Pearsall (chest) remains listed as questionable but is on track to make his NFL debut in Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Jay Glazer on Fox Sports reports.

Pearsall (chest) was activated off the reserve/non-football injury list Saturday after he turned in a trio of full practices during Week 7 prep. With Jauan Jennings (hip) ruled out, Pearsall could get playing time on offense right away and challenge Chris Conley for the No. 3 receiver role behind Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

Douglas missed most of the second half of Sunday's 32-16 loss to the Jaguars after he felt under the weather after waking up ill earlier in the day, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Douglas caught two of his three targets for 14 yards in the first half, but shortly after halftime, the Patriots labeled him as questionable to return due to an illness. The second-year wideout appeared to check back into the game for one snap in the second half, but New England never officially announced that he was cleared to return to the game. The Patriots may have been consciously staying away from Douglas after he required anti-nausea medication in addition to an IV prior to the game so that he could attempt to play through the illness, per Rapoport. Provided his condition doesn't take a turn for the worse in the next few days, Douglas should be ready to play and take on a more normal share of snaps in the Patriots' Week 8 game versus the Jets next Sunday.

The Patriots announced that Polk is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London due to a head injury.

Polk will most likely be sent in for a concussion evaluation before the Patriots determine whether he's fit to return, but given that the announcement of his head injury didn't come until late in the fourth quarter, it's likely that his day is already over in any case. Before leaving the game, Polk failed to corral any of his three targets from quarterback Drake Maye. The rookie second-round pick continues to see ample playing time but has struggled to get on the same page with Maye and Jacoby Brissett this season; he's hauled in just 10 of his 26 targets and is averaging a lowly 3.0 yards per target.

Pierce (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Pierce missed practice Thursday due to the shoulder issue, and despite taking a questionable tag into the weekend, he cleared up most of the concern about his health by turning in a full practice Friday. He'll be available Sunday along with fellow wideouts Michael Pittman (back) and Josh Downs (toe) -- who were also listed as questionable -- with Pierce likely to serve as a downfield threat for strong-armed quarterback Anthony Richardson. With 368 receiving yards and three touchdowns through six games, Pierce has fared well with both Richardson and Joe Flacco under center, but he's achieved his production on a likely unsustainable 17.5 yards per target. With steady involvement in the passing game not guaranteed, Pierce profiles as a boom-or-bust fantasy option, with his weekly utility likely hinging on him finding the end zone or making a huge play downfield.

Downs (toe) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Downs was one of three Colts wideouts listed as questionable heading into the weekend, but he, Michael Pittman (back) and Alec Pierce (shoulder) will all be available to give quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) his full assortment of weapons in the passing game as he returns from a two-game absence. While Richardson missed Weeks 5 and 6 and most of the Week 3 game with the injury, Downs produced a 24-217-2 receiving line on 30 targets while Joe Flacco presided over the offense. In his lone full game with Richardson this season back in Week 3 against the Bears, Downs was much less productive (three catches for 22 yards on five targets).

Beckham (hamstring/personal) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.

After being added to the Dolphins' injury report Friday, when he was absent from practice due to a combination of a hamstring injury and a personal matter, Beckham approached the contest listed as questionable. With his active status confirmed, the veteran wideout -- who didn't catch his only target in his season debut against the Patriots in Week 5 -- will provide depth behind Miami's top pass-catching duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, but Beckham will need to turn in a full and productive game before meriting fantasy lineup consideration.

Pittman (back) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Pittman didn't practice Wednesday and Friday due to the back injury and was listed as questionable heading into the weekend, but a full session Thursday likely cleared up any lingering concern about his health heading into Sunday. Though Pittman is unlikely to face any restrictions with his snaps Sunday, the return of Anthony Richardson (oblique) to the lineup after missing the past two games could limit Pittman's fantasy appeal. While Richardson was healthy and played the entirety of Weeks 1 through 3, Pittman managed just 11 receptions for 88 yards and no touchdowns on 20 targets before he saw his production take off with Joe Flacco directing the offense for most of the past three contests.

Wicks (shoulder) is listed as active Sunday against the Texans, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Wicks made an early departure from last Sunday's win against the Cardinals in the first half with a shoulder injury that initially was reported to be a week-to-week concern. He then put himself in a position to be available Week 7 after cobbling together three limited practices that left him questionable for Sunday's game. Now that he's active, Wicks likely will remain Green Bay's fourth option at wide receiver with all of Jayden Reed, Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs suiting up.

Douglas is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London due to an illness.

Douglas reeled in two of his three targets for 14 yards before falling ill. He seems to be keeping himself prepared to check back into the game, with Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald noting that Douglas rode the stationary bike on the sideline and took part in some stretching during the third quarter. If Douglas doesn't ultimately return to the contest, the Patriots should provide an update on his condition shortly after the game concludes.

Wilson (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, isn't expected to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Wilson was inactive for the Steelers' first five games of the season before making his NFL debut in last Sunday's win over the Raiders. He played just five snaps in the victory and may have sustained a hamstring injury at some point during Week 7 prep. He didn't appear on the Steelers' initial injury report released Wednesday, then was listed as a limited participant in practices Thursday and Friday due to the hamstring issue. Official word on Wilson's Week 7 status will arrive when Pittsburgh posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.
