  • Austin Hooper TE | ATL

Raiders' Austin Hooper: Targeted once in win

Hooper caught his only target for 10 yards in Sunday's 30-6 win over the Giants.

Hooper continues to play behind rookie tight end Michael Mayer, but neither option has been able to reach significant fantasy relevance as Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers remain focal points. Hooper figures to take a back seat to Mayer again versus the Jets in Week 10.

  • T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN

Vikings' T.J. Hockenson: Hopeful to play against New Orleans

Head coach Kevin O'Connell said Monday that he hopes Hockenson (ribs) will be able to play Sunday against the Saints, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Hockenson was the Vikings' leading receiver during Sunday's 31-28 win over the Falcons, but O'Connell revealed after the game that the tight end was tending to a rib issue. Hockenson is expected to be a limited practice participant to begin the week, but the team hopes that he won't be forced to miss any game action. A better idea of his status should come into focus as the week rolls along.

  • Mike Gesicki TE | CIN

Patriots' Mike Gesicki: Held without a catch Sunday

Gesicki logged 55 of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Commanders, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Though Gesicki saw plenty of snaps Sunday, he didn't record a catch on one target, while fellow TE Hunter Henry (56 snaps) caught four of seven targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in the contest. While working in a timeshare, Gesicki remains a hit-or-miss fantasy option as this weekend's game against the Colts approaches.

  • Will Dissly TE | LAC

Seahawks' Will Dissly: Minimal usage in loss

Dissly didn't catch his lone target in Sunday's 37-3 loss to the Ravens.

Known for his blocking abilities, Dissly took a back seat in this lopsided game and logged a season-low 11 offensive snaps. He has gone without a catch in four of the last five games.

  • Seahawks' Colby Parkinson: Gains six yards in loss

Parkinson caught his lone target for a six-yard gain in Sunday's 37-3 loss to the Ravens.

Parkinson logged a 47 percent snap share and was the only Seahawks tight end to catch a pass in the blowout loss. The 24-year-old now has 12 catches for 138 yards this season.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Catchless in loss

Fant didn't catch his lone target in Sunday's 37-3 loss to the Ravens.

Fant finished catchless for the first time since the season opener, as the Seahawks offense completely stalled on the road. The 2019 first-round pick handled a 51 percent snap share. He'll look to get back on track in Week 10 versus the Commanders.

  • Dallas Goedert TE | PHI

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Facing expected four-week absence

Goedert is expected to have surgery as soon as Monday to address a fractured right forearm and is likely facing a four-week recovery timeline, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The tight end suffered the injury late in the second half of Sunday's 28-23 win over the Cowboys and finished the game with three receptions for 50 yards on four targets. Though Goedert is scheduled to undergo an MRI early Monday before a final determination is made on surgery, the expectation is that he'll go under the knife later in the day. The Eagles are on bye in Week 10, so if the estimated four-week recovery timeline proves to be accurate, Goedert could avoid injured reserve if the team is optimistic he'll miss only three games rather than four. Once the team returns from its bye, the Eagles will presumably reassess Goedert and decide if he needs to placed on IR prior to a Nov. 20 matchup with Kansas City. Jack Stoll has been serving as the team's No. 2 tight end this season, but the Eagles could also lean more on Albert Okwuegbunam in Goedert's absence when they want more of a pass-catching threat on the field.

  • Eric Saubert TE | SEA

Texans' Eric Saubert: Top TE backup Sunday

Saubert was not targeted and played 12 snaps in Sunday's 39-37 win over Tampa Bay in Week 9.

Saubert was signed to Houston's active roster as both Brevin Jordan (foot) and Teagan Quitoriano (groin) were unavailable. There aren't many looks available for backup tight ends behind Dalton Schultz, who accounts 50 of the position group's 59 targets this season.

  • Jordan Akins TE | JAC

Browns' Jordan Akins: Season-high targets in win

Akins caught one of three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 27-0 win over the Cardinals.

The three targets were a season high for Akins, who along with Harrison Bryant generally has to settle for scraps behind David Njoku at tight end. Akins was on offense for 19 snaps, his most since Week 1, but he remains third on the depth chart.

  • Dallas Goedert TE | PHI

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: To miss time with fractured forearm

Goedert suffered a fractured forearm in Sunday's 28-23 win over the Cowboys and is a candidate to go on injured reserve, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Goedert exited in the second half of Sunday's win after landing on his arm at the end of a catch-and-run. The tight end will get an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of the injury, but even the most optimistic scenario at this point would likely result in him missing time. Philadelphia will be on bye in Week 10 before facing Kansas City in Week 11. Jack Stoll is the top candidate to take over the starting tight end role for the duration of Goedert's absence, with increased playing time possible for Grant Calcaterra (concussion) and Albert Okwuegbunam as well.
