Fant secured three of four targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 27-19 loss to the Steelers.

Fant played on 97 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps, marking a season high for the veteran tight end. With so many injuries to Denver's pass catchers, Fant has seen his playing time increase week over week. The 23-year-old didn't see his first target in Sunday's game until the fourth quarter despite the Broncos trailing the Steelers for most of the contest. It was an unusual day in the office for Fant, as game flow seemed to favor him being more involved in the passing game. Nonetheless, the 6-foot-4, 249-pounder will look to get back on track in a Week 6 matchup against the Raiders.

Hudson reverted to the 49ers' practice squad Monday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Hudson was called up for Sunday's loss to the Cardinals but played just one offensive snap. He's a candidate to return to the active roster while George Kittle (calf) is on injured reserve.

Togiaia (undisclosed) was signed to the Eagles' practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

Togiai spent training camp with the Colts but was waived with an injury designation in late August, and he reached an injury settlement with the team shortly thereafter. Now healthy, the 24-year-old will join the Eagles as depth at tight end with Dallas Goedert (illness) sitting out practice to start the week.

Goedert (illness) was listed as a non-participant in Monday's walkthrough practice.

Goedert was on the field for 45 of the Eagles' 67 snaps on offense in Sunday's 21-18 win over the Panthers while catching two of his three targets for 28 yards. We'll revisit the tight end's practice participation level Tuesday, but for now his status should be monitored as Thursday night's game against the Buccaneers approaches.

The Eagles released Eubanks from their practice squad Monday, Reuben Frank of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Eubanks was signed by the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent, but he was waived and latched onto the Eagles' practice squad. The Michigan product never reached the active roster and will have to look for a fresh start elsewhere.

The Seahawks reinstated Everett (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

After landing on the list Sept. 29 and sitting out Week 4 in San Francisco, Everett looked like he might have had a chance to play last Thursday in the Seahawks' loss to the Rams. However, the results of his second consecutive negative COVID-19 test didn't become available in time, resulting in Everett missing his second straight contest. Since Everett likely would have been available to play last week had the Seahawks suited up Sunday, his activation Monday as Seattle resumes practicing comes as little surprise. Seattle's top tight end will return to a new-look offense that is expected to be without Russell Wilson (finger) for at least the next month, leaving veteran journeyman Geno Smith to direct the offense beginning with Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.

Hollister caught a one-yard touchdown during Sunday's 37-19 loss to the Titans.

Hollister played only 15 offensive snaps but cashed in on his lone target with the one-yard score during the second quarter. Trade acquisition Dan Arnold has cemented himself atop the depth chart at tight end since being acquired from Carolina, while Hollister, Chris Manhertz and Luke Farrell continue to split snaps as depth options.

Conklin had two receptions for 26 yards on three targets in Sunday's win over Detroit.

Conklin's low output (a season low in targets) was probably due to Minnesota's conservative game plan that turned to the running game in the second half. However, Conklin played on 50 of the offense's 67 snaps, and went out for a pass on 26 plays, about his season average. He has a stable role in the passing offense, but his upside may be limited by a lack of targets.

Yeboah didn't see the field on offense in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Falcons.

Yeboah's action in his NFL debut consisted of just five special teams snaps. The rookie tight end doesn't seem ready to meaningfully contribute, even if Tyler Kroft (back) ends up missing more time.

Smith was on the field for 40 of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-22 win over the Texans, en route to catching both of his targets for 27 yards and rushing once for five yards, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Fellow tight end Hunter Henry also logged 40 snaps in the contest but was more active in the team's Week 5 passing attack, hauling in six of his eight targets for 75 yards and a TD. After recording nine catches over the Patriots' first two games, Smith has notched a total of six receptions in the team's three subsequent contests. Though the 26-year-old is capable of turning in a fantasy-worthy effort on any given week, operating in a timeshare makes him a hit-or-miss lineup option.
