Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Ravens' Melvin Gordon: Returns to practice squad
Gordon reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday.
Gordon was elevated to the active roster for a second week in a row prior to Sunday's 28-3 win over the Browns, rushing for 21 yards on three carries while also reeling in his only target for a 23-yard reception. The running back could play again in Week 5 versus the Steelers, as he still has one more elevation before he'd need to be signed to the Ravens' 53-man roster.

Corey Clement RB | ARI
Corey Clement: Back to practice squad
Clement reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday.
Clement was elevated to the active roster prior to Sunday's 35-16 loss to the 49ers, failing to record a stat while playing eight snaps on special teams. The running back will now await his next promotion while continuing to toil on the practice squad.

Kyren Williams RB | LAR
Rams' Kyren Williams: Dealing with hip injury
Coach Sean McVay said Monday that Williams suffered a bruised hip during Sunday's overtime win in Indianapolis, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Williams put together the most productive performance of his career Week 4, accumulating 127 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs on 28 touches. He also emerged from the contest with a health concern, which may result in some limitations in practice this week. Williams' status thus bears monitoring ahead of a Week 5 matchup with the Eagles on Sunday.

Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR
Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Leads Week 4 backfield
Hubbard rushed 14 times for 41 yards and caught both of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 21-13 loss to the Vikings.
Hubbard actually played eight more offensive snaps than starter Miles Sanders, enabling him to lead Carolina in both carries and rushing yards. Despite that involvement, though, his overall production was underwhelming. With Sanders struggling more Sunday, finishing with just 32 yards from scrimmage on 16 touches, it'll be interesting to see how the Panthers' backfield workload is split Week 5 versus the Lions.

Chris Rodriguez Jr. RB | JAC
Commanders' Chris Rodriguez: Limited in practice
Rodriguez (illness) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's practice report.
Rodriguez is still battling an illness that kept him out Sunday's loss to the Eagles and will look to be ready for the Commanders' game against the Bears on Thursday. If the rookie sixth-rounder is good to go, he still likely won't see a lot of playing time behind Brian Robinson and Antonio Gibson.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Giants' Saquon Barkley: Inactive again in Week 4
Barkley (ankle) is listed as inactive Monday against the Seahawks, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Barkley made some visible progress with his sprained right ankle during Week 4 prep, getting listed as a limited participant on all three injury reports. Still, a doubtful designation for Monday's game didn't give him much leeway for his first action since Week 2, and indeed he'll miss a second consecutive contest. While Matt Breida again will head the Giants backfield with Gary Brightwell backing him up, Barkley will set his sights on returning Sunday at Miami.

Elijah Mitchell RB | PHI
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Day-to-day for Week 5
Mitchell (knee) is viewed as day-to-day as Sunday's game against the Cowboys approaches, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Mitchell sat out the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Cardinals after being added to the team's injury report this past Friday, but it appears as though he has a chance to return to action this weekend. In his absence versus Arizona, Jordan Mason logged three carries for 10 yards while working behind starting RB Christian McCaffrey.
-
D'Ernest Johnson RB | TEN
Jaguars' D'Ernest Johnson: Minimal role Week 4
Johnson had one carry for minus-2 yards during Sunday's 23-7 win over the Falcons in London.
JaMycal Hasty suited up for the first time this season as Jacksonville had all four of its tailbacks active, but starter Travis Etienne still dominated the offensive snaps with an 85 percent share. Johnson has just six carries for eight yards and three catches for 15 yards through the first four weeks of the season.
-
Tank Bigsby RB | PHI
Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Three carries in win
Bigsby rushed three times for 10 yards during Sunday's 23-7 win against the Falcons in London.
The rookie third-round pick played just eight offensive snaps while starter Travis Etienne racked up 23 touches on an 85 percent snap share. Bigsby has 12 carries for 33 yards and two touchdowns through the first four games of the season as he remains nothing more than an insurance policy for fantasy managers.
-
Jordan Mason RB | MIN
49ers' Jordan Mason: Fills in as No. 2 option
Mason rushed three times for 10 yards and caught his lone target for 13 yards in Sunday's 35-16 win over Arizona.
Mason was elevated to No. 2 on the depth chart after Elijah Mitchell injured his knee during the practice week. The former wound up playing eight snaps on offense (15 percent) in addition to his usual role on special teams. Christian McCaffrey ran for over 100 yards and scored four of the 49ers' five touchdowns Sunday, leaving little work for Mason despite his elevated role Week 4. The severity of Mitchell's knee injury is currently unknown, but Mason will fill in as the primary backup until his teammate returns to full strength.
