Cam Akers RB | SEA
Rams' Cam Akers: Scores, piles 176 scrimmage yards
Akers carried 28 times for 131 yards and a touchdown while catching both his targets for 45 additional yards during Saturday's 30-20 win over the Seahawks.
With John Wolford (neck) leaving early and Jared Goff (thumb) battling through an injury of his own, Akers carried the offense as he piled up the second-most scrimmage yards in a single game in his young career. He averaged a healthy 4.7 yards per carry against an improved defensive front and made a splash with a team-long 44-yard reception as well. This was especially promising considering it was Akers' first playoff game and he will undoubtedly handle another large workload in the NFC divisional round. With that said, he will face a challenge against either the Packers or Buccaneers next week.

Ronald Jones RB | DAL
Buccaneers' Ronald Jones: Injury occurred before game
Jones suffered a quad injury during pregame warmups ahead of Saturday's wild-card matchup against Washington, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Jones never did take the field for Saturday's wild-card game. Leonard Fournette figures to command the starter's workload while rookie Ke'Shawn Vaughn rotates in as a change-of-pace back.

Ronald Jones RB | DAL
Buccaneers' Ronald Jones: Leaves with quad injury
Jones was forced out of Saturday's wild-card game against Washington with a quad injury, Carmen Vitali of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Jones suffered the injury in the first quarter before receiving his first touch. Unless he can return, Leonard Fournette and Ke'Shawn Vaughn are the only remaining running backs for Tampa Bay.

Antonio Gibson RB | NE
Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Playing Saturday
Gibson (toe) is active for Saturday's wild-card game versus the Buccaneers, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
For a third consecutive contest, Gibson is playing through a turf toe injury. In the first two outings, he combined for 33 touches for 150 yards from scrimmage. That said, he hasn't reached the end zone since torching the Cowboys for three touchdowns back in Week 12.

Nyheim Miller-Hines RB | NO
Colts' Nyheim Hines: Seven touches in playoff loss
Hines rushed six times for 75 yards and caught one of three targets for eight yards in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round loss to the Bills.
He took a back seat to Jonathan Taylor (23 touches) but made the most of his limited touches, finishing with 83 scrimmage yards to Taylor's 84. Hines was tackled on the one-yard line twice, and while Taylor promptly powered in a touchdown on the next play after the first one, Hines' inability to get in proved costly the second time, as the Colts went backward from there and ultimately turned it over on downs. The versatile running back should maintain his prominent change-of-pace role in the final year of his rookie contract next season.

Zack Moss RB | CIN
Bills' Zack Moss: Likely to miss time
Moss is slated to miss time due to the ankle injury he suffered during Saturday's 27-24 wild-card win over the Colts, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Prior to his departure early in the fourth quarter, Moss managed 47 yards from scrimmage on 11 touches, both of which ended up leading Bills running backs. There's worry from the team that he'll be out for the remainder of the playoffs, a scenario that would mean Devin Singletary leads the backfield moving forward.

Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Finds end zone in playoff debut
Taylor rushed 21 times for 78 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round loss to the Bills. He added two catches for six yards on four targets.
Taylor gave the Colts a 10-7 lead with a one-yard touchdown plunge in the second quarter but lost three yards on a dubious 3rd-and-goal toss play from the one-yard line later in the quarter on a drive that ended without points following an incomplete pass on the ensuing play. The rookie second-round pick established himself as the Colts' clear lead back down the stretch, and Taylor is positioned to finish among the league's rushing leaders next season if he can maintain that role while running behind one of the league's best offensive lines.

Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Bills' Devin Singletary: Six touches in playoff win
Singletary rushed three times for 21 yards and caught all three of his targets for 23 yards in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round win over the Colts.
Singletary played second fiddle to Zack Moss (seven carries, four catches) for most of the game but took over as the lead back after Moss was carted off with an ankle injury early in the fourth quarter. The running back position is an afterthought in a Bills offense that relies mostly on quarterback Josh Allen in all situations, as evidenced by Allen's 35 pass attempts and team-high 11 rushing attempts. That said, Singletary should see an uptick in workload in the AFC divisional round next week if Moss is unavailable.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Activated off COVID list
Kamara (illness) was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Kamara indicated earlier in the week via his personal Twitter account that he on track to return for the wild-card round, so the Saints' decision to add him back to the 53-man roster isn't entirely surprising. The star back will miss just one game after testing positive for COVID-19, but after participating in virtual practices this week, Kamara appears set to play Sunday against the Bears without any known limitations.

Zack Moss RB | CIN
Bills' Zack Moss: Hurts ankle Saturday
Moss left Saturday's wild-card game against the Colts due to an ankle injury.
After the second play of the fourth quarter, Moss required a cart to get off the field and quickly was deemed doubtful to return. Considering the designation, he likely will end his day with seven carries for 21 yards and four catches (on four targets) for 26 yards. With T.J. Yeldon a healthy scratch Saturday, the Bills backfield has been whittled down to Devin Singletary and Taiwan Jones.
