Tayvion Robinson WR | CAR
Tayvion Robinson: Waived from IR
The Panthers waived Robinson (undisclosed) from injured reserve with a settlement Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
This is now the third time the Panthers have waived Robinson since he first signed with the team in July. The 23-year-old will shift his focus to getting healthy and then look to catch on with another team.

Peter LeBlanc WR | CHI
Peter LeBlanc: Waived by Bears
The Bears waived LeBlanc on Monday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
This is the second time the Bears have waived LeBlanc since he first signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in May. The 23-year-old could be a candidate to catch on with Chicago's practice squad should he clear waivers.

Phillip Brooks WR | KC
Phillip Brooks: Cut by Kansas City
The Chiefs waived Brooks on Monday.
Brooks linked with Kansas City back in May as an undrafted rookie out of Kansas State, but he wasn't able to do enough this offseason to earn a spot on the initial 53-man roster. At 5-foot-7, the undersized wideout's clearest path to contributing at the NFL level will likely be in the return game. He could get a chance on the Chiefs' practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

Tre'Shaun Harrison WR | TEN
Tre'Shaun Harrison: Dropped by Tennessee
The Titans waived Harrison (ankle) with an injury designation Monday, Sam Phalen of AtoZSports.com reports.
The Oregon State product has been sidelined as of late due to an ankle issue, and Tennessee has now decided to part ways with Harrison. If Harrison clears waivers, he'll revert to the Titans' injured reserve list and miss all of 2024 unless the two sides reach an injury settlement at some point this season.

Ainias Smith WR | CAR
Eagles' Ainias Smith: Candidate to miss time
Smith (ankle/hamstring) underwent an MRI on Monday and could be a candidate to miss the start of the regular season, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Smith, a rookie fifth-round pick, has impressed in the preseason and seemed to be making a strong case for a spot on the 53-man roster. If Smith's MRI indeed confirms an injury that will impact his Week 1 availability, however, the Eagles could instead opt to place him on IR, which would rule him out for the first four games of the year. However, Philadelphia's recent acquisition of Jahan Dotson via trade from the Commanders makes Smith's path to a significant role in the slot murky, even if he can quickly return to full health.

Kaden Davis WR | CHI
Kaden Davis: Done in Detroit
The Lions waived Davis on Monday, Jordan Schultz of BleacherReport.com reports.
Despite some flashes in the preseason, Davis didn't manage to secure a spot on Detroit's initial 53-man roster, but he could resurface as a member of the team's practice squad if no other club shows greater interest in his services. Davis spent most of last season on Arizona's practice squad, and he was active for one game with the team but didn't play any snaps.

David Bell WR | CLE
Browns' David Bell: Expected to practice this week
Coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Bell (quadriceps) will return to practice this week, Patrick Warren of the Browns' official site reports.
Bell hasn't practiced since suffering a quad injury during Cleveland's preseason opener against the Packers on Aug. 10, but he's in line to get back on the field this week. That will leave the depth wideout roughly two weeks to ramp up his activity level prior to the Browns' regular-season opener against Dallas on Sept. 8.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Phillip Dorsett: Misses Denver's roster
The Broncos are releasing Dorsett on Monday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
The 2015 first-round pick spent most of his 2023 campaign on the Broncos' practice squad, and he could very well end up on there again after his release Monday.
-
Cam Johnson WR | CAR
Cam Johnson: Out in Dallas
The Cowboys waived Johnson on Monday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Before being waived Monday, Johnson signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in early May. The Northwestern product caught 54 balls for 684 yards and six touchdowns in 13 games during his final collegiate season in 2023.
-
David Durden WR | DAL
David Durden: Dropped by Dallas
The Cowboys waived Durden (undisclosed) with an injury designation Monday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
The 25-year-old wideout missed all of 2023 due to a torn ACL, but despite moving past that issue in late July, he appears to be dealing with another injury and has since been cut by the Cowboys. If Durden clears waivers, he'll revert to Dallas' injured reserve list and miss all of 2024 unless the two parties can reach an injury settlement at some point this season.
