Dominique Dafney TE | CAR
Packers' Dominique Dafney: Suiting up Saturday
Dafney (ankle) is listed as active Saturday against the Browns, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Dafney was unavailable Week 15 at Baltimore due to an ankle injury, but after being listed as limited on all Week 16 practice reports he's able to suit up again. He has just one catch on two targets in seven appearances this season, making him a non-entity for fantasy purposes.

Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Not yet cleared, but chance to play
Though Kelce (illness) has yet to clear COVID protocols, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, it looks likely that the Chiefs will activate him from the reserve/COVID-19 list ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Such a move would make Kelce eligible to suit up in Week 16 if he clears the necessary protocols, with Adam Schefter of ESPN noting that the star tight end "still has a shot" to do so prior to Sunday's 4:25 ET kickoff.

Miller Forristall TE | LAR
Miller Forristall: Gets cut by Browns
Forristall was cut by the Browns on Friday.
Forristall became expendable with the Browns' tight-end unit healthy now that Austin Hooper has returned from the COVID list and Harrison Bryant has bounced back from an ankle injury. With the Browns' defensive line and secondary units dealing with several issues, it makes sense to use that roster space elsewhere. Forristall appeared in two games for the Browns this season, playing 11 snaps on offense and generating no stats.

Lawrence Cager TE | WAS
Lawrence Cager: Gets cut Friday
Cager was cut by the Browns on Friday.
Cager became expendable with the Browns' wide receiver unit healthy now that Jarvis Landry has returned from the COVID list and Anthony Schwartz has come back from concussion protocols. With the Browns' defensive line and secondary units dealing with several ailments, it makes sense to use that roster space elsewhere. Cager appeared in one game for the Browns this season in Week 11 against the Lions, playing one snap on offense and generating no stats.

Albert Okwuegbunam TE | LV
Broncos' Albert Okwuegbunam: Cleared for Week 16
Okwuegbunam (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Raiders after practicing fully Friday.
Okwuegbunam was limited Wednesday and Thursday, but his return to a full session Friday sets the stage for him to suit up this weekend. Though he's been working in a timeshare that has tilted in Noah Fant's direction, Okwuegbunam has carved out deeper league utility of late, having caught 11 passes on 13 targets for 120 yards and a TD over his last three games.

Blake Bell TE | KC
Chiefs' Blake Bell: Returns from reserve/COVID-19 list
Bell was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
Bell was on the COVID list for just three days before his activation Friday. Meanwhile, superstar tight end Travis Kelce has not yet passed through league COVID protocols, putting Bell in position to potentially start Sunday against Pittsburgh. Kelce's return in time for the contest has not yet been ruled out, however, so the situation remains murky for fantasy managers who roster Kelce and/or are considering picking up Bell.

Kendall Blanton TE | KC
Rams' Kendall Blanton: Headed back to backup role
Blanton is expected to move into a reserve role Sunday in Minnesota after the Rams activated Tyler Higbee from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Nicholas Cothrel of SI.com reports.
While COVID-19-related protocols kept Higbee out the past two weeks, Blanton picked up his first pair of NFL starts. Though he logged 79.3 percent of the Rams' offensive snaps between those contests, Blanton didn't see much involvement as a pass catcher, producing a 2-29-0 receiving line across four targets. Look for Higbee to dominate the playing time at the position over the final three games, with Blanton's opportunities mostly coming when the Rams want to get an extra blocker on the field.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: Doubtful for Week 16
Waller (knee/back) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Broncos after being listed as a non-participant at practice this past week, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Meanwhile, Foster Moreau (abdomen/thigh) doesn't carry a Week 16 injury designation, which sets the stage for him to continue to head the Raiders' tight end corps versus Denver, assuming Waller is unavailable. Given his doubtful designation, Waller is trending toward inactive status, though Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com relayed Friday that interim coach Rich Bisaccia left a bit of an open window open for the tight end to make an appearance this weekend. "It's been tedious progress. I'm not confident but I always want to leave it up to [Waller], to some degree," Bisaccia said. "If he feels like he runs a little bit better, maybe tomorrow afternoon's workout, if he has a chance on Sunday to go, then we'll certainly let him go."

Foster Moreau TE | HOU
Raiders' Foster Moreau: On track to start again
Moreau (abdomen/thigh) was cleared from the injury report Friday, while teammate Darren Waller was listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against Denver.
With Waller likely out for a fourth straight game, Moreau will look to pick up where he left off last week when he caught seven of nine targets for 65 yards in a win over Cleveland. The 24-year-old TE was less impressive the two weeks before that, catching only four of nine targets for 47 yards while playing 85 and 98 percent of snaps on offense. He's no Waller, of course, but Moreau has filled an every-down role nonetheless with his talented teammate unavailable.
