Foster Moreau TE | HOU
Raiders' Foster Moreau: Sidelined Wednesday
Moreau (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Moreau appears to be dealing with a knee injury following Sunday's loss to the Titans, though the exact nature and severity of this issue is unclear. The 25-year-old recorded six receptions for 74 yards while playing 90 offensive snaps as the Raiders' No. 2 tight end over the first three weeks of the season. If this issue continues to keep Moreau out of practice Thursday and Friday, then Jesper Horsted will step up behind Darren Waller during Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Donald Parham Jr. TE | PIT
Chargers' Donald Parham: Limited in practice Wednesday
Parham (hamstring) was listed as a limited participant on the Chargers' injury report Wednesday.
Parham has yet to play this season after picking up a hamstring injury in early August. The tight end appeared to be working his way back after logging three limited practices in Week 3, but he was ultimately downgraded to doubtful and ruled inactive once again. Parham will have two more practices to improve his status before this Sunday's game against the Texans.

Cade Otton TE | TB
Buccaneers' Cade Otton: Clear of injury report
Otton (personal) was not listed on the Buccaneers' injury report Wednesday.
Otton appears ready to return after missing Week 3's loss to the Packers due to personal reasons. The rookie tight end recorded one reception for four yards on two targets while playing 63 offensive snaps over the first two weeks of the season, though he figures to see increased targets if wideouts Chris Godwin (hamstring), Julio Jones (knee), Russell Gage (hamstring) and Breshad Perriman (knee/hamstring) are sidelined in Week 4.

Dalton Schultz TE | HOU
Cowboys' Dalton Schultz: Stays limited Wednesday
Schultz (knee) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Schultz was unable to play in Monday's win over the Giants due to a sprained PCL in his right knee that he sustained Week 2 against the Bengals. He managed one limited session last Saturday and maintained that level of activity to kick off the current week. Schultz will have a pair of sessions to get back to full before the Cowboys potentially make a call on his availability for Sunday's contest against the Commanders.

Austin Hooper TE | ATL
Titans' Austin Hooper: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Hooper didn't practice Wednesday due to a neck injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' officials site reports.
Wyatt notes that Hooper was spotted running on a side field during Wednesday's session. In the Titans' 24-22 win over the Raiders on Sunday, Hooper was on the field for 24 snaps and caught both of his targets for 19 yards, while fellow tight end Geoff Swaim (40 snaps) caught caught all three of his targets for 19 yards and a touchdown. Three games into the season, Hooper has been limited to four catches on nine targets for 44 yards, and as long as he's in a timeshare with Swaim he'll be a hit-or-miss fantasy option.

T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN
Lions' T.J. Hockenson: Dealing with foot injury
Hockenson was held out of practice Wednesday due to a foot injury.
Hockenson was bothered by a hip injury during Week 3 prep but still suited up this past Sunday in Minnesota, reeling in three of four targets for 18 yards and one touchdown. Production has been lacking for the fourth-year tight end this season, as he's compiled a 10-82-1 receiving line on 18 targets through three contests. In the short term, Hockenson's status should be watched as the week goes on, with Friday's practice report potentially providing insight into his odds to suit up Sunday versus the Seahawks.

Hunter Long TE | JAC
Dolphins' Hunter Long: Ruled out for TNF
Long (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Bengals, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Hunter will miss a third straight game due to an ankle injury. Fellow backup tight end Cethan Carter (concussion) has also been ruled out again, so Tanner Conner should continue to operate as the reserve tight end behind Mike Gesicki and Durham Smythe.
-
Ian Thomas TE | LV
Panthers' Ian Thomas: Limited Wednesday
Thomas (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Thomas has handled 60-plus percent of offensive snaps in all three of Carolina's games this season, but he's yet to log more than two catches in a contest. He has two more chances to upgrade his activity level ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
-
Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Set for limited practice
Knox (foot) will be a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Knox approached the Bills' Week 3 contest against the Dolphins listed as questionable with the same injury, but the tight end suited up and logged 65 of the Bills' 92 snaps on offense while catching all four of his targets for 25 yards. With no reported setbacks coming out of that contest other than an issue with the heat, Knox may just be limited Wednesday for maintenance purposes.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Limited in practice
Hill (rib) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Hill's rib injury prevented him from suiting up Week 3 against the Panthers, but his presence on the field Wednesday in some capacity is a good sign for his odds of suiting up Sunday against the Vikings. Though Hill was moved to tight end in the spring, he took second-team reps at quarterback Wednesday while starter Jameis Winston (back/ankle) sat out, according to Stacey Dales of NFL Network. If Winston ends up missing Sunday's contest, Hill would be asked to handle the No. 2 role behind Andy Dalton, assuming Hill overcomes his own health concern.
