Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Strong all-around production in win
Pacheco rushed 16 times for 62 yards and brought in all six targets for 36 yards in the Chiefs' 19-8 win over the Broncos on Thursday night.
Pacheco was once again the unquestioned lead back for the Chiefs on the night and encouragingly recorded a career-high number of receptions alongside his solid rushing yardage total. The hard-charging second-year back's development as a receiver has helped round out his fantasy profile in the early going this season, and he now has multiple catches in four of six games. Pacheco also has at least 15 carries in four consecutive contests heading into a Week 7 home matchup against the Chargers on Sunday, Oct. 22.

Javonte Williams RB | DAL
Broncos' Javonte Williams: Logs 52 rushing yards Thursday
Williams (quadricep) rushed 10 times for 52 yards and recorded a two-point conversion run in the Broncos' 19-8 loss to the Chiefs on Thursday night.
Making his return from a one-game absence, Williams handled three more carries than impressive undrafted rookie Jaleel McLaughlin and looked explosive on his game-long 18-yard run. Williams also crossed the goal line on a two-point conversion rush following Courtland Sutton's 11-yard touchdown reception just past the midway point of the fourth quarter, and the running back's yardage total tied the season-high figure he'd established in Week 1. While McLaughlin certainly looks like he's earned a bigger role in the offense, Williams should be set to once again helm the backfield in a Week 7 home matchup versus the Packers on Sunday, Oct. 22.

Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Broncos' Samaje Perine: Two catches Thursday
Perine may have suffered a leg or knee injury during Thursday's 19-8 loss to the Chiefs, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Perine fumbled on Denver's final offensive play of the game, and he presumably suffered the injury during that sequence. The severity of the issue isn't clear, but he'll have nine days to rest and recover before the Broncos square off against Green Bay in Week 7. Perine didn't see a rushing attempt Thursday, though he did have two catches for 16 yards.

Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ
Vikings' Kene Nwangwu: Practices fully Thursday
Nwangwu (back) practiced fully Thursday.
Nwangwu remains on injured reserve and is waiting to make his season debut. With Alexander Mattison, Cam Akers and Ty Chandler on the depth chart, the Vikings can be patient with Nwangwu. He's unlikely to have an offensive role unless there are multiple backfield injuries.

Keaontay Ingram RB | KC
Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Stays limited at practice
Ingram (neck) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Ingram continued to operate with a cap on his reps this week as he attempts to put an end to what so far has been a two-game absence due to a neck injury. With James Conner (knee) on injured reserve and out for at least the next four contests, Ingram seemingly would be the top candidate to produce out of the Cardinals backfield when he's healthy, but that hasn't come to pass yet. Ingram's status for Week 6 could gain some clarity once the team posts Friday's practice report, but if he's limited or sidelined Sunday at the Rams, Arizona's options at running back will be undrafted rookie Emari Demercado, Tony Jones and practice-squad members Damien Williams and Corey Clement.

Jerome Ford RB | WAS
Browns' Jerome Ford: Practices fully Thursday
Ford (knee) practiced fully Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Ford was listed as limited Wednesday, but his return to a full session a day later sets the stage for the running back to suit up Sunday against the 5-0 49ers. In the Browns' Week 4 loss to the Ravens, Ford logged 43 snaps and carried nine times for 26 yards while catching five of his six targets for 19 yards. This time around, Ford is in line to continue to lead a Cleveland backfield that also includes Kareem Hunt and Pierre Strong, but the trio will be up against a stout San Francisco run defense that has limited opponents to an average of 64.2 rushing yards per game to date, which is second-best in the league.

Elijah Mitchell RB | NE
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Limited in return to practice
Mitchell (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
A knee injury sidelined Mitchell from every practice since the Thursday of Week 4 prep and also the 49ers' past two contests, but with his return to drills this Thursday, he seemingly is drawing closer to game action. Friday's session and subsequent practice report may be telling for his chances to suit up Sunday at Cleveland. If Mitchell is unable to, Jordan Mason will continue to get any RB reps that don't go to top option Christian McCaffrey.

Austin Ekeler RB | WAS
Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Practices fully Thursday
Ekeler (ankle) was a full practice participant Thursday.
Kris Rhim of ESPN.com previously relayed that Ekeler said he had a "99 percent" chance of returning to action Week 6, and the running back's full practice participation Thursday has him on track to play Monday against the Cowboys. Ekeler sustained a right high-ankle sprain Week 1, but after the Chargers' Week 5 bye, he's ready to reclaim his role as the team's top back and thus belongs back in Week 6 fantasy lineups.

Elijah Mitchell RB | NE
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Practicing Thursday
Mitchell (knee) returned to practice Thursday, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
This marks Mitchell's first visible on-field work since the Thursday before a Week 4 matchup with the Cardinals. A knee injury has conspired to sidelined him for the last two games, but by mixing into drills in the middle of Week 6 prep, he's giving himself a chance to be available Sunday at Cleveland. First, though, Mitchell's activity level this Thursday will become known once the 49ers release their practice report.

Zonovan Knight RB | ARI
Lions' Zonovan Knight: Still not practicing Thursday
Knight (shoulder) did not participate at practice Thursday.
Knight has now sat out of consecutive practices to begin the week, casting a heavy shadow of doubt over his availability for Sunday at Tampa Bay. Jahmyr Gibbs (hamstring) also missed a second straight practice Thursday, leaving Craig Reynolds as Detroit's only fully healthy backup at running back to David Montgomery heading into Week 6.
