  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Goes off for 189 yards

Nacua finished with nine receptions on 11 targets for 181 yards while adding two carries for eight yards in Sunday's 41-24 win over the Lions.

Nacua set a new high-water mark for receiving yards in a single game this season just one week after missing his previous mark (170) by three yards against the Cardinals. The budding superstar was balling out so hard against the Lions that he was forced to leave the contest in the fourth quarter due to cramping. Nacua's fantasy managers can exhale knowing that he promptly returned to the field in order to finish off one of the top individual performances in Week 15. The same could not be said for teammate Davante Adams (hamstring), who was forced out of the win with the same injury that had been nagging him in recent weeks. With a short turnaround in Week 16, it wouldn't be surprising if Adams misses Thursday's tilt against the Seahawks. That scenario would lead to Nacua seeing heavy usage while operating as Matthew Stafford's top target in a crucial matchup within the NFC West.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Hospitalized after chest injury

Watson (chest) was taken to the hospital after getting hurt during Sunday's 34-26 loss to the Broncos, head coach Matt LaFleur said after the game, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

LaFleur doesn't know if Watson will be cleared to accompany the team back to Green Bay on Sunday night. The wide receiver got hurt while diving for an errant pass that was intercepted by Patrick Surtain in the fourth quarter. The Packers' next game will be Saturday night at Chicago.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Rams' Davante Adams: Could miss Thursday's game

Head coach Sean McVay said after Sunday's 41-34 win over the Lions that Adams (hamstring) is unlikely to play Thursday against the Seahawks, though McVay "wouldn't rule (Adams) out quite yet," Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Adams left Sunday's win over the Lions in the fourth quarter and didn't return after aggravating a hamstring injury. The veteran wide receiver was optimistic about his injury after the game, and while Adams appears to have avoided a significant injury, he'll be hard-pressed to recover on a short week in time to face the Seahawks on Thursday in a game with significant implications in the NFC West race.

  • Saints' Devaughn Vele: Arm in sling after Week 15 win

Vele (shoulder) had his left arm in a sling after Sunday's 20-17 win over the Panthers, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Vele exited due to a shoulder injury in the fourth quarter after catching five of six targets for 69 yards. The wide receiver needed a sling after the game, suggesting he's fighting an uphill battle to be ready to face the Jets in Week 16, but more clarity on Vele's status should surface when the Saints resume practicing Wednesday.

  • Van Jefferson WR | WAS

Titans' Van Jefferson: Leaves game Sunday

Jefferson had to leave Sunday's game with a back injury.

The wide receiver caught one pass for 43 yards on five targets before exiting. Jefferson tied for second on the team in targets for the game. At the moment, he is Tennessee's third receiver behind Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike, so his status will be worth monitoring as the practice week begins.

  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Quickly returns after cramping

Nacua (cramps) has returned to Sunday's game against the Lions, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Nacua was briefly deemed questionable to return in the fourth quarter but retook the field on the team's next possession. He is working on a second consecutive performance with 167 or more receiving yards.

  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Bears' DJ Moore: Pair of scores in win

Moore recorded four receptions on five targets for 69 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 31-3 win over the Browns.

Moore didn't see a big bump in targets even with the continued absence of Rome Odunze (foot), finishing tied for second on the team with five opportunities. However, he delivered splash plays throughout the game to deliver a big fantasy performance. Moore's longest catch of the day went for 25 yards just before halftime, but his most impactful catches were scores of six and 22 yards -- the latter of which was a highlight-reel catch between two defenders. He remains an inconsistent producer, but he has now scored multiple times in two of his last four games while also topping 60 yards in both of those contests.

  • Puka Nacua WR | LAR

Rams' Puka Nacua: Questionable due to cramps

Nacua (cramps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Lions.

Nacua has been deemed questionable to return in the fourth quarter. He may not get a chance to add to his eight catches for 169 yards on 10 targets against Detroit. Nacua also rushed once for six yards before the cramping issue arose.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Rams' Davante Adams: Hurts hamstring against Lions

Adams (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Lions.

Adams pulled up lame and fell down while running a deep route in the fourth quarter. He went to the locker room shortly afterward, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Adams presumably aggravated the hamstring injury that cut into his practice participation throughout the week and had the veteran wide receiver listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game. Prior to getting injured, Adams caught four of nine targets for 71 yards.

  • Jalen Tolbert WR | MIA

Cowboys' Jalen Tolbert: Won't play Week 15

Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

It's the third time in four games that Tolbert will be a healthy scratch. Ryan Flournoy, KaVontae Turpin and Jonathan Mingo will be the top depth options for the Cowboys behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens for Sunday night's game. Tolbert's next opportunity to play is Week 16 against the Chargers on Sunday, Dec. 21.
