Van Jefferson WR | TEN
Titans' Van Jefferson: Leaves game Sunday
Jefferson had to leave Sunday's game with a back injury.
The wide receiver caught one pass for 43 yards on five targets before exiting. Jefferson tied for second on the team in targets for the game. At the moment, he is Tennessee's third receiver behind Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, so his status will be worth monitoring as the practice week begins.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Quickly returns after cramping
Nacua (cramps) has returned to Sunday's game against the Lions, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Nacua was briefly deemed questionable to return in the fourth quarter but retook the field on the team's next possession. He is working on a second consecutive performance with 167 or more receiving yards.

DJ Moore WR | CHI
Bears' DJ Moore: Pair of scores in win
Moore recorded four receptions on five targets for 69 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 31-3 win over the Browns.
Moore didn't see a big bump in targets even with the continued absence of Rome Odunze (foot), finishing tied for second on the team with five opportunities. However, he delivered splash plays throughout the game to deliver a big fantasy performance. Moore's longest catch of the day went for 25 yards just before halftime, but his most impactful catches were scores of six and 22 yards -- the latter of which was a highlight-reel catch between two defenders. He remains an inconsistent producer, but he has now scored multiple times in two of his last four games while also topping 60 yards in both of those contests.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Questionable due to cramps
Nacua (cramps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Lions.
Nacua has been deemed questionable to return in the fourth quarter. He may not get a chance to add to his eight catches for 169 yards on 10 targets against Detroit. Nacua also rushed once for six yards before the cramping issue arose.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: Hurts hamstring against Lions
Adams (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Lions.
Adams pulled up lame and fell down while running a deep route in the fourth quarter. He went to the locker room shortly afterward, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Adams presumably aggravated the hamstring injury that cut into his practice participation throughout the week and had the veteran wide receiver listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game. Prior to getting injured, Adams caught four of nine targets for 71 yards.

Jalen Tolbert WR | DAL
Cowboys' Jalen Tolbert: Won't play Week 15
Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
It's the third time in four games that Tolbert will be a healthy scratch. Ryan Flournoy, KaVontae Turpin and Jonathan Mingo will be the top depth options for the Cowboys behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens for Sunday night's game. Tolbert's next opportunity to play is Week 16 against the Chargers on Sunday, Dec. 21.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Game-long reception in win
Smith brought in both targets for 50 yards in the Eagles' 31-0 win over the Raiders on Sunday.
The highlight of Smith's otherwise quiet afternoon was a 44-yard reception in the first half, which helped the speedster finish second in receiving yards to Dallas Goedert. The Eagles' offense didn't need to do much against an overmatched Raiders squad, so Smith's relatively modest afternoon should be viewed in that context. Smith figures to be busier in a Week 16 road matchup against the vulnerable Commanders defense on Saturday afternoon.

Mack Hollins WR | NE
Patriots' Mack Hollins: Leading receiver in run-heavy loss
Hollins caught four of eight targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 35-31 loss to the Bills.
Hollins led the Patriots in targets, catches and receiving yards against his former team, but New England's passing game struggled. All four of the Patriots' touchdowns came on the ground, and Drake Maye threw for only 155 yards with an interception. Hollins has reached the 50-yard threshold only three times heading into a Week 16 trip to Baltimore, typically working as a depth piece in the Patriots' passing game.

Christian Watson WR | GB
Packers' Christian Watson: Ruled out from returning Sunday
Watson (chest) won't return to Sunday's game in Denver.
Watson remained down for several minutes while attempting to haul in a deep shot from QB Jordan Love early in the fourth quarter that Broncos CB Patrick Surtain ended up corralling for an interception. A chest injury will keep Watson on the sideline for the rest of Week 15, meaning his next chance to suit up is next Saturday at Chicago. In Watson's stead, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden, Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton are the healthy and available wide receivers for the Packers on Sunday.

Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Hauls in two TDs against Cards
Collins caught three of four targets for 85 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 40-20 win over Arizona.
The Texans' top wideout turned C.J. Stroud's first pass of the day into a 57-yard touchdown, setting the tone for the rout, and Collins then scored Houston's last TD with a four-yard grab in the fourth quarter. It was his first multi-score performance of the season, but he's been locked in since missing a Week 8 clash with the Niners due to a concussion. Over the last seven games, Collins has racked up a 38-662-3 line on 61 targets while also adding a score on the ground. Collins will look to keep rolling in Week 16 against the Raiders.
