Diggs caught five of nine targets for 69 yards and took his only carry for a six-yard touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Jaguars.

The veteran wideout scored his first career rushing TD in the first quarter, taking a designed run to the right before reversing field and darting into the end zone through traffic in the middle of the field. Diggs has been a distant second to Nico Collins so far in terms of target volume, but he's still been productive to begin his first season with Houston, scoring three total touchdowns in four games while adding a 25-233 receiving line on 33 targets. Diggs gets an opportunity at a revenge game Week 5 against the Bills, the team that traded him to the Texans in April.

Jennings turned three receptions (six targets) into 88 yards in Sunday's 30-13 victory over New England.

Jennings failed to replicate last week's three-score performance for eager fantasy managers, but the veteran receiver still led the 49ers in targets and receiving yards, and that was with fellow starters Deebo Samuel (calf) and Brandon Aiyuk both active. San Francisco's slot man remains a hot play in fantasy while his role on offense remains enlarged sans Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles). The case can be made for Jennings to start in nearly any format, given his recent production and a favorable home matchup against Arizona on tap for Week 5.

Collins caught 12 of 15 targets for 151 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Jaguars.

The dozen receptions were a career high for Collins, while his season-high yardage marked the fourth time in 19 career games with C.J. Stroud as his QB that he's topped 150 yards. Collins has hit triple-digit yardage three times in four contests to begin the current campaign, and his 30-489-2 line on 43 targets makes him the first player in Texans history to amass at least 450 yards in the first four games of a season. Collins and the Houston passing game face a tough test in Week 5 against Buffalo.

Harrison caught five of six targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-14 loss to the Commanders.

Harrison scored a two-yard touchdown on the opening drive and seemed poised for a huge performance against a Commanders defense that had struggled to cover wide receivers, so his final numbers are a bit disappointing given that context. Nonetheless, the standout rookie stretched his touchdown streak to three games (four TDs) and finished with the team lead in receiving yards for an Arizona offense that was without tight end Trey McBride (concussion). Up next for Harrison and the Cardinals is a Week 5 road game in San Francisco.

McLaurin caught seven of 10 targets for 52 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-14 win over the Cardinals.

McLaurin gave the Commanders some additional breathing room with a 10-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter, which extended the lead to 35-14. Washington's No. 1 receiver has 152 receiving yards and two touchdowns in the last two games after posting just 39 yards without a touchdown in the first two games of the season, as rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has started connecting with his top target downfield much more consistently. McLaurin will look to build on his recent success in a Week 5 home game against the Browns.

Kirk caught seven of 12 targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Texans.

The veteran wideout led the Jaguars in receptions and targets, although rookie Brian Thomas out-gained him by 25 receiving yards. Kirk has seen double-digit targets in back-to-back contests, and he appears to have re-asserted himself as Trevor Lawrence's most reliable downfield option, capping his performance Sunday with his first TD of the season on an eight-yard grab in the third quarter. Kirk will look to keep rolling in Week 5 against the Colts.

Coach Andy Reid said after Sunday's 17-10 win over the Chargers that Rice (knee) will have an MRI on Monday, but the team doesn't expect good news, Tyler Dragon of USA Today reports.

Rice was carted off the field after Patrick Mahomes crashed into his knee as both players were attempting to make a tackle after a Mahomes interception. While an official determination won't be available until after the results of Monday's MRI are known, Rice is likely looking at a multi-week absence, and Reid's somber attitude suggests Rice's injury could prove to be season-ending.

Thomas caught six of nine targets for 86 yards and a touchdown and added 13 rushing yards on one carry in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Texans.

The rookie led the Jaguars in receiving yards on the day, and his performance was highlighted by a two-yard TD grab in the first quarter after a muffed punt by Houston. Thomas has had a very productive start to his NFL career, putting together a 17-275-2 line on 26 targets over four games, and his role in the passing game is on the rise heading into a Week 5 clash with the Colts.

Samuel (calf) finished with three receptions (five targets) for 58 yards and 14 rushing yards on two attempts in Sunday's 30-13 win over the Patriots.

Samuel made a triumphant return from a one-game absence due to a calf injury. The dual-position superstar didn't post gaudy fantasy totals while finishing second in receiving behind the red-hot Jauan Jennings (3-88-0) and with Jordan Mason, George Kittle and Fred Warner (ankle) cashing in on the 49ers' three scoring opportunities Sunday. With Samuel being eased back into a comfortable win, fantasy managers can feel positive heading into a potential high-scoring NFC West matchup against Arizona in Week 5.

Allen brought in all three targets for 19 yards in the Bears' 24-18 win over the Rams on Sunday.

Making his return from a two-game absence due to a heel injury, Allen was a complementary piece of the passing attack on a day when Caleb Williams threw for only 157 yards and a touchdown. Despite the modest numbers Sunday, fantasy managers can take some solace in the fact DJ Moore and Rome Odunze, Allen's fellow wideouts, combined for just four catches and 32 receiving yards in their own right. Allen could have a larger role in a favorable Week 5 home matchup against the Panthers.
