Collins exited Sunday's game against the Bills with a hamstring injury.

Prior to that, Collins caught both of his targets for 78 yards and a TD. In his absence, Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell are slated to lead the Texans' Week 5 WR corps, with Robert Woods, Xavier Hutchinson and John Metchie available to mix in.

Jefferson recorded six receptions on 14 targets for 92 yards in Sunday's 23-17 win over the Jets.

Jefferson got off to a quick start, as he had three receptions for 33 yards on Minnesota's first offensive possession and had an additional catch for 28 yards before halftime. However, with the Vikings in control of the game for most of the final two quarters, he saw more limited opportunities and also struggled to connect with Sam Darnold. Though it wasn't Jefferson's most prolific performance, he now has at least 80 yards in each of his last four games and Sunday marked his first contest without a touchdown this season.

Wilson recorded 13 receptions on 22 targets for 101 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Vikings.

Wilson benefitted from the Jets falling behind 17-0 before halftime and impressively drew 22 of the team's 51 targets. That was the primary reason for optimism in the performance, as he still struggled to pair up efficiently with Aaron Rodgers by averaging only 4.6 yards per target. Despite that concerning sign, Wilson's productivity in this game was positive, headlined by his second touchdown and first 100-yard effort of the campaign.

Adams (hamstring) is nearing full health and is expected to be ready to play in time for Week 6, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Where Adams will be playing in Week 6 is the big question, as trade chatter has been heating up regarding the veteran wideout. Adams is missing his second straight game Sunday against Denver, but it sounds like he's going to be ready to rock next week. Through three games, Adams has an 18-209-1 receiving line and is still a bona fide No. 1 receiver at 31 years old.

Sims (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Bills.

Sims had been operating as the Texans' return man but may have lost the job after a muffed punt last Sunday against the Jaguars. He finished the Week 4 matchup in the role, but he clearly won't handle it in Week 5. Tank Dell and Robert Woods are the most likely candidates to take over return duties for Houston.

Coker (foot) is active Sunday against the Bears.

Coker saw a limited role in his NFL debut last week and will likely see a similar workload Sunday, operating as a depth option with Adam Thielen (hamstring) out of action.

Irwin (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Irwin will be a healthy scratch for a third straight game. With Tee Higgins unavailable, Irwin played over 50 percent of the Bengals' offensive snaps through the first two weeks. However, the undrafted product out of Stanford has been the odd man out in recent weeks.

Bourne (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Bourne -- who came off the PUP list Saturday -- is thus set to make his first game appearance since tearing his right ACL on Oct. 29, 2023. In his return to the lineup, it's possible that Bourne will be eased back into the mix, but either way, his presence should provide a needed boost to a New England offense that ranks 31st in the league in scoring (13.0 points per game), per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com. With K.J. Osborn (shoulder) inactive versus Miami, Bourne has an immediate opportunity to step into a key role alongside fellow WRs Ja'Lynn Polk and DeMario Douglas, though for now he profiles as a speculative fantasy option until he gets a full and productive outing in.

Baker (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Dolphins.

Baker will be a healthy scratch for the third time this season. The 2024 fourth-round selection will now turn his focus to working toward earning a chance to suit up in Week 6 against the Texans.

Jones (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Panthers.

Jones' streak of being inactive appeared to have a chance to end with DeAndre Carter dealing with a rib injury. However, with Carter suiting up, the Tennessee product will be sidelined once again.
