Thompson agreed to a contract with the Buccaneers on Wednesday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

With Deven Thompkins (hamstring) recently landing on injured reserve, Thompson will give the Bucs another veteran wideout to serve as a camp body. In 12 career games with the Seahawks from 2021 through 2023, Thompson has recorded just one reception for 10 yards.

The Jaguars waived White (knee) with an injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The move comes as no surprise, as White suffered a torn ACL on Monday and is expected to miss most, if not all, of the 2024 season. If White clears waivers, he'll revert to Jacksonville's injured reserve list.

Nailor missed the first two days of Minnesota's mandatory minicamp with an illness, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

According to Lewis, Nailor was a standout performer during the first few days of OTAs, but an illness is now compromising his ability to carry that momentum into minicamp. The 25-year-old wide receiver appeared in just six games for Minnesota last season, catching three of his six targets for 29 yards while playing 94 total offensive snaps. Once Nailor moves past the illness, he's expected to compete for a depth role in the Minnesota wideout room behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.

Olave injured his shoulder in the weight room a few weeks ago and has been wearing a no-contact jersey at recent OTA practices, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

The injury is seemingly a minor one, considering Olave has been a full practice participant while donning the no-contract jersey, per Paras. Olave should be fine for the start of training camp in late July, at which point he'll be the clear centerpiece of the Saints passing game under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

Palmer (knee) handled his most reps of the offseason during Tuesday's practice, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Palmer averaged a career-high 58.1 receiving yards per game last season, but he missed Weeks 9 through 14 with a knee sprain and then suffered another knee injury in the season finale. After spending part of the offseason rehabbing, Palmer has resumed practicing with teammates and is the safest bet to start at WR in a new-look Chargers offense under coordinator Greg Roman. The team moved on from Keenan Allen and Mike Williams (knee) this offseason before bringing in second-round pick Ladd McConkey and veteran DJ Chark. There's a breakout opportunity for Palmer in the final season of his rookie contract, if he can combine the volume he saw in 2022 (107 targets) with the big-play ability he flashed last year (15.3 yards per catch, career-high 11.2 aDOT). On the other hand, he's never been targeted on more than 18.1 percent of his routes in a season, even though Williams and Allen combined for only 39 appearances (out of a possible 68) the past two years.

Allen said Monday that he's "going to play as long as I can" and is willing to sign an extension with Chicago, Patrick Finley of the Chicago-Sun Times reports.

The Bears reportedly haven't held extension talks with Allen since acquiring him from the Chargers in March, which isn't exactly a surprise given that they used a first-round pick on receiver Rome Odunze six weeks later and may want to sign DJ Moore to an extension this offseason. Regardless of what happens with the contracts, No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams will have one of the best wideout trios in the league, with Moore and Allen both coming off 2023 seasons with career highs for yards per game. Allen is likely looking at a big volume dip in his age-32 season after averaging a league-high 11.5 targets in his 13 games for the Chargers in 2023, but he doesn't seem to be thinking about retirement just yet, instead perhaps counting on another productive season and a big fourth contract. He's expected to be the Bears' slot receiver in three-wide formations and their "Z" receiver in two-wide looks.

Jackson was waived by the Falcons on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Jackson linked up with the Falcons earlier in the spring as an undrafted free agent out of Rutgers. He'll now have to find a new opportunity if he plans to suit up for an NFL team in 2024.

Harry has gotten work at tight end during OTAs, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.

Harry has struggled to find his footing in the NFL since being selected in the first round of the 2019 Draft by the Patriots. Standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 225 pounds, the 26-year-old arguably has the size of the position, and the shift could help him find the potential he was drafted for in the league.

Aiyuk is not present at 49ers' minicamp this week as he seeks a new contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

This was expected after Aiyuk didn't report for voluntary OTAs following an offseason full of trade speculation. The wideout ultimately wasn't traded, and the two sides have reportedly engaged in dialogue regarding a new deal, though nothing has seemed to advance further than the talking stage. Aiyuk is scheduled for a $14.124 million salary in 2024, the final year of his rookie deal. He's one of the many receivers around the league set to be paid handsomely, although it's unclear if San Francisco will ultimately be the team signing the checks.

Brown (shoulder) is expected to be ready for the start of training camp next month, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Brown is still recovering from surgery to repair a torn labrum he suffered in the Texans' playoff win over the Browns back in January. However, the veteran wideout seems to be on track in his rehab and should be healed well in advance of Week 1. Following the Texans' addition of Stefon Diggs to go with Nico Collins and Tank Dell, Brown will be in the mix for fourth wideout duties in Houston after re-signing on a one-year deal over the offseason.
