Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has labeled Freiermuth (hamstring) as "very doubtful" for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.

The Steelers may wait until Friday to formally rule Freiermuth out, but the tight end doesn't look set to practice in any capacity this week after exiting a Week 4 loss to the Texans with a strained hamstring. Expect rookie Darnell Washington to serve as the Steelers' starting tight end in Week 5, while second-year man Connor Heyward should also see increased reps.

Parham was diagnosed with a sprained wrist following his exit from Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

X-rays returned negative and he avoided any structural damage to his wrist, but even though the Chargers are on their bye in Week 5, Parham's not a lock to be available for the team's return to action Oct. 16 versus the Cowboys. Though he's listed as the Chargers' No. 2 tight end, Parham has outproduced starter Gerald Everett this season by virtue of finding the end zone on three of his six receptions through four games.

Likely did not draw a target on 14 snaps Sunday against the Browns.

Likely's role continues to diminish with Mark Andrews back in the fold and the Baltimore offense deploying fewer two tight end sets. His snap count has dropped every week since Week 1, and Sunday marked the first time that he failed to draw a target this season. Fellow tight end Charlie Kolar didn't play, either, so it's not as if Likely is losing playing time to another tight end. Instead, it appears that it's Mark Andrews or nothing as far as tight ends go in the new Baltimore offense.

Everett caught both of his targets for nine yards in the 24-17 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

Everett's usage has been particularly maddening this season, but it's possible the veteran could be trending upward after Donald Parham was ruled out of Sunday's game due to a wrist injury. With the Chargers on a bye Week 5, the status of Parham will have to wait another week. If the 6-foot-8 target is out for an extended absence, Everett could be poised for more work in the future.

Goedert caught two of four targets for 25 yards in Sunday's overtime win against Washington.

Jalen Hurts tied his season high with 37 pass attempts, but 13 of those went to A.J. Brown and nine more went to DeVonta Smith, leaving little for Goedert to work with. The quiet Week 4 performance means Goedert now is averaging just 3.3 catches and 22.0 yards per game. He's also yet to score a touchdown. The sixth-year tight end will look to get his season going Sunday against the Rams.

Fant (knee) caught both of his targets for 63 yards in Monday's 24-3 win over the Giants.

Fant finished as the Seahawks' leading receiver despite seeing just two targets Monday. The veteran did most of his damage on a short pass from backup Drew Lock that he took all the way down the sideline for what was initially ruled a 52-yard touchdown. Replay review revealed that Fant's knee was down prior to breaking the plane of the end zone, so Kenneth Walker finished the job with a touchdown from one yard out. The former Bronco has strung together three solid fantasy games after posting a bagel Week 1. Fant can provide value in deeper formats when he returns from Seattle's upcoming bye week, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect huge plays like Monday's on a regular basis.

Waller caught all three of his targets for 21 yards in Monday's 24-3 loss to the Seahawks.

Waller was targeted on only one of Daniel Jones' 17 first-half passes. His second target didn't come until less than six minutes remained in the fourth quarter. For all the hype surrounding the Waller-Daniel Jones chemistry entering the season, the 31-year-old tight end may have lost a step, as he's reached 40 yards only once through four games with Big Blue and has yet to find the end zone heading into a Week 5 trip to Miami.

Graham notched zero targets during Sunday's 26-9 defeat versus the Buccaneers.

Graham was the only tight end to log a snap for the Saints in Week 4, as Foster Moreau (ankle) was inactive while Juwan Johnson (calf) was ruled out shortly after kickoff Sunday. Graham wound up playing 65 percent of New Orleans' offensive snaps, though he still never saw any usage as a receiver. The 36-year-old has totaled just one target across four games so far this season, and it appears his fantasy value will be limited to the occasional red-zone target in the Saints' struggling offense.

Rader reverted to the Titans' practice squad Monday.

Rader was able to get some additional snaps -- nine offensive and 13 on special teams -- when Josh Whyle was ruled out of Sunday's contest against the Bengals with an ankle injury. If Whyle is unable to go for Week 5 against the Colts, Rader would have a good chance of being elevated for the second time this season.

Okonkwo recorded three catches (on three targets) for 29 yards in Sunday's 27-3 win over the Bengals.

Okonkwo has at least three receptions in each of his last three games, though he's managed to top 30 receiving yards only once in that span. The Titans offense will continue to run through Derrick Henry, and the passing attack will center around DeAndre Hopkins, which leaves limited production available for peripheral options such as Okonkwo.
