Saints tight end Jimmy Graham has been ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Buccaneers, the team announced. Graham left in the second quarter with a shoulder injury.

He made two catches for 36 yards before getting hurt.

Saints tight end Jimmy Graham is having his shoulder x-rayed while in the locker room but is probable to return to Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, NFL.com reports. Graham took several big hits to his shoulder in the game. He has two receptions and 36 yards on five targets.

Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was taken back to the locker room to examine his right arm during the second quarter of a Week 5 showdown against Tampa Bay. Graham was laboring throughout the game after taking a few big hits to his shoulder, per CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. He caught two of his five targets for 36 yards before leaving the game. His return remains uncertain.

Running backs DeAngelo Williams (ankle) and Jonathan Stewart (knee) headline a trio of injured players on the inactive list issued Sunday by the Panthers for the game against Chicago. Also hurt is tight end/fullback Richie Brockel (ankle).

The healthy scratches are quarterback Joe Webb, safety Tre Boston, linebacker D.J. Smith and guard Andrew Norwell.

All of the Eagles listed as probables on the team's final injury report are active for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Rams, including tight ends James Casey (knee) and Trey Burton (Achilles), cornerback Nolan Carroll (ankle), wide receivers Jeremy Maclin (hamstring), Brad Smith (groin) and Josh Huff (shoulder), tackle Matt Tobin (ankle) and safety Earl Wolff (knee).

Huff indicated during the week that he was healthy and ready to play despite being continued to be listed on the injury report. He'll make his professional debut on Sunday if he gets on to the field. Wide receiver Jeff Maehl, who is inactive with Huff ready to roll, played just four offensive snaps in Week 4.

The following players have been ruled inactive for the Ravens in Week 5 against the Colts: Chris Canty, Arthur Brown, Eugene Monroe, John Urschel, Phillip Supernaw, Timmy Jernigan and Michael Campanaro.

The Lions have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's Week 5 matchup with the Bills: running backs Joique Bell (concussion) and Theo Riddick (hamstring), cornerback Cassius Vaughn (ankle), linebacker Travis Lewis (quad), tight end Joseph Fauria (ankle), defensive end Larry Webster and quarterback Kellen Moore.

Bell and Riddick had already been ruled out for the game, leaving the Lions woefully thin at running back behind Reggie Bush. Fauria and Lewis had also been ruled out, while Vaughn was doubtful to play. Calvin Johnson, who was listed as questionable, is active and ready to roll.

The Jaguars activated wide receiver Ace Sanders to the 53-man roster Saturday, waiving tight end Mickey Shuler in a related move. Sanders was suspended for four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

The Chargers listed three players as questionable to play in Week 5 on Friday's final injury report, including linebacker Dwight Freeney (knee), defensive tackle Corey Liuget (concussion) and tight end David Johnson (shoudler).

Freeney didn't practice Thursday but was able to work in limited fashion on Wednesday and Friday. Johnson and Liuget returned to a full practice Friday.

The Chargers listed five players as probable to face the Jets in Week 5, including tight end Ladarius Green (hamstring), cornerback Jason Verrett (hamstring) and linebackers Donald Butler (shoulder), Jarret Johnson (shoulder) and Cordarro Law (ankle).

The following players have been ruled out for Week 5 action: running back Ryan Mathews (knee), offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger (back), cornerback Shareece Wright (knee) and linebackers Manti Te'o (foot), Jeremiah Attaochu (hamstring) and Reggie Walker (ankle).

The Lions have ruled out three players prior to Week 5.

Joseph Fauria, Travis Lewis and Theo Riddick will not play during the contest. All three players missed practice the entire week, leading to them being labeled as "out" on the injury report.
