Kmet brought in all 10 of his targets for 79 yards in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Chargers.

Kmet turned out to be one of the few bright spots for Chicago's offense in a game that understandably got out of hand for a rebuilding team that was starting an undrafted free agent under center. The tight end set new high-water marks in both targets and receptions Sunday after being held catchless in last week's win over Las Vegas. Kmet still owns a solid 35-319-3 receiving line through eight games with Chicago this year despite having inconsistent play under center. The tight end's fantasy value should receive a shot in the arm when starter Justin Fields returns from injury, with the next opportunity for that scenario coming against New Orleans in Week 9.

Njoku recorded four receptions on eight targets for 77 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Seahawks.

Njoku earned his second-highest target total of the season, good for second-best on the team in Sunday's loss. He did the majority of his damage on two catches, the first of which was an 18-yard score followed by a 41-yard gain that helped set up a field goal at the close the drive. Though the Browns offense has stagnated with PJ Walker under center, Njoku has 17 targets and nine receptions for 131 yards combined across his last two games.

Ferguson recorded four receptions on four targets for 47 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 43-20 win over the Rams.

Ferguson saw at least seven targets in three of his first four games of the season, though he has only eight looks in his last three games combined. As a result, he managed to top 40 yards for only the third time on the campaign, with his longest catch of the day coming on an 18-yard touchdown catch. Though his production will be sporadic, Ferguson has four targets inside the five and 11 targets inside the red zone this season, so he should have plenty of opportunity to keep finding the end zone.

Thomas brought in six of eight targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 38-31 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

The veteran tight end had been somewhat quiet since his season-best 9-77-1 line in Week 5 against the Bears, but he was an important part of a career-best passing day for Sam Howell on Sunday. Thomas also found the end zone for the third time this season and for the first time since that game against Chicago when he hauled in a seven-yard touchdown pass from Howell early in the fourth quarter. Thomas will next take aim at the Patriots' spotty pass defense in a Week 9 road matchup.

Goedert secured four of seven targets for 36 yards in the Eagles' 38-31 win over the Commanders on Sunday.

Goedert saw the top wideout duo of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith garner the majority of Jalen Hurts' attention, as he finished a distant third in receptions and receiving yards to his pair of talented teammates. The veteran tight end's middling yardage number was his first tally below 40 since Week 4 against this same Commanders squad, but he could be more involved in a Week 9 home showdown against the Cowboys.

Henry brought in all three targets for 28 yards in the Patriots' 31-17 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday.

The veteran tight end tied Kendrick Bourne (knee) for second on the Patriots in receptions while finishing third in receiving yards. Henry has, in relative terms, bounced back from a particularly rough two-game stretch in Weeks 5 and 6 during which he posted just one catch for seven yards on five targets, now having recorded a 5-55 line on six targets in the ensuing pair of contests. Nevertheless, as with the rest of the Patriots' pass catchers, his output is seemingly capped by Mac Jones' limitations under center, although he could see a larger role in a Week 9 home matchup against the Commanders if DeVante Parker (head) and Bourne are sidelined.

Ruckert didn't catch his only target in Sunday's 13-10 overtime win over the Giants.

Ruckert has at least one target in each of the last four games but just five targets on the season. The second-year tight end continues to play a minor role in the Jets' low-octane passing attack.

Conklin didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 13-10 overtime win over the Giants.

Conklin had at least three catches in each of the previous five games, but he didn't account for any of Zach Wilson's 17 completions in the overtime victory. His two targets matched the combined total of C.J. Uzomah and Jeremy Ruckert, so Conklin remains the top pass catching option among the Jets' tight ends heading into a Week 9 home game against the Chargers on MNF.

Uzomah caught his only target for 19 yards in Sunday's 13-10 overtime win over the Giants.

Uzomah was the only tight end to log a catch for the Jets in this one, as Tyler Conklin and Jeremy Ruckert combined for zero receptions on three targets. Uzomah has yet to see more than two targets in a game this season.

McBride hauled in 10 of his 14 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-24 loss to Baltimore.

McBride absorbed veteran Zach Ertz's (quadriceps) targets after the latter was placed on injured reserve following last week's loss to Seattle. The end result was a career game for McBride, who upped his season receiving line to 25-265-1 through eight weeks. The 2022 second-round pick generated the exact same amount of receiving yards and touchdowns as a rookie, but he needed twice as many games to reach those totals in 2022. Ertz will miss Arizona's next three games at a minimum, opening the door for McBride to provide fantasy value until the veteran returns, beginning with next Sunday's tilt against Cleveland.
