The Eagles elevated Campbell to their active roster Saturday.

With DeVonta Smith (concussion) and A.J. Brown (hamstring) both ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers, Campbell's elevation ensures depth at wide receiver. The 27-year-old wideout is joining Philadelphia's active roster for the second consecutive game after posting two catches for 13 yards over 33 offensive snaps during the Eagles' Week 3 win over the Saints. Campbell is expected to be involved in Philadelphia's offensive game plan, but he'll still likely be playing behind Jahan Dotson and Johnny Wilson.

Tampa Bay elevated Shepard from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

With wide receiver Jalen McMillan (hamstring) listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Eagles, the Bucs promoted Shepard from the practice squad for a second straight week. Shepard played four snaps on offense and didn't draw a target during the Bucs' Week 3 loss to the Broncos.

Washington (quadriceps) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday night's matchup against the Titans, C. Isaiah Smalls II of the Miami Herald reports.

The 2024 sixth-round pick has yet to make his NFL debut after sustaining a quadriceps issue in early September, but following a week of limited practice sessions, he's got a chance to suit up Monday night. Miami currently has just three wide receivers on its active roster without an injury designation, so Washington could see a decent amount of work if he's able to play through injury in Week 4.

Brown (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

With both DeVonta Smith (concussion) and Brown out, the Eagles' passing attack will have to rely on a collective group of newcomers between Jahan Dotson, Johnny Wilson, Parris Campbell and John Ross. As a result, Saquon Barkley could be a featured option continuously out of the backfield, but should the Eagles find themselves behind early, it's anyone's guess as to who becomes the featured receiver.

Smith was elevated to the Rams' active roster Saturday.

Smith has been elevated to the Rams' active roster for the second consecutive week as the team continues to deal with injuries in its wide receiver room. The 27-year-old played seven special-teams snaps during Los Angeles' Week 3 win over the 49ers, and he's expected to have a similar role in Week 4.

Cooks caught one of four targets for 16 yards in Thursday's win over the Giants.

The veteran wideout did see one more target than Jalen Tolbert, but otherwise it was another disappointing showing for Cooks. The 31-year-old has been out-produced by the younger Tolbert in three straight games, and Cooks' 9-91-1 line on 19 targets through four weeks has him on pace for career lows in yards per reception (10.1) and yards per target (a woeful 4.8). He has yet to have a gain of 40 or more yards in 20 contests with Dallas, and Cooks' ability to stretch the field appears to be leaving him as he heads into what might be the final stage of his career.

Hyatt failed to catch his only target in Thursday's 20-15 loss to the Cowboys.

Hyatt remained a non-factor for the Giants in Week 4, playing just 13 of the team's 69 offensive snaps. The wide receiver's lack of production against Dallas is rather disheartening knowing that Daniel Jones attempted 40 passes in the contest. Hyatt appears to be an afterthought in New York's offense early in 2024, buried beneath Malik Nabers (concussion), Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton at wide receiver.

Cowing (illness) appears to be all set to play Sunday versus the Patriots, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Cowing was absent from Thursday's practice session with an illness, but he now looks to be a full go for Week 4. The wide receiver will likely operate in his role as the team's primary punt returner versus New England.

Davis (hamstring) is considered questionable to play in Sunday's contest against Kansas City.

Davis opened the week as a limited participant at practice with a hamstring injury before failing to participate at the team's final two sessions of the week. The wide receiver appears to be unlikely to play in Week 4, though the questionable tag leaves the door open for him to give it a go Sunday.

Johnson (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles after being limited in Friday's practice.

Johnson was held out for Week 3 against the Broncos due to an ankle injury he sustained during practice leading up to that game. He was unable to practice Wednesday, but he was able to participate in a limited capacity Thursday and Friday to give himself a shot at playing Sunday. If Johnson can't play in Week 4, Trey Palmer would figure to serve as the primary punt returner, while the Bucs could call up a wide receiver like Sterling Shepard from the practice squad.
