Edmonds carried the ball three times for 36 yards and a touchdown and caught five of six targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 30-10 win over the Jets.

While Kenyan Drake saw 19 touches to Edmonds' eight, it was the latter who led the Arizona backfield in yardage as he dashed for a 29-yard TD in the first quarter and added a 30-yard reception in the second. It was Edmonds' best yardage total yet this season and he's making a strong case for a bigger workload, but he may not need many touches to make an impact in Week 6 against a porous Dallas defense.

Drake carried the ball 18 times for 60 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for two yards in Sunday's 30-10 win over the Jets.

He led the Cards in rushing on the afternoon and scored his second TD of the season, but Drake's 3.3 yards per carry was far from effective and his longest tote went for only 10 yards. Chase Edmonds was more productive on less than half the touches and Drake's hold on the starting job therefore remains tenuous, but both backs could be poised for big days in Week 6 against a porous Dallas defense.

Mixon registered 59 rushing yards on 24 carries, adding six receptions for 35 yards during Sunday's 27-3 loss to the Ravens.

Even in a game script that involved Cincinnati falling into a 17-0 halftime deficit, the 24-year-old back still managed to garner 24-plus carries for a second consecutive game. Mixon's involvement as a pass-catcher has increased of late as well, as he has translated 14 targets into 12 receptions for 65 yards and a touchdown over the past two weeks. Upcoming next is an extremely challenging opponent for Mixon, as he and the Bengals offense face a Colts defense that entered Week 5 as the No. 1 unit in the NFL in terms of DVOA.

Akers (ribs), who carried nine times for 61 yards in the Rams' 30-10 win over the Washington Football Team on Sunday, is slated for more work in a Week 6 road matchup versus the 49ers, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Sean McVay confirmed as much in his postgame press conference after Akers was the Rams' most efficient runner based on a yards-per-carry basis Sunday. A 46-yard run accounted for a bulk of Akers' production, but the 2020 second-round pick nevertheless appears set for more opportunity, albeit in a tough matchup against San Francisco's stingy run defense.

Tuesday's scheduled contest between Henry and the Titans and the Bills is on track to proceed as planned, barring further developments, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

That said, the status of the slated 7:00 ET kickoff should still be monitored by fantasy managers, with Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com noting that "another positive (COVID-19 test Monday) would likely throw things into limbo." The Titans' Week 4 game against the Steelers was moved to Week 7 after multiple members of the Tennessee organization tested positive for COVID-19.

Breida could be set for expanded opportunity in Sunday's Week 5 tilt against the 49ers with Jordan Howard (coach's decision) inactive for the contest.

Howard has primarily been used in a red-zone role and has only 18 carries on the season, so it remains to be seen exactly how much of a boost Breida might see, considering he's more of a between-the-20s back. Nevertheless, the absence of his teammate presents one less obstacle to touches, although Breida and backfield mate Myles Gaskin are faced with a 49ers defense that's tied for fewest fantasy points allowed per game to running backs (10.0) in standard scoring formats.

Ahmed is inactive for Sunday's game at San Francisco.

Ahmed was promoted from the practice squad Thursday but won't be suiting up for his first game with the team. Myles Gaskin, Matt Breida and Patrick Laird will serve as Miami's active running backs in Week 5.

Gaskin could be set for a larger role, particularly in the red zone, with backfield mate Jordan Howard (coach's decision) inactive for Sunday's Week 5 tilt against the 49ers.

Gaskin has already logged 14 red-zone rushes through four games, but he may be set for an even larger role than usual with Howard out, that is if the Dolphins offense manages to put him in position frequently enough against a tough 49ers defense. Gaskin is averaging 12.0 rushes per contest and 4.0 yards per carry thus far, but he'll be challenged against a San Francisco unit tied with the Seahawks for least fantasy points per game allowed per game in standard formats (10.0) to running backs.

Mostert (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Mostert is making his first appearance since Week 2 after being limited in practice Wednesday through Friday. Per Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area, Mostert was wearing a compression tight on his right leg during a pregame warmup, which seemingly will be supporting the knee that endeared a sprain three games ago. Mostert's workload may be limited as a result as he'll have to contend with Jerick McKinnon, Jeff Wilson and perhaps JaMycal Hasty for reps out of the 49ers backfield.

Mixon (shin) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.

Mixon was added to the Bengals' Week 5 injury report Thursday after logging a limited practice that day, but as was the case last weekend when the running back also approached game day with the questionable tag, Mixon will be available Sunday and is poised to continue to serve as the team's lead back. In Week 4's 33-25 triumph over the Jaguars, the 24-year-old logged 25 carries for 151 yards and two scores, while hauling in all six of his targets for 30 yards and another TD.
