Dulin had one reception for a 54-yard touchdown on his lone target in Sunday's loss to Houston.

Dulin played on 11 of the offense's 45 snaps as he got time as the fourth receiver. He played more snaps than Anthony Gould (seven) among the reserve receivers. Dulin is unlikely to play a major role if the top three or four receivers (Josh Downs could return this week from an ankle injury) are healthy.

The Giants signed Smith-Marsette on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Smith-Marsette fell short of making Carolina's initial 53-man roster in late August, but now he's found a spot on the Giants' active roster. The 25-year-old wideout is expected to assume New York's kick- and punt-return duties with Gunner Olszewski (groin) likely missing a couple months.

Jones played one offensive snap and didn't receive a target during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Dolphins.

The 26-year-old re-signed with the Jaguars in mid-April but unsurprisingly saw most of his action on special teams in Week 1, as he played 16 snaps. Jones appears to be behind Parker Washington and Devin Duvernay on the depth chart at wide receiver, but none of that trio is likely to have offensive relevance if top wideouts Christian Kirk, Gabe Davis and Brian Thomas remain healthy.

Toney agreed to join the Browns' practice squad Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Toney was let go by the Chiefs during roster cutdowns, but he'll now get a fresh start with the Browns. When healthy, Toney offers play-making potential, but with Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy, Elijah Moore and Cedric Tillman already in the team's wideout mix, Toney doesn't have an immediate path to a large role in Cleveland's offense.

Washington caught his lone target for three yards and returned two kickoffs for 44 yards during Sunday's 20-17 loss to Miami.

The 22-year-old played just seven offensive snaps as Gabe Davis, Brian Thomas and Christian Kirk dominated the wideout reps for Jacksonville in Week 1. Washington saw the field more than fellow reserve wide receivers Devin Duvernay and Tim Jones but won't have any fantasy utility in his current role.

Woods was not targeted over 12 snaps in Sunday's 29-27 win over Indianapolis in Week 1.

Woods served at the back end of the depth chart along with second-year wideout Xavier Hutchinson, both of whom were allotted 12 snaps. Woods, a 12-year veteran, is coming off his statistically worst season and will operate as a fourth or fifth wideout unless injuries hit.

Washington (quadriceps) was listed as a non-participant in Monday's practice estimate, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Washington missed the team's Week 1 win over the Jaguars with the injury,and given the short week ahead, may be in danger of missing Thursday's game against the Bills. However, it's worth noting that the Dolphins didn't hold an actual practice Monday, so Washington's participation level was just an estimate. More clarity on his potential to suit up Week 2 should be available Tuesday.

Hutchinson caught his lone target for three yards in Sunday's 29-27 win over Indianapolis in Week 1.

Hutchinson served as the fifth wideout for the season opener, playing 12 snaps. That's the same amount as 12-year veteran Robert Woods, who went without a target in the win. Hutchinson leveraged a strong preseason to leapfrog John Metchie, who was inactive Week 1. Hutchinson came on late in 2023, when the Texans were dealing with injuries, and appears to be an injury away from a more significant role.

The Rams are expected to place Nacua (knee) on injured reserve during the upcoming week, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, head coach Sean McVay clarified his earlier comments from Monday and confirmed that Nacua is indeed headed for IR. In that context, the wideout will be eligible to return to action as soon as Oct. 20 against the Raiders. In Nacua's looming absence, Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington are candidates to see added work behind top wideout Cooper Kupp.

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Monday that Nacua (knee) is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Nacua is dealing with a PCL sprain of his right knee, per Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com. If Nacua ends up being placed on IR, he would be forced to miss at least four games. In that scenario, Demarcus Robinson and Tyler Johnson would be candidates to see extra reps in three-receiver sets alongside Cooper Kupp.
