Hunter Henry TE | NE
Patriots' Hunter Henry: Reemerges in Week 5 win
Henry brought in four of five targets for 54 yards in the Patriots' 29-0 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Henry produced season-high numbers across the board while working with rookie Bailey Zappe, who leaned on him a good amount as a security blanket. Henry has a pair of one-target games this season, but with nine looks over the last two games, his fortunes may be turning in that regard. However, Jonnu Smith's absence Sunday due to an ankle injury helped boost Henry's workload.

Cade Otton TE | TB
Buccaneers' Cade Otton: Stands out with role expansion
Otton brought in six of seven targets for 43 yards in the Buccaneers' 21-15 win over the Falcons on Sunday.
The rookie drew expanded opportunity with Cameron Brate (concussion) sidelined, and he was able to build on his 3-29 line in Week 4 with another set of career highs. Otton's performance over the last two games offers an encouraging glimpse at his upside, and it could earn him much more of a steady, larger role going forward.

Devin Asiasi TE | TEN
Bengals' Devin Asiasi: Active Sunday
Asiasi (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Asiasi was questionable for Sunday's matchup after sustaining an ankle injury during last Thursday's win over the Dolphins. However, he'll be able to play through the issue in Week 5. He hasn't had a very prominent role in the Bengals' offense early in the season.

C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI
Jets' C.J. Uzomah: Catches both Week 5 targets
Uzomah caught both of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 40-17 win over the Dolphins.
Neither Uzomah nor Tyler Conklin (one target, no catches) made much of an impact in this one. With plenty of talented options to throw to at both wide receiver and running back, Zach Wilson has relied on the tight end position much less frequently than Joe Flacco did while Wilson was injured over the season's first three weeks.
-
Hayden Hurst TE | LAC
Bengals' Hayden Hurst: Playing Sunday
Hurst (groin) is listed as active for Sunday night's game against the Ravens.
After logging back-to-back limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday, Hurst sat out Friday's practice, but he'll give it a go Sunday. Barring any setbacks, he's in line to continue to operate as the Bengals' top tight end, a role that through four games has yielded a 14-101-1 line on 21 targets for the 2018 first-rounder. With the wideout trio of Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins (ankle) and Tyler Boyd also commanding their share of targets on a weekly basis, Hurst's volume in contests to come could be hit or miss, thus capping his fantasy upside.
-
David Njoku TE | LAC
Browns' David Njoku: Team-high receiving yards in loss
Njoku brought in all six targets for 88 yards in the Browns' 30-28 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.
Njoku's yardage total led the Browns, and he checked in second in receptions to Amari Cooper. The athletic tight end is demonstrating excellent chemistry with Jacoby Brissett, now recording at least five receptions and 73 yards in each of the last three games. Njoku is averaging seven targets a game over the last four contests as well, sending him into a Week 6 home matchup against the Patriots with plenty of momentum.
-
Dalton Schultz TE | HOU
Cowboys' Dalton Schultz: Aggravates knee injury Sunday
Schultz exited Sunday's game at the Rams due to a right knee injury, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Schultz sprained his right PCL in Week 2 and missed one game as a result. While he was able to return Week 4 and practice in full during Week 5 prep, he limped off the field Sunday and visited with team trainers before the Cowboys labeled him questionable to return. If he's unable to do so, Schultz will finish the contest with no catches on one target.
-
T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN
Lions' T.J. Hockenson: Bottled up by Patriots
Hockenson caught one of four targets for six yards during Sunday's 29-0 loss to New England.
With DJ Chark (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (shoulder) still sidelined and Amon-Ra St. Brown playing through an ankle sprain, the Patriots seemingly made sure to eliminate Hockenson from the Lions' game plan after the tight end put up prolific numbers against the Seahawks in Week 4. Hockenson was also a guilty party on at least one allowed sack from Patriots pass rusher Matthew Judon. With a Week 6 bye on deck, a Lions offense that entered the Week 5 leading the league in yards per game (436.8) will look to get back on track in Week 7 against the Cowboys.

Daniel Bellinger TE | TEN
Giants' Daniel Bellinger: Finds end zone as rusher
Bellinger recorded two receptions on three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Packers. He added one rush for two yards and a touchdown.
Bellinger remained involved in the Gaints' offense, though most of the team's pass catchers were limited by the team's focus on the rushing attack. In addition to recording multiple receptions for the third straight game, he also tallied a two-yard rushing touchdown just before halftime. Bellinger has yet to record a stat line that stands out, but the Giants continue to find ways to keep him involved.

Cole Kmet TE | CHI
Bears' Cole Kmet: Catches all targets
Kmet caught all four of his targets for 45 yards in Sunday's 29-22 loss to the Vikings.
Kmet secured every pass thrown his way, helping him post a season high in receiving yardage. Although he's now topped 40 yards in two of Chicago's last three games, his stock remains relatively mild ahead of Week 6's matchup versus the Commanders on Thursday night, especially without a touchdown to his name thus far.
