Williams brought in his only target for minus-4 yards in the Lions' 31-29 win over the Vikings on Sunday.

Williams' final line tells the tale of how forgettable his afternoon was in every sense. The third-year wideout had come into the division clash with a two-game touchdown streak and at least 76 receiving yards in four of his first five games of the season, but Sunday marked his second one-reception tally of the campaign. Williams' speed makes him a candidate to bounce back in noteworthy fashion on any given week, however, with a home matchup against the Titans next Sunday his first opportunity to erase the memory of his season-worst outing.

Aiyuk went to the locker room on a cart due to an undisclosed injury at halftime of Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Aiyuk remained on the turf after a 15-yard catch late in the second quarter, and while he was able to walk to the sideline under his own power, he required assistance to reach the locker room. With Deebo Samuel dealing with an illness and barely seeing the field Sunday and Jauan Jennings (hip) inactive, the 49ers may have to play the rest of Week 7 with Chris Conley, Ricky Pearsall, Jacob Cowing and Ronnie Bell at wide receiver.

Addison brought in three of four targets for 66 yards in the Vikings' 31-29 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Addison was third or tied for that slotting in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Vikings on the afternoon, but that resulted in relatively unremarkable production. The second-year wideout did manage a game-long 51-yard reception, and Addison's numbers were a marked improvement over his 36-yard tally in Week 5 against the Jets. Addison has exactly three catches in each of his first four games heading into a Week 8 road matchup against the Rams on Thursday night.

Cooper recorded four receptions on five targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans.

Cooper made his Bills debut after being dealt from Cleveland in the middle of the week, and he delivered an efficient performance. Things got off to an inauspicious start, as he dropped his first target from Josh Allen. His next opportunity didn't come until early in the second half, but he converted that for a 12-yard touchdown and then went on to tally long catches of 27 and 19 yards later in the same quarter. Moving forward, Cooper isn't likely to see the same volume as he did during his time in Cleveland, but his efficiency should tick up considerably with Allen delivering his targets.

Hill caught one of two targets for eight yards and gained five rushing yards on one carry in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Colts.

Neither Tyler Huntley (shoulder) nor Tim Boyle has any success looking for their wide receivers on the afternoon, giving Hill few opportunities to make an impact. The speedster has topped 1,700 receiving yards in each of the last two seasons, the first player in NFL history to do so, but the Dolphins' QB woes have eliminated any chance of a repeat for Hill. Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) will be eligible to return from IR in Week 8 against the Cardinals, but if he isn't cleared for game action, it seems to make little difference to Hill whether Huntley, Boyle or Skylar Thompson (ribs) is under center.

Jefferson secured seven of eight targets for 81 yards and a touchdown and rushed once for three yards in the Vikings' 31-29 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Jefferson found the end zone from 25 yards out early in the third quarter, giving the Vikings some life after the Lions had scored 21 unanswered points in the second period. However, it was a relatively quiet day otherwise for the star receiver against a division rival he's already put up some elite numbers against on multiple occasions in his career. Jefferson now has at least 81 receiving yards in four straight games but hasn't eclipsed the century mark in any of them, a matter he'll look to rectify against the Rams' vulnerable secondary in a Week 8 Thursday night road matchup.

St. Brown secured all eight targets for 112 yards and a touchdown in the Lions' 31-29 win over the Vikings on Sunday.

St. Brown led the Lions in receptions, receiving yards and targets with totals that also served as the second highest for him this season. The star wideout's 35-yard scoring grab in the second quarter also extended his streak of games with a touchdown to four, while the 100-yard performance marked his second time eclipsing the century mark this season. St. Brown next takes aim at a Titans defense that just surrendered a 100-yard performance to Bills rookie Keon Coleman when Detroit hosts Tennessee for a Week 8 interconference matchup.

Wicks (shoulder) caught three of six targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Texans.

Wicks finished second behind Romeo Doubs in both targets and receiving yards while playing through a shoulder injury the former sustained in Week 6 against Arizona. Most of Wicks' production came on a 30-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter. Wicks has reached the end zone on four of his 14 catches this season, and the opportunistic wide receiver will try to continue his scoring spree in Week 8 against a generous Jacksonville secondary.

Dell didn't catch any of his four targets in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Packers.

Dell was targeted in the end zone on consecutive plays on Houston's first drive, but the first went off his hands and he came down out of bounds with the second one, the latter of which didn't count due to a defensive offside. He ended up without a catch on three official first-half targets and was blanked on his only second-half target as C.J. Stroud threw for only 86 yards in an uncharacteristically shabby outing for Houston's entire passing game. Dell should continue to see additional opportunities as the Texans remain without star receiver Nico Collins (hamstring) against the Colts in Week 8.

Doubs caught eight of 10 targets for 94 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Texans.

Doubs has produced two strong performances since being suspended for a game by the Packers, scoring two touchdowns in Week 6 against the Cardinals before leading the team in targets, catches and receiving yards in the win over Houston. No teammate had more than six targets or 48 receiving yards in Sunday's win, though Doubs wasn't on the receiving end of any of Jordan Love's three touchdown passes. Doubs will look to keep building momentum in Week 8 against the Jaguars.
