Russell Wilson: To start Sunday
Coach Nathaniel Hackett said Friday that Wilson (hamstring) will start Sunday versus the Jaguars barring any setbacks, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Wilson didn't have any limitations at Friday's practice, per Stevens, so it looks like he's even on track to avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's contest in London. The veteran quarterback said Thursday that he feels felt "great" and "ready to roll" Week 8, per Jeff Legwold of ESPN, and it looks like his mobility under center may be unaffected. It's still worth noting that Hackett qualified Wilson would start as long as he avoids any setbacks, so his status will still warrant monitoring as Sunday's 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff approaches. The Broncos are set for a bye week after taking on Jacksonville.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Strong all-around effort in win
Jackson completed 27 of 38 passes for 238 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Ravens' 27-22 win over the Buccaneers on Thursday night. He also rushed nine times for 43 yards.
Jackson was much busier than usual through the air, putting up a season-high number of pass attempts. Jackson also compiled his second-best passing yardage total of the campaign and threw multiple touchdown passes for the first time since Week 3, despite losing Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman to shoudler and foot injuries, respectively. Jackson's rushing yardage total wasn't as elevated as in recent weeks, either, but his pair of third-quarter touchdown passes to Kenyan Drake and Isaiah Likely of five and 10 yards, respectively, allowed Baltimore to erase a 10-3 deficit. With two straight wins, Jackson and the Ravens head into a Week 9 road matchup against the Saints on Monday night, Nov. 7 with plenty of momentum.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Logs limited practice Thursday
Rodgers (thumb) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Prior to this week, Rodgers kicked off prep for the Packers' previous two games with no activity before returning to a full session one day later. This time around, he followed up Wednesday's DNP with a cap on his reps Thursday. Rodgers again was spotted throwing with a tape job around his right thumb, but he doesn't appear to be in danger of missing Sunday's contest at Buffalo, despite the change in practice regimen. Friday's injury report likely will reveal that he won't have a game-day designation heading into the weekend.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Logs practice reps Thursday
Tannehill (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The signal-caller sat out the Titans' first session of Week 8 on Wednesday while tending to a right ankle sprain, affording rookie Malik Willis all the reps with the first-team offense. Willis will continue to stay ready in case he's needed to start Sunday in Houston, but Tannehill's ability to get back on the field Thursday in a limited capacity bodes well for his chances of playing this weekend. Tannehill may need to upgrade to full participation at Friday's practice to avoid carrying a designation into Sunday's game.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Back at practice Thursday
Rodgers (thumb) returned to practice Thursday, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.
As he's done each of the last three weeks, Rodgers followed up a DNP at the first practice with an appearance one day later. He again had a tape job on his balky right thumb as he threw passes during individual drills. Rodgers' activity level will be confirmed later Thursday on the second injury report of Week 8 prep.

Mac Jones QB | SF
Patriots' Mac Jones: Confirmed as Week 8 starter
Head coach Bill Belichick confirmed Thursday that Jones will start Sunday's game against the Jets, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Meanwhile, for the first time since injuring his ankle Week 3, Jones was not listed on the team's injury report, which was posted Wednesday. Based on that, it appears as though Jones won't face any notable limitations health-wise this weekend, and in that context Bailey Zappe is slated to serve as the Patriots' No. 2 QB on Sunday. Jone thus represents a lineup option in deeper fantasy formats while squaring off against a Jets defense that has allowed an average of 209.4 passing yards per game to date.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Broncos' Russell Wilson: Logs another limited practice
Wilson (hamstring) remained listed as a limited practice participant Thursday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Per Jeff Legwold of ESPN, Wilson indicated Wednesday that he felt "great" and "ready to roll" as Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London approaches. For his part, head coach Nathaniel Hackett noted Thursday that the quarterback "had a good day of practice" Thursday, while adding that Wilson "looks good" but still is being viewed as "day-to-day." Barring any setbacks, Wilson looks to be trending toward starting for the Broncos this weekend, though he'll presumably need to practice fully Friday in order to have a chance to avoid an injury designation.
