  • Nick Chubb RB | HOU

Browns' Nick Chubb: Nearly 100 scrimmage yards

Chubb rushed 16 times for 87 yards and caught his lone target for 12 yards in Monday night's 31-3 loss to the 49ers.

Chubb was highly productive when handed the ball, but the fact the Browns trailed significantly for most of Monday's game worked against him. Still, with help from a long run of 37 yards, Chubb again tallied at least 85 scrimmage yards, as he's done in all five games so far this season. A model of consistency on a Cleveland team lacking just that thus far, Chubb will look to make another strong impact Week 6 versus the Seahawks, but their sixth-ranked run defense makes his matchup less than ideal on paper.

  • Roc Thomas RB | JAC

    Roc Thomas: Logs workout

Thomas tried out for the Packers on Monday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.

It was the first tryout for Thomas following his reinstatement after serving a three-game suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy. The 24-year-old suited up in just five games for the Vikings last season, rushing for 30 yards on eight attempts and hauling in two of four targets.

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

    49ers' Jeff Wilson: Unavailable Monday

Wilson (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Browns.

Wilson will yield his spot on the game-day roster to Tevin Coleman, who is playing for the first time since Week 1 after completing his recovery from a high ankle sprain. This may be Wilson's reality moving forward unless one of Coleman, Matt Breida or Raheem Mostert suffer an injury.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

Giants' Saquon Barkley: Week 6 return possible

Coach Pat Shurmur relayed Monday that "there's a possibility" Barkley (ankle) will play Thursday night against the Patriots.

Barkley was listed as limited on Monday's practice estimation, which is a good sign, but the star running back is far from a lock to return to action Week 6. With Wayne Gallman dealing with a concussion, Jon Hilliman and Elijhaa Penny currently profile as the team's healthiest backfield options.

  • Justice Hill RB | BAL

Ravens' Justice Hill: Disappearing from offense

Hill had two carries for seven yards Sunday against the Steelers.

The rookie's role is bottoming out; Hill played just five offensive snaps -- a season-low -- on a day where the Ravens had 81 plays. Hill hasn't seen more than two carries in any game since the season-opener, and his primary usage is as a kick returner. Unless Hill can somehow overtake Gus Edwards for the backup role behind Mark Ingram, he'll continue to fly below the fantasy radar.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Banged up heading into Week 6

In the aftermath of Sunday's loss to the Packers, Pollard is dealing with knee and ankle issues, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

That said, the running back should be able to practice this week, suggesting that neither ailment is viewed as a major concern. Pollard logged just five snaps on offense Week 5, while rushing four times for 19 yards. With two straight quiet statistical weeks in the books, Pollard is off the fantasy radar for now, and it would probably take an injury to Ezekiel Elliott for that to change.

  • Gus Edwards RB | LAC

Ravens' Gus Edwards: Continues to see limited role

Edwards had five carries for 17 yards Sunday against the Steelers and added one catch for six yards.

It was another quiet outing from Edwards, who now has been held under 30 rushing yards in three of his last four outings. He's averaging just 19.7 offensive snaps per game in that span and simply isn't seeing a useful role for fantasy purposes. Mark Ingram and Lamar Jackson are accounting for nearly 70 percent of the rushes in the offense, so even though Edwards is firmly ahead of Justice Hill, there aren't enough carries left over for Edwards to manufacture relevant production.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

Giants' Saquon Barkley: Estimated as limited participant

Barkley (ankle) was projected to be a limited practice participant Monday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

The Giants didn't have practice due to the short week of preparation for Thursday's game against the Patriots, but it's still a good sign that Barkley was estimated to participate in some capacity. The 22-year-old was also a limited participant Friday and has apparently been targeting Thursday's game for his return from a high right ankle sprain.

  • Chiefs' Darrel Williams: Minimal role Sunday

Williams logged just 15 snaps on offense and didn't receive a carry Sunday against the Colts.

Williams' drop in playing time corresponded with the return of Damien Williams on Sunday. It's worth noting that Darrel Williams saw as many snaps as LeSean McCoy during Sunday's contest, though coach Andy Reid indicated that McCoy will see more snaps when he figures out his pass-protection problems. At this point, Williams looks to be the third wheel in the backfield behind the other two.

  • Patriots' Brandon Bolden: Hauls in 29-yard TD pass

Bolden was on the field for 11 of a possible 78 snaps on offense in Sunday's 33-7 win over Washington, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Though Bolden's snap count remained modest in Week 5, he still managed to log five carries for 13 yards and haul in his only target for a 29-yard TD. That marks two straight games in which Bolden has scored, but he's still a risky fantasy roll going forward, given the fact that he's clearly behind Sony Michel, James White and, when healthy, Rex Burkhead (foot) in the Patriots' backfield pecking order.
