Mostert ran for 54 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries while losing one fumble during Sunday's 29-22 loss to the Falcons. He also caught one of two targets for five receiving yards.

Given that San Francisco ranks second behind only Baltimore with 32.6 rush attempts per game, possessing the 49ers' top back on a fantasy roster can be extremely valuable. The challenge this season has come in identifying who coach Kyle Shanahan will deploy as the top option, but in Week 15 Mostert garnered more than 63 percent of the team's RB carries and tallied a rushing score for the second straight outing. He now has double-digit rush attempts in three consecutive appearances heading into a Week 16 matchup against a Rams defense that was torched by Dallas for 263 rush yards and three rushing TDs Sunday.

Jacobs carried the ball 24 times for 89 yards and caught two of three targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Jaguars.

After missing last week's loss to the Titans with a shoulder issue, Jacobs saw his usual workload in his return to the lineup and topped 100 scrimmage yards for the ninth time in 13 games. The rookie hasn't found the end zone since Week 10 against the Chargers, but he'll get a chance to end the drought when the two teams meet for the second time next Sunday.

Coach Mike Zimmer indicated in his post-game press conference after Sunday's victory over the Chargers that he isn't sure about the severity of Cook's shoulder injury, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Zimmer did say that this injury is unrelated to the chest injury Cook has been dealing with recently. Expect further clarification on Cook's status once the Vikings get into their week of practice.

Chubb rushed 17 times for 127 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Cardinals. He also caught all three of his targets for 21 yards.

Chubb was once again Cleveland's best offensive player, averaging a whopping 7.5 yards per carry. That figure was aided by Chubb's 33-yard touchdown run during the second quarter, giving the tailback eight rushing scores in consecutive seasons. Although backfield partner Kareem Hunt excelled through the air, catching eight passes for 62 yards, Chubb remains the Browns' workhorse on the ground. Sunday was the seventh time he's topped the 100-yard plateau this season and the third time he's done so in the last four weeks as he continues his quest toward the NFL rushing title.

Mixon ran for 136 yards on 25 carries and added 20 yards on three catches during Sunday's 34-13 loss to the Patriots.

The Bengals' continued struggles in the passing game have paid dividends for Mixon. The Oklahoma product now has an unreal 342 total yards over his past two games and has topped 100 total yards in four of his last six games. He's far and away the most valuable member of the Bengals from a fantasy perspective. Though attention will be turned to the 2020 draft during Sunday's matchup against Miami, Mixon should enjoy a solid matchup against the league's 23rd-ranked run defense that surrenders 4.6 yards per carry.

Drake rushed 22 times for 137 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 38-24 win over the Browns. He also caught his only target for nine yards.

Drake dominated while earning his first win of this season. The tailback first took an option pitch from Kyler Murray five yards into the end zone, then converted one-yard plunges on his next two scores. His fourth TD came on an untouched 17-yard scamper, capping the best performance of his four-year career. With Drake serving as Arizona's bell cow, David Johnson was limited to just three carries on the day, further solidifying the pecking order in the Cardinals' backfield ahead of a Week 16 trip to play the Seahawks.

Williams carried eight times for 26 yards and caught his only target for a seven-yard gain during Sunday's 21-13 win over the Bears.

Williams did little with his opportunities, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry while making a minimal impact as a receiver. In all fairness, starter Aaron Jones didn't fare much better, though he scored a pair of touchdowns to salvage his own day from a fantasy perspective. Williams now has just 57 scrimmage yards combined over the last two games and seems unlikely to make a major impact in next Monday's matchup with the Vikings.

Conner (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday night's game against the Bills, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Conner, who began the 2019 season as the Steelers' clear lead back, will thus see his first game action since Week 11, though it is unclear how large of a workload he'll see in his return to the team's backfield. With that in mind, look for Benny Snell and Jaylen Samuels -- both of whom have been filling in for Conner -- to remain in the mix in Week 15. The potential committee arrangement makes all three backs hit-or-miss fantasy options Sunday night.

Jones carried 13 times for 51 yards and tallied two touchdowns during Sunday's 21-13 win over the Bears.

Jones was bottled up for the most part, averaging just 3.9 yards per carry against a stout Bears front. He also curiously wasn't targeted in the passing game but salvaged his day from a fantasy perspective with a pair of touchdown runs in the third quarter to break the game open. Although Jones' yardage totals have varied dramatically of late, he's supported his fantasy value with six touchdowns over his last four games to give him 15 for the season. He'll face another tough matchup next Monday against the Vikings, but his chances of getting into the end zone make him a worthy fantasy play.

McCaffrey carried 19 times for 87 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Seahawks. He also caught eight of 10 targets for 88 yards in the 30-24 loss.

McCaffrey averaged a healthy 4.6 yards per carry, scoring a one-yard touchdown in the second quarter and adding a 15-yarder in the fourth. He was also excellent as a pass-catcher with his team trailing all game, finishing second only to D.J. Moore in targets and receiving yards. McCaffrey has already surpassed 2,000 scrimmage yards ahead of next Sunday's game against the Colts, thanks in large part to his 726 receiving yards (on 82 receptions). He's averaging 5.0 yards per carry as well and should remain a top fantasy selection for the foreseeable future due to his massive usage and versatile skillset.
