Waller signed a contract with the Raiders on Monday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Waller is expected to receive an opportunity to play at some point this season, but he's unlikely to see a notable offensive workload behind top TE Jared Cook. A 2015 sixth-round pick, Waller was suspended for the entire 2017 season and will attempt to get his career back on track in Oakland. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound converted wideout could be an intriguing option for a Raiders team looking toward the future.

Engram (hamstring) said he's optimistic about his recovery timetable based on how he performed during a workout Monday under the supervision of the Giants' training staff.

Engram confirmed that his injury first cropped up during pregame warmups Sunday, rendering him unable to play in a 25-22 loss to the Eagles even though he wasn't included on the inactive list. Rhett Ellison filled in with four catches for 77 yards on six targets, playing 55 of 62 offensive snaps (89 percent) Engram seemingly believes he has a shot to return for the Week 13 game against the Bears, with Wednesday representing his first chance to practice.

Manhertz was seen with a walking boot on his left foot Monday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Manhertz had surgery on his left foot during the summer and it's unclear if he aggravated it Sunday, or if he suffered a different injury altogether. The team has offered no official word on the issue, but Manhertz's status for the Week 13 contest against Tampa Bay could be in question.

Tonyan played one offensive snap in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Vikings and wasn't targeted.

Tonyan had a tiny bit of fantasy intrigue in Week 12 thanks to a long touchdown grab in the team's previous game against the Seahawks. The fact that fellow tight end Jimmy Graham (thumb) was limited Sunday was also expected to help Tonyan, but the 24-year-old ultimately didn't factor into the offense in any noticeable way.

Lewis started at tight end in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Vikings and caught one pass for four yards.

Lewis started and led all Packers tight ends in snaps with Jimmy Graham limited by a broken thumb, but the extra opportunities did nothing for his fantasy output. The 34-year-old should continue to benefit from an expanded role until Graham gets back to 100 percent -- which isn't a lock with just five games to go. Even so, with just three receptions for 39 yards on the season, it's going to take quite a leap of faith to include Lewis in fantasy lineups.

Graham (thumb) caught two of four targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Vikings.

Graham was able to play Sunday despite fracturing his thumb in the Packers' previous game, but his injury prevented him from blocking at an effective level. As a result, the Packers limited Graham to just 22 snaps in the contest. Graham's thumb will likely improve moving forward, but since he's still not even two weeks removed from suffering the injury, his snaps could be restricted again next weekend against the Cardinals. Graham's participation -- or lack thereof -- at practice this week could provide an early hint to how involved he'll be versus Arizona, but it's not the most favorable matchup for the 32-year-old. The Cardinals have ceded just one touchdown to opposing tight ends since Week 2.

James caught all four of his targets during Sunday's 24-17 loss to Denver.

After failing to be targeted in Week 12 -- the first time all season -- James saw more looks from Ben Roethlisberger in a game since Week 6. Three of those passes came after Vance McDonald (hip) left the game in the third quarter, although he did return. Even if the hip injury prevents McDonald from playing in Week 13 James has an unfavorable matchup against the Chargers, who allow opposing tight ends just 6.4 fantasy points per game this season.

Graham (thumb) is active for Sunday's game at Minnesota, Jason Wahlers of the Packers' official site reports.

A week and a half removed from suffering a broken left thumb, Graham will slot in as the Packers' starting tight end, per usual, albeit with the appendage in question heavily wrapped. During Week 12 prep, coach Mike McCarthy told Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Thursday that the extra padding on Graham's left hand didn't affect his ability as a receiver. No matter, but owners may want to adjust their expectations for the veteran TE.

Uzomah turned 13 targets into six catches for 39 yards in Sunday's 35-20 loss to the Browns.

Uzomah was heavily involved in the offensive game plan, but the tight end was only able to muster an average of three yards per target. Quarterback Andy Dalton exited this one with a thumb injury but backup Jeff Driskel was able to command the offense effectively, so Uzomah's outlook against the Broncos in Week 13 should remain stable regardless of who's under center.

Vannett caught both targets for 22 yards in Sunday's win over the Panthers.

Both of Vannett's receptions brought the team within 21 yards of the end zone, but he failed to score for the second straight week. Fellow tight end Ed Dickson also saw two targets. Vannett has a tough Week 13 matchup on the horizon, as the 49ers have allowed just five touchdowns in 11 games to tight ends this year.
