  • Tommy Tremble TE | CAR

Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Done for day with concussion

Tremble (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Bears, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Tremble was popped hard by Jaquan Brisker on a seven-yard catch in the second quarter, losing a fumble on the hit. With Tremble now out, rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders should operate as the Panthers' top tight end for the remainder of Sunday's contest.

  • Greg Dulcich TE | MIA

Broncos' Greg Dulcich: Inactive versus Raiders

Dulcich (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

With Dulcich a healthy scratch Sunday, Adam Trautman and Lucas Krull are slated to handle Denver's Week 5 tight end duties. Through four games this season, Dulcich has been limited to five catches (on 12 targets) for 28 yards.

  • Lucas Krull TE | DEN

Broncos' Lucas Krull: Ready to play Sunday

Krull is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

After being a healthy inactive for the first four weeks, Krull is set to make his season debut. He caught eight of 14 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown last season and could see an increased role in Week 5 due to Greg Dulcich (coach's decision) being inactive.

  • Tyler Conklin TE | DET

Jets' Tyler Conklin: Season-best six catches

Conklin recorded six receptions on nine targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Vikings.

Conklin emerged as a favorite target of Aaron Rodgers in a pass-heavy game script, finishing third on the team with nine targets. He had a few big plays in the first half, highlighted by gains of 25 and 13 yards. The Jets' passing offense is heavily concentrated, and Conklin should remain a priority behind Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard.

  • 49ers' George Kittle: Suiting up Sunday

Kittle (ribs) is listed as active Sunday versus the Cardinals, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.

Kittle will continue to play through the rib injury that briefly resulted in a questionable to return tag last Sunday against the Patriots. The issue capped him to only one limited practice (Friday) during Week 5 prep, but considering he finished Week 4 with a 94 percent snap share, he should be able to handle a similar workload this weekend. Assuming he garners enough looks from QB Brock Purdy, Kittle is in a good spot to produce against an Arizona defense that has allowed the fifth-most YPT (8.65) to opposing tight ends this season.

  • Trey McBride TE | ARI

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Active as expected Sunday

McBride (ribs) is active for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the 49ers.

McBride had an eventful week as it pertains to his health following a Week 4 absence due to a concussion, managing to clear protocol while practicing in full both Thursday and Friday and entering the weekend sans an injury designation. However, McBride was added to the injury report Saturday with a ribs injury, but subsequent reporting indicated the talented tight end was in line to suit up Sunday. With his active status now official, McBride will slide back into his unquestioned No. 1 tight-end role for the divisional clash against San Francisco, sending Elijah Higgins back down to No. 2 slotting at the position.

  • Tommy Tremble TE | CAR

Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Getting concussion check

Tremble is under evaluation for a concussion during Sunday's game at Chicago, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports.

Tremble endured a hit to the head on a seven-yard catch late in the second quarter and lost a fumble in the process. While he was able to walk to the sideline under his own power, he then went to the locker room for a concussion check. If Tremble eventually is diagnosed with such an injury, Ja'Tavion Sanders and Feleipe Franks will be the Panthers' available and healthy tight ends for the rest of Week 5.

  • Bengals' Tanner McLachlan: Won't make NFL debut Sunday

McLachlan (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

McLachlan, a rookie sixth-round pick out of Arizona, has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut. Mike Gesicki, Erick All and Drew Sample will be Cincinnati's only active tight ends during Week 5.

  • Tanner Hudson TE | CIN

Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Won't play Sunday

Hudson (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Hudson was a full participant at each practice during Week 5 prep and didn't have an injury designation. However, the reserve tight end will remain sidelined for a fourth straight game. Tanner McLachlan (coach's decision) is also inactive, so Mike Gesicki, Erick All and Drew Sample are the Bengals' active tight ends versus Baltimore.

  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Jaguars' Evan Engram: Missing fourth straight game

Engram (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Engram took a step forward in his recovery from a hamstring injury this week by logging a trio of limited practices, but the Jaguars determined that the tight end needed at least one more game off to heal up. With Engram out for a fourth straight contest, Brenton Strange should serve as the Jaguars' top pass-catching tight end. Engram's absence could also open up more looks in the short and intermediate areas of the field for Christian Kirk, who has amassed 22 targets over the past two contests.
