Gesicki recorded seven of eight targets for 85 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' 30-28 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.

The fourth-year tight end co-led the Dolphins in receptions and targets while pacing the team in receiving yards. Gesicki recorded his second touchdown of the year in the latter portion of the third quarter, bringing in a six-yard scoring toss from Tua Tagovailoa with 5:18 remaining in the period. This was yet another encouraging performance from Gesicki after he'd posted an 8-115 line on nine targets against the Jaguars in London in Week 6, and he'll look to keep the momentum going in a tough Week 8 road battle against the Bills.

Kelce recorded seven receptions on 12 targets for 65 yards in Sunday's 27-3 loss to the Titans.

Kelce drew double-digit targets for the fourth time in his last five games and also led the team. However, the offense was out of sync for large portions of the game, so he finished under 100 receiving yards for the fourth consecutive contest. Kelce's longest gain of the day went for 17 yards, with his only other double-digit pickup going for 11 yards. While he hasn't put together massive performances regularly this season, Kelce has still managed at least six receptions in all but one contest on the campaign.

Tonyan caught four receptions on five targets for 63 yards and one touchdown against Washington on Sunday.

Tonyan had largely disappeared from the box score for a month straight, catching just six receptions for 32 yards on 13 targets in the prior four games, so his reemergence against Washington was encouraging to see. Tonyan will likely remain a low-volume target like he was in 2020, but a game like this is a reminder that he doesn't necessarily need much target volume to be useful as long as his yards per target and touchdowns per target approach his 2020 levels. The Packers could find themselves in a shootout in their Week 8 game against Arizona on Thursday, and if so that might be a viable setting for Tonyan to stay involved two weeks in a row.

Uzomah caught all three targets for 92 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 41-17 win over the Ravens.

Uzomah celebrated the NFL's National Tight End Day in spectacular fashion, erupting for two scores, highlighted by a 55-yard catch and run. This was the veteran tight end's second game with 90-plus yards and two scores, but he had done little else in the remaining five contests (70 yards and one score over that span). The inconsistency makes Uzomah hard to trust on a weekly basis. That being said, he does receive a decent chunk of playing time, logging at least 71 percent of offensive snaps in all games leading up to Sunday's blowout. If you're hurting at the tight end position, Uzomah could be worth a look with five scores over the last four weeks.

Pitts brought in seven of eight targets for 163 yards in the Falcons' 30-28 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

Two weeks after lighting up the Jets for a 9-119-1 line in London, Pitts comfortably exceeded that yardage mark Sunday to quickly establish a new career high. The rookie dominated the Dolphins physically all afternoon long, with his big day a product of consistent chunk gains as opposed to being boosted by one splash play. Given his production in the last two contests and his clear grasp of head coach Arthur Smith's offense, Pitts is naturally a must-start option against the reeling Panthers in Week 8.

Ertz is set to serve as the Cardinals' top tight end Sunday against the Texans with Darrell Daniels (hamstring) inactive for the contest.

Ertz just arrived in Arizona nine days ago via trade with the Eagles in the wake of Maxx Williams' season-ending knee injury, and he'll be thrust into a major role during his first game in Arizona. The veteran has had a few extra days to get acclimated to the Cardinals offense and will have a favorable matchup against a Texans Cover-2 defense that's allowed a 35-397-5 line to tight ends over the first six contests.

Holtz (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Holtz logged a full practice Friday, which set him up to return from a two-game absence. He should serve primarily on special teams, even with Jimmy Graham (illness) sidelined.

With Darren Waller (ankle) inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Moreau is in line for an expanded role in the Raiders' Week 7 offense.

Per Tashan Reed of The Athletic, with Waller, Nick Bowers (neck) and Derek Carrier (pectoral) all unavailable, Moreau and Matt Bushman are slated to handle the Raiders' tight end duties against Philadelphia. Though Moreau shouldn't be expected to replicate Waller's production level, he does at least represent a viable plugin for those who had been awaiting Waller's playing status.

Hockenson (knee) is listed as active Sunday versus the Rams in L.A.

For a third straight week, Hockenson is gutting out a knee injury on game day. During the first two contests, he hauled in 10 of 14 targets for 96 yards. Another semi-fruitful outing could be on tap against a Rams defense that has given up the ninth-most yards (364, tied with the Cowboys) to tight ends this season.

Waller (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

After being added to the Raiders' injury report Saturday, Waller -- who has recorded a team-leading 33 catches (on 53 targets) for 378 yards and two TDs in six games to date -- approached Sunday's contest viewed as a game-time decision. Evidently, things didn't go as hoped for the tight end in pre-game warmups, so he'll sit this one out. In his absence, Foster Moreau is in line for added opportunities in Las Vegas' Week 7 passing attack, while Waller will target a potential return to action after his team's bye week, when the Raiders face the Giants on the road on Nov. 7.
