TreVeyon Henderson RB | NE
Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson: Three total TDs in win
Henderson rushed 19 times for 62 yards and two touchdowns and secured all five targets for 31 yards and another score in the Patriots' 27-14 win over the Jets on Thursday night.
The rookie came in with a golden opportunity to follow up his career-best 147-yard rushing day in Week 10 against the Buccaneers, as Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) remained out and Terrell Jennings was dealing with a knee issue. Henderson ended up cashing in, putting together his first three-TD game as a pro via a pair of seven-yard second-quarter scoring runs and a six-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter. He also comfortably paced the Patriots' ground attack with a career-high carry total, and he'll be set up for what should be an elevated Week 12 role -- irrespective of Stevenson's availability -- against a very vulnerable Bengals defense on Sunday, Nov. 23.

Khalil Herbert RB | NYJ
Jets' Khalil Herbert: Won't play against New England
Herbert (groin) is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Patriots.
Despite being listed as a full participant during Week 11 prep, Herbert will be sidelined for a second consecutive game due to a groin injury. His next opportunity to play will be Week 12 against the Ravens on Sunday, Nov. 23. He's played solely on special teams across two regular-season games, but his absence means Kene Nwangwu will join Isaiah Davis as the Jets' backup running backs behind starter Breece Hall.

Zonovan Knight RB | ARI
Cardinals' Bam Knight: Another limited showing
Knight (ankle) practiced on a limited basis Thursday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Knight maintained his activity level from Wednesday's walkthrough, giving him just one more chance to practice in full this week, or else he'll be at risk of entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the 49ers. Over the last two games, Knight has split most of the backfield snaps with Emari Demercado, but he's been far less efficient with them, as evidenced by 22 touches for 80 yards from scrimmage (as opposed to Demercado's 182 total yards on the same number of touches).

Terrell Jennings RB | NE
Patriots' Terrell Jennings: Active versus Jets
Jennings (knee), who had been listed as questionable for Thursday night's game against the Jets, is active for the contest.
On Monday, Karen Guregian of MassLive.com relayed that Jennings, who was forced out of this past Sunday's win over the Buccaneers with a knee issue after logging just five snaps, noted ahead of Week 11 action that he'd "definitely be okay. It's just a little bruise." With his active status confirmed and Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) still sidelined, Jennings is slated to work behind TreVeyon Henderson, who carried 14 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns while catching one pass for three yards versus Tampa Bay. In that context, Jennings is in line to handle complementary touches Thursday, which makes him a fantasy lineup dart this week. Additionally, practice-squad elevation D'Ernest Johnson is on hand to provide backfield depth.

Keaton Mitchell RB | BAL
Ravens' Keaton Mitchell: Practices in full
Mitchell (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Mitchell was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, but he's now ready to rock for Sunday's road matchup against the Browns. He's logged exactly four carries in three consecutive games, while continuing to contribute as a return man. Justice Hill (toe) missed another practice Thursday, potentially paving the way for Mitchell to handle the No. 2 role behind Derrick Henry in Week 11.
-
Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Sits out another practice
Perine (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Perine appears to be trending in the wrong direction for Sunday's contest against the Steelers due to a high-ankle sprain, though he hasn't been officially ruled out yet. If Perine is indeed ruled out for Sunday's contest, rookie Tahj Brooks will benefit from an opportunity to handle increased work behind Chase Brown.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Broncos' J.K. Dobbins: Another DNP on Thursday
Dobbins (foot) didn't practice Thursday, Zac Stevens of DNVR Sports reports.
Dobbins has been a non-participant in Denver's first two practices of Week 11 preparations, and he's unlikely to suit up Sunday against the Chiefs considering Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reported Tuesday that Dobbins could be in line for a multi-week absence. If Dobbins is indeed ruled out on Friday's injury report, that would pave the way for rookie second-round pick RJ Harvey to take over as Denver's lead back while Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin play complementary roles.
-
Isiah Pacheco RB | KC
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Doesn't practice Thursday
Pacheco (knee) remained a non-participant at practice Thursday.
Pacheco is still hampered by the knee injury that kept him out of action in Week 9 against the Bills. Kansas City was previously optimistic that a Week 10 bye would provide sufficient time for Pacheco to heal, but he's trending toward remaining sidelined Sunday against the Broncos, in which case Kareem Hunt would likely retain the lead role in Kansas City's backfield. Pacheco would probably need to practice in some capacity Friday to have any chance of playing Sunday.
-
Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Vikings' Aaron Jones: Limited again Thursday
Jones (shoulder/toe) was a limited participant in practice Thursday.
Jones has now logged back-to-back limited practices to begin Week 11 preparations as he continues to nurse a toe injury and an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder. He played through both injuries Week 10 against the Ravens, carrying the ball nine times for 47 yards and a score while securing three of six targets for 22 yards, so as long as he's able to practice on at least a limited basis again Friday, it seems Jones has solid odds of being cleared for Sunday's divisional matchup against the Bears.

D'Ernest Johnson RB | NE
Patriots' D'Ernest Johnson: Elevated for TNF
The Patriots elevated Johnson from their practice squad ahead of Thursday night's game against the Jets, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports.
Per Lazar, this is Johnson's final elevation, so after Week 11 the running back would need to be signed to the Patriots' 53-man roster in order to suit up for game action. On Thursday, he'll provide the team with backfield depth behind TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings (knee), assuming the latter is active. Meanwhile, Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) is slated to miss his third straight contest.
