  • Jordan Akins TE | JAC

Texans' Jordan Akins: Snaps TD drought

Akins caught five of five targets for a team-high 61 yards and a 25-yard touchdown catch in Sunday's 30-15 loss to Miami in Week 12. He also had a fumble that turned into a Dolphins defensive touchdown.

Akins hauled in his first touchdown since Week 3 and had his fifth catch of more than 20 yards. That helped make up for the fumble, which came after a jarring hit by safety Eric Rowe. It's looking like the benching of Brevin Jordan -- at three consecutive weeks and running -- is a permanent decision, so Akins should continue to see the bulk of targets at tight end.

  • Trevon Wesco TE | LV

Bears' Trevon Wesco: Targeted once in defeat

Wesco caught a three-yard pass in the Bears' 31-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.

Wesco has two catches on four targets this season, and he isn't a significant part of the Chicago passing attack, making him a player to avoid when setting weekly fantasy lineups.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Limited production in loss

Kmet caught two passes for 27 yards in the Bears' 31-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.

With Justin Fields (shoulder) sitting out, Trevor Siemian threw six passes to Kmet, leading the team. But with the Bears struggling to move the ball after their first few drives, there was very little production in the passing game to go around. It's unlikely that Kmet reaches his weekly fantasy value until Fields returns to the lineup.

  • Browns' Harrison Bryant: Minimized role in win

Bryant caught two of two targets for nine yards in Sunday's 23-17 overtime victory over the Buccaneers.

Bryant's workload picked up while David Njoku missed two games and was slowed in his return last week from an ankle injury, but the starting tight end was back in form Sunday. That resulted in fewer snaps and looks for Bryant, who had 10 targets the last two games. With Deshaun Watson due back from his 11-game suspension next week at Houston, Bryant could see an uptick in production going forward.

  • David Njoku TE | LAC

Browns' David Njoku: Game-tying TD in OT win

Njoku secured five of seven targets for 29 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 23-17 overtime win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Njoku's day was mostly pedestrian until he recorded an outstanding one-handed 12-yard touchdown grab in the back of the end zone with 32 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime. Njoku notably saw five more targets than fellow tight end Harrison Bryant, who'd taken on a larger role during his teammate's recent absence with an ankle injury. Njoku's trip to the end zone was his first since Week 3 and only his second of the season, giving him some momentum going into Deshaun Watson's debut as the starting quarterback against the Texans in Week 13.

  • Greg Dulcich TE | MIA

    Broncos' Greg Dulcich: Slump continues

Dulcich caught two of three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Panthers.

Dulcich showed promise in his first three appearances after debuting in Week 6, accumulating 182 receiving yards and a touchdown on 17 targets. The rookie tight end has cooled off in three games since, failing to jump-start a sputtering Broncos offense while turning 12 targets into just 52 yards. Dulcich will look to get back on track against the Ravens in Week 13.

  • Jesper Horsted TE | CAR

Raiders' Jesper Horsted: Forced out with consussion

Horsted (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Horsted did not log any offensive statistics before exiting at some point versus Seattle. The tight end will now need to clear the league's concussion protocol before suiting up again, and his next chance to play will come against the Chargers on Sunday, Dec. 4. With Horsted out and Jacob Hollister (coach's decision) inactive, Foster Moreau will serve as the Raiders' only available tight end for the remainder of this Week 12 contest.

  • Mark Andrews TE | BAL

Ravens' Mark Andrews: Fades after hot start

Andrews recorded four receptions on seven targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Jaguars.

Andrews tallied four catches for 33 yards on Baltimore's opening drive and appeared to be in for a big performance. While he still led the team in targets, he slowed significantly from that point, managing only a 17-yard catch and a two-point conversion across the rest of the game. Andrews also dropped a pass in the end zone and has not scored a touchdown or topped 65 receiving yards since Week 6.

  • Hayden Hurst TE | LAC

Bengals' Hayden Hurst: Finishes with 57 yards

Hurst had six catches for 57 yards on nine targets in Sunday's win over the Titans.

Hurst was second on the team in catches and yards, tying Tee Higgins with the nine targets. The Titans initially took away the outside, leaving room for Hurst to do some damage in the middle of the field. Hurst has scored only twice this season, but he's now up to 46 catches for 388 yards.

  • Tyler Higbee TE | LAR

Rams' Tyler Higbee: Suiting up in Week 12

Higbee (knee) is active for Sunday's game in Kansas City, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

A knee injury kept Higbee on the sideline at Wednesday's practice, but he capped the week with back-to-back limited sessions and was given a questionable designation ahead of Week 12 action. Now that he's confirmed as available, he'll be one of the top pass catchers for Sunday's starting quarterback Bryce Perkins, who is filling in for Matthew Stafford (concussion protocol/neck) over fellow reserve John Wolford (neck). Helping Higbee's case for targets is the fact Cooper Kupp (ankle) is on IR and Allen Robinson (ankle) is inactive, meaning his main competitors for reps are Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek.
