Breida (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Slated to miss 1-to-2 weeks due to a low-ankle sprain, Breida will see his first DNP of the campaign. Behind lead back Tevin Coleman, Raheem Mostert (knee) and Jeff Wilson are the candidates to take on Breida's usual role.

Wilkins (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars.

Wilkins will miss the first game of his two-year career. The depth running back has rushed 27 times for 165 yards this year while catching four of five targets for 27 yards. In Wilkins' stead, Nyheim Hines and Jonathan Williams are set to rotate in behind backfield-leader Marlon Mack.

Freeman is excepted to handle a smaller role than normal out of the backfield Sunday against the Vikings with the Broncos planning to feature Phillip Lindsay more prominently, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Denver has deployed a fairly even distribution of the workload between Freeman and Lindsay all season, with the latter playing between 40 and 56 percent of the offensive snaps and topping out at 25 touches and the former handling snap shares between 47 and 63 percent and maxing out at 19 touches. Freeman (4.0 yards per carry) has been far less efficient on the ground than Lindsay (4.9 YPC), however, which could provide an explanation behind the Broncos' supposed plan to feature the Lindsay more Week 11. Freeman's fantasy utility this week was already capped due to a tough matchup against a Minnesota team that ranks in the top half of the NFL in both rushing defense and scoring defense, but the potential of him falling out of a timeshare arrangement diminishes his prospects further.

Bawden (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Bawden popped up on the injury report with a questionable tag Saturday, but it won't keep him out of the game. The second-year pro is the team's only fullback, and he'll pave the way for Ty Johnson and J.D. McKissic.

Williams (personal) rejoined the Chiefs in Mexico City and is expected to play Monday against the Chargers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

After being excused from practice Friday to tend to a family matter, Williams was tagged with a questionable designation Saturday, implying some uncertainty about his ability to make the trip to Mexico. Rapoport's latest report suggests that Williams has at least temporarily taken care of the family matter, so the expectation is that he'll be ready to lead the Kansas City backfield. It's a welcome development for Williams' fantasy managers, who likely won't have to sweat out his status leading up to Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

Drake is expected to be the Cardinals' starting running back for Sunday's game at San Francisco, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

In his first game working with David Johnson last Sunday in Tampa Bay, Drake worked ahead of the long-time Cardinal and even got all the RB reps in the fourth quarter, finishing with 16 touches and 41 yards from scrimmage on a 64 percent offensive snap share. Meanwhile, Johnson had six, 10 and 43, respectively. On Friday, coach Kliff Kingsbury wouldn't commit to a starter between the pair and noted the backfield will be "by committee" Week 11, per Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com, with packages planned for both running backs. Drake seemingly will get the first shot against a tough 49ers defense, but he and Johnson are slated to have roles throughout the contest.

Sanders is expected to serve as the Eagles' lead running back Sunday against the Patriots with Jordan Howard (shoulder) not expected to play, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The Eagles are listing Howard as questionable for the contest, but he's expected to be included among the team's seven inactives, which will be released 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. With Howard out of the picture this week, Sanders should be in store for his heaviest snap count to date after playing no more than 54 percent of the Eagles' offensive plays in any of the team's first nine contests. Though Sanders is averaging a strong 4.4 yards per carry this season and profiles as the Eagles' best pass catcher out of the backfield, it's worth noting that coach Doug Pederson has historically been reluctant to depend solely on one running back to carry the load. Boston Scott and the newly signed Jay Ajayi will both be active Sunday and may have supporting roles behind Sanders in Pederson's game plan.

Breida (ankle), who is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, isn't in line to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The doubtful designation already made it unlikely that Breida would suit up Sunday, and Schefter's latest report only adds further credence to that notion. Even if Breida isn't inactive Sunday -- the 49ers' long injury list means that they may not have room for all their hurt players on the seven-man inactive list -- don't expect him to dress for the contest.

Harris (hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Harris was originally considered questionable after suffering the injury at Friday's practice, but the team apparently didn't like what it saw Saturday. The 22-year-old was a candidate to be inactive if healthy, so his absence is unlikely to impact the offense.

Kelly was waived by the Rams on Saturday.

While Kelly was active for three games with the Rams this season, he saw just four offensive snaps total and ultimately his status on the 53-man roster was a tenuous one. The 2018 sixth-round pick could be a candidate for the practice squad should he pass through waivers.
