Ravens' Zay Flowers: Could be limited if active
Flowers (hamstring) is expected to "test his injury" prior to Sunday's game against the Cowboys, and if he suits up he "will likely be on a pitch count," Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Flowers was limited on Friday's injury report and given a questionable designation for Week 3, so the door is open for him to take the field Sunday in Brazil. However, it appears a final call on his availability will not be made until the Ravens release their inactives 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, and even if Flowers is active he may not handle a full complement of snaps. Rashod Bateman would be the favorite to pick up the Slack if Flowers is limited or unavailable altogether.

Flowers (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys in Brazil.
Flowers upgraded to limited practice participation Friday after sitting out every other session the past two weeks. It's unclear if he has a real chance to play or the Ravens are just trying to create that impression, so fantasy managers will need to stay tuned as the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff approaches Sunday. It'll be a tricky situation if Flowers comes down to a game-time call, but there are at least three other games with late-afternoon kickoffs, plus SNF and MNF. Flowers' teammate Rashod Bateman is one of the better replacement options after putting up 88 yards and a TD in Flowers' absence last week.

As anticipated after he was spotted working out off to the side during the media-access portion of practice, Flowers went down as a non-participant for the second consecutive day. The wideout hasn't practiced in any fashion since tweaking his hamstring in the Ravens' season-opening win over the Colts, and he could be trending toward missing a second straight game this Sunday against the Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro. The Ravens are scheduled to fly to Brazil later Thursday, so Flowers may not make the trip if the team doesn't anticipate him playing.

Listed as doubtful heading into this past Sunday's game against the Saints, Flowers was ultimately inactive for the Ravens' 24-17 loss.
