Hooper caught five of six targets, accounting for 67 receiving yards during Sunday's 34-32 win against the Buccaneers.

Hooper concluded his breakout 2018 campaign on a high note against Tampa Bay's porous secondary, producing his seventh five-plus reception performance of the year, and accounting for his greatest receiving output over his past 10 outings. Now entering the final season of his rookie contract, Hooper has proven capable of delivering low-end TE1 production, having finished fourth among tight ends in receptions (71) and obliterating career highs in receiving yards and touchdowns while operating as a reliable middle-of-the-field target for quarterback Matt Ryan.

Pruitt hauled in both of his targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 33-17 loss the Colts.

Pruitt maintained his minimal role in the passing game even in the absence of Marcus Mariota, tying Luke Stocker for the team lead in targets among tight ends. Since Week 11, Pruitt has caught at least one pass in every game, though he has never surpassed 29 yards and hauled in only one score in that span. If he remains on the team in 2019 -- he's signed through next season -- Pruitt is unlikely to see any type of consistent role in the offense given that both Delanie Walker and Jonnu Smith are good bets to return to health and retake their roles atop the tight end depth chart.

Kelce caught five passes (nine targets) for 62 yards in Sunday's 35-3 win over the Raiders.

It wasn't a huge fantasy performance by any means, but Kelce was able to set an NFL record for receiving yards by a tight end in a single season with 1,336. That record lasted for less than an hour, however, as 49ers tight end George Kittle had a monster second half and also took down Rob Gronkowski's record shortly after Kelce had. Even though he currently sits second on the all-time list, it's hard to find holes in the star tight end's 2018 regular season. Expect Kelce to be heavily involved in the gameplan regardless of opponent in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Kittle caught nine of 14 targets for 149 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Rams and set an NFL single-season record for receiving yards by a tight end with 1,377 yards.

Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce broke the previous record earlier in the afternoon, but Kittle's 43-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter allowed him to exceed that mark. The 25-year-old was a breakout performer despite spending most of the season receiving passes from C.J. Beathard and Nick Mullens after Jimmy Garoppolo tore his ACL in Week 3. Kittle ended up with 88 receptions on 136 targets and five touchdowns as he will undoubtedly enter 2019 as one of the top fantasy targets at tight end.

Gesicki caught one of two targets for 18 yards during Sunday's 42-17 loss to the Bills. He finishes the season with 22 catches for 202 yards.

Gesicki was drafted by Miami in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft primarily to serve as a red zone threat, but ends his rookie season without a single touchdown. Despite failing to make an impact in the Dolphins' offense all year, Gesicki remains a key part of the team's plans for the future and possesses a significant amount of upside going forward. Tight ends historically require a significant amount of time to acclimate to the speed of the NFL, and Gesicki's development should be approached with patience and tempered optimism. The 23-year-old will likely remain off the fantasy radar this offseason, but changes to Miami's personnel groups and coaching staff could propel Gesicki into a better situation in 2019 if the Dolphins' offense as a whole is able to improve.

Engram caught five of eight targets for 81 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 36-35 loss to the Cowboys.

Engram led the team in catches and receiving yards while tying for second in targets. A large chunk of his production came on a 51-yard catch and run while he also contributed with a six-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter. While Engram got off to an inauspicious start to the season, he finished strong by contributing at least 75 receiving yards in each of his last four games. He'll close out the season with 45 catches for 577 yards and three touchdowns in 11 appearances. The 24-year-old could be one of the biggest winners from a fantasy perspective if the team moves on from aging quarterback Eli Manning in the offseason.

Allen (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jets.

Allen was limited during Friday's practice due to a minor knee injury, but he'll suit up during the Patriots' regular season finale. Despite logging 37 offensive snaps against the Bills in Week 16, Allen failed to see a single target throughout the contest.

Holtz signed a contract with the Redskins on Saturday.

Holtz was with Washington during the preseason but fell victim to roster cutdowns at the start of September. The 25-year-old provides additional depth at tight end with Vernon Davis (concussion) doubtful for Week 17 and Jordan Reed (foot) on injured reserve.

Graham (knee/thumb) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Lions, Michael Cohen of The Athletic reports.

Graham will close out his disappointing campaign against a Lions defense that yielded his third-highest yardage total (76) of the season back in Week 5. The Packers' injuries at wide receiver theoretically create an opportunity for increased target volume, but Graham has already failed to take advantage of similar situations on a number of occasions this season. Granted, it will be a bit different if the team has to play without Davante Adams (knee), who accounts for 42 percent of the red-zone targets and 28 percent of the overall volume. It's fair to wonder if this will be Graham's last game in a Packers uniform, with the three-year, $30 million contract he signed in March already looking like a clear mistake.

General manager Tom Telesco hasn't ruled out Henry (knee) being available for the wild-card round, Eric D. Williams of ESPN.com reports.

Of course, there are scenarios in which the Chargers don't open the postseason until the divisional round, but all of them include themselves winning at Denver and the Raiders pulling off an upset in Kansas City on Sunday. If the likely outcomes happen, the Chargers will be hitting the road in Round 1, and such a trip could include Henry, who resumed practicing Dec. 17 after tearing his right ACL on May 22. According to Telesco, Henry upped the ante this week, taking part in 7-on-7 and team drills. If he does make an appearance in the playoffs, Henry will have to contend with veterans Antonio Gates and Virgil Green for reps, but having the trio available would keep the TE corps fresher.
