Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Cleared to play again
McCaffrey (Achilles) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Seattle, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
McCaffrey took 89 percent of snaps and 19 touches last week in his season debut, making it through the win over Tampa Bay without any report of a setback or discomfort. The 49ers may continue to limit his practice reps but apparently want McCaffrey in his usual, near-every-down role on Sundays. He shouldn't lack for snaps or touches in an NFC West showdown this weekend.

Dameon Pierce RB | PHI
Texans' Dameon Pierce: Upgrades to full participation
Pierce (groin) was a full participant in practice Friday.
Pierce's activity level Friday suggests he's finally over the groin injury that sidelined him for Houston's past two games. Barring a setback, he's likely to avoid an injury designation on Saturday's injury report, which would put him in line to reclaim the backup role behind Joe Mixon against the Cowboys on Monday Night Football.

D'Ernest Johnson RB | TEN
Jaguars' D'Ernest Johnson: Set to play Sunday
Johnson (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in Detroit.
Johnson played through a hamstring injury this past Sunday versus the Vikings, but despite fellow RB Tank Bigsby (ankle) departing after 10 snaps and two carries, the former didn't earn a touch on four offensive plays. Meanwhile, Travis Etienne dominated the Jaguars backfield to the tune of 12 touches for 43 yards from scrimmage on 30 snaps. With Bigsby ruled out for Week 11, Johnson will back up Etienne, but his usage likely will be limited.
-
Najee Harris RB | NYG
Steelers' Najee Harris: Clear for Week 11
Harris (ankle) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Meanwhile, fellow running back Jaylen Warren is listed as questionable after logging no practice reps Thursday and returning to the field as limited Friday. If Warren is inhibited or even inactive Sunday, Harris would be Pittsburgh's unquestioned top backfield option versus a Baltimore defense that has stymied opposing RBs to the tune of 3.23 yards per carry (2nd) this season.

Jaylen Warren RB | PIT
Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Questionable after limited practice
Warren (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Warren practiced on a limited basis Friday after he didn't take the practice field Thursday. If Warren's unable to play his usual change-of-pace role behind Najee Harris in Sunday's critical rivalry game, Cordarrelle Patterson could see an increase in opportunities on offense.

Travis Etienne RB | NO
Jaguars' Travis Etienne: In line for elevated role
Etienne is slated to be the Jaguars' lead running back Sunday in Detroit with Tank Bigsby (ankle) ruled out for the contest.
Etienne acted as the primary RB for most of this past Sunday's loss to the Vikings after Tank Bigsby (ankle) made an early exit, turning 11 carries into 44 yards and his only target into a catch for minus-1 yard. Bigsby wasn't able to practice this week prior to Friday's declaration, and D'Ernest Johnson had a cap on his reps due to a hamstring issue. Considering the situation, Etienne could be in line for a large workload Sunday against a Lions defense that has given up seven TDs (tied for 21st) and 4.19 YPC (21st) to opposing running backs in nine games this season.
-
Tank Bigsby RB | PHI
Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Not playing in Week 11
Bigsby (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Detroit.
Bigsby injured his ankle during this past Sunday's loss to the Vikings. After Bigsby sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday, coach Doug Pederson told Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union that the running back was slated to get back on the field Friday, but that didn't come to pass. As a result, Bigsby won't be available Week 11, leaving the Jaguars backfield to Travis Etienne and D'Ernest Johnson (hamstring).
-
Jamaal Williams RB | NO
Saints' Jamaal Williams: Out another week
Williams (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Cleveland, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
With Williams missing a third straight game, Jordan Mims again figures to serve as the No. 2 running back behind workhorse Alvin Kamara. Williams didn't practice at all this week, and his next chance to play will be on the other side of an upcoming Week 12 bye.
-
Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: No injury designation
Jacobs (quadriceps) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Chicago, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
The Packers limited Jacobs' practice reps coming out of a bye week but never gave any indication he was in danger of missing Sunday's game. Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks again will be the reserve options, as rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd was diagnosed Friday with appendicitis after missing the previous seven games due to a high-ankle sprain. Regardless, Jacobs is locked in as Green Bay's lead runner, averaging 17.6 carries for 84.7 yards per game, with three rushing TDs and a receiving TD in nine appearances.
-
Tony Pollard RB | TEN
Titans' Tony Pollard: Good to go against Vikings
Pollard (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Pollard steadily increased his practice participation level throughout the week, capping Week 11 preparation with a full practice Friday following a DNP on Wednesday and a limited showing Thursday. He remains the lead back in Tennessee, though Pollard saw a decrease in usage following Tyjae Spears' return from a hamstring injury in Week 10 against the Chargers. Pollard got only nine carries in the 27-17 loss to Los Angeles after averaging 21.3 carries during Spears' three-game absence.
