Pittman (back) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, but he traveled with the rest of the Colts to Nashville on Saturday, and the "odds of him playing seem good" for Week 6, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.

Pittman's status won't be known one way or the other until Indianapolis releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but the wideout looks to be trending toward suiting up. It's an excellent development for the Colts, as reports earlier this week suggested that Pittman could miss multiple games due to his back injury. The wideout's outlook improved considerably when he was able to log a full practice Friday following a pair of absences from practice to begin the week, and Holder's latest report offers further promise that Pittman will be able to give it a go Sunday. Fellow wideout Josh Downs (toe) is also listed as questionable but expected to play Sunday, and quarterback Anthony Richardson is likely tracking toward a return from a one-game absence. While Richardson sat out Week 5 and most of the Week 4 win over Pittsburgh, Pittman turned in his two best games of the season while working primarily with veteran quarterback Joe Flacco, putting together a 11-150-1 receiving line on 17 targets between the two contests.

Johnson (ankle) remains listed as questionable but is likely to play in Sunday's game against Atlanta, sources tell Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com.

Johnson has been dealing with an ankle issue for nearly two weeks, but he was able to suit up in Week 5 against Chicago and appears set to do so again Sunday. The wideout was quiet against the Bears with just three catches on six targets for 23 yards along with two carries for six yards, but the Panthers haven't provided an indication that the injured ankle was responsible for his lack of production. Johnson posted a much more robust 15-205-2 receiving line between Weeks 3 and 4 while working with veteran quarterback Andy Dalton.

Meyers (ankle) was downgraded from questionable to doubtful Saturday for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

With Meyers likely to join Davante Adams (hamstring) on the sideline for Week 6, second-year quarterback Aidan O'Connell will have few weapons to work with in his first start of 2024. Meyers had played in each of the Raiders' first five games, and he drew 19 targets over the past two weeks while Adams was out of the lineup. Meyers sat out the Raiders' first two practices of Week 6 before returning to the field Friday as a limited participant, and though he appears on track to be inactive for Sunday's contest, he'll have a good chance to play Week 7 against the Rams if he doesn't miss any additional practice time.

Reynolds (hand) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.

Reynolds underwent finger surgery earlier this week, and as a result won't be eligible to return until early November. The Broncos have a number of wide receivers that could step to replace Reynolds between Lil'Jordan Humphrey, Marvin Mims, Troy Franklin and Devaughn Vele, but it remains to be seen which of the crew truly stands to operate as the No. 2 behind Courtland Sutton.

The Eagles signed Campbell to their 53-man roster Saturday.

Campbell had already been elevated from the practice squad three times this season, so Philadelphia was required to sign him to the active roster in order for the speedy wideout to play Sunday versus Cleveland. The 27-year-old has been playing a significant role in the Eagles' offense in recent games due to the absences of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, and in Week 4 he logged a season-high 84 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Campbell probably won't play that much in Week 6 with both Brown and Smith slated to return, but he could remain on the roster as a depth receiver for the remainder of the campaign.

The Buccaneers elevated Miller from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Miller is getting his first elevation of the campaign due to fellow wideouts Trey Palmer (concussion) and Kameron Johnson (ankle) being ruled out for Sunday's game against New Orleans. Jalen McMillan is also questionable for the contest due to a hamstring issue. Miller played in one contest with Tampa Bay last year, logging two offensive snaps without any targets and 12 special-teams snaps versus Carolina in Week 13.

Samuel, who missed practice time this week with a toe issue, does not carry an injury designation into Monday's contest against the Jets.

Samuel has at least two targets in every game this season, but some assumed the offseason addition would thrive significantly more in the Joe Brady offensive scheme, similar to the duo's days in Carolina. Expect Samuel to continue to operate in a depth role, as top wideout Khalil Shakir (ankle) is trending in the right direction for Monday's game.

Hollins, who was limited in practice this week with a shoulder issue, does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Jets.

Hollins has compiled six targets in each of the past two games, but the big-bodied wideout hardly has anything to show from it, as he's tallied just three total catches for 32 yards over the past two weeks. With Khalil Shakir (ankle) trending in the right direction, Hollins will likely share the pass-catching duties with the full complement of Bills wideouts.

Bourne (knee), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, is expected to play, Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald reports.

Bourne played just 27 percent of the team's snaps in his 2024 debut last week after missing the first four games following the 2023 October ACL tear. Expect the veteran wide receiver to be more involved in the gameplan this week as the Patriots debut the 2024 No. 3 overall pick, Drake Maye, in his first professional start.

Cleveland elevated Darden from its practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game at Philadelphia, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.

Darden will be available for the Browns for the second time this season at the Eagles. In his first outing in Week 1 versus the Cowboys, he returned five punts for 72 yards and four kickoffs for 97 yards.
