Uzomah had two catches for five yards in Sunday's loss to the Raiders.

After catching four passes for 66 yards in the season opener, Uzomah hasn't matched that yard total with the rest of his games combined in the ensuing nine games, with just seven catches for 51 yards since then.

Henry caught six of nine targets for 69 yards in Monday night's 24-17 loss to the Chiefs. He also hauled in a successful two-point conversion.

Henry was again regularly utilized by quarterback Philip Rivers, placing third on the Chargers in both receptions and targets on the evening. His two-point grab also offered a little bonus to another solid fantasy showing. Through seven appearances this season, Henry is averaging 70 receiving yards per game, making him one of the more reliable tight ends across the league.

Kelce caught seven of 10 targets for 92 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 24-17 win over the Chargers.

Kelce not only hauled in a team-long reception of 31 yards, but also caught Kansas City's only touchdown through the air, scoring from 23 yards out during the third quarter. In doing so, he comfortably led the Chiefs in all major receiving categories. Of course, that came after star wideout Tyreek Hill (hamstring) was forced into a very early exit, leaving Kelce as the unquestioned focal point of the passing attack. Although Hill will now have the bye week to get healthier, Kelce could regardless have another big performance in Week 13 versus the Raiders, who he already totaled seven grabs for 107 yards and a score against earlier this season.

Moreau caught two passes on as many targets for eight yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-10 win over the Bengals.

Moreau added his fourth touchdown of the season on a short two-yard completion during the second quarter of Sunday's tilt, but the rookie tight end remains touchdown-dependent with 10 or less receiving yards in four consecutive games. He'll look to find the end zone again in Week 12 against the Jets, but fellow TE Darren Waller's prominent role is a significant barrier to Moreau's fantasy relevance.

Coach Kyle Shanahan hopes to have Kittle (knee/ankle) available for Sunday's game against the Packers, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. "He's missed two games now, and I know it will go down to the wire again this week," Shanahan said Monday. "But hoping this week will be different."

The 49ers haven't addressed the nature of Kittle's knee and ankle injuries, but as mentioned by Shanahan, they've combined to keep him sidelined the past two contests. Kittle next has a chance to practice Wednesday, at which point the team will reveal whether or not he takes the field.

Thomas was targeted once but did not record a catch during Sunday's 35-27 loss to Dallas.

Despite not making a dent in the stat sheet, it was a significant day for Thomas considering he saw more offensive snaps (22) than Jesse James (15) did. It's possible Thomas could be playing more thanks to his receiving skills in a post-Kerryon Johnson (knee) offense that can't establish the run, but in case that's not the explanation, it'll be interesting to see how an upturn in playing time could translate to his fantasy production, particularly whenever Matthew Stafford (back) is back in action.

James wasn't targeted during Sunday's 35-27 loss to the Cowboys.

James logged a season-low 15 offensive snaps Sunday despite interestingly opening the game in the starting lineup alongside Logan Thomas instead of T.J. Hockenson. While Hockenson (48 out of 65 offensive snaps) ended up dusting both players for playing time anyway, Thomas (22) finished with more than a handful of snaps than James, which definitely isn't a good look for the expensive offseason acquisition. With that said, it's possible Detroit simply prefers to use the more passing-acclimated Thomas in the absence of a run game instead of the blocking-oriented James. Either way, James isn't a fantasy option.

Hockenson caught one of two targets for six yards during Sunday's 35-27 loss to the Cowboys.

It's interesting that Hockenson wasn't in the starting lineup even though Detroit opened the game in a two-tight-end formation, but the rookie nonetheless wound up with his second-highest snap share of the season before the final whistle. The issue for him Sunday was that he just didn't see many passes come his way, as Hockenson also finished the game having seen his second-fewest targets of the year. There's optimism for a modest bounce-back effort Week 12 against Washington, but it's hard to imagine there being much upside for Hockenson as long as Matthew Stafford (back) is out of service.

Alie-Cox (thumb) was estimated as a non-participant on Monday's injury report.

Alie-Cox sustained the thumb injury during Sunday's win over the Jaguars and was unable to retake the field, so it's no major surprise to see he wasn't expected to practice one day later. Eric Ebron is also tending to an ankle injury, leaving Jack Doyle as the team's only healthy tight end.

Smith had three receptions for 20 yards on three targets, including a 10-yard touchdown, in Sunday's win over Denver.

Smith's role in the offense continues to grow as he recorded his first NFL touchdown. He played on a season-high 81 percent of the offense's snaps and ran routes on 37 of 51 plays. He has 20 receptions and 24 targets over his last five games. His targets may decline slightly when Adam Thielen returns from a hamstring injury, but Smith clearly is becoming a regular part of the game plan.
