Harty is slated to sign a one-year deal with the Ravens, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Harty, who recorded a 15/150/1 receiving line in 16 regular-season games with the Bills in 2023, gives the Ravens some added wideout depth behind Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman and Nelson Agholor. In addition to that, the Baltimore native is a candidate to fill the void created by the departure of last year's top return man, Devin Duvernay.

The Texans released Bachman on Tuesday.

Bachman last saw regular-season game action in 2021 with the Giants. The 27-year-old Wake Forest product will look to catch on elsewhere as a depth wideout after having spent time on Houston's practice squad last season.

The Giants signed Boykin on Tuesday.

In 17 regular-season games while working mainly on special teams for the Steelers in 2023, Boykin caught three of his four targets for 17 yards. With the Giants, the 6-foot-4, 220-pounder will provide size and added depth to the squad's wide receiver corps and likely fill a similar role.

Lamb may be absent from the start of Cowboys offseason workouts April 15 as he seeks a new contract, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Lamb is currently scheduled to play out the 2024 season on the fifth-year option of his rookie deal, which would carry a $17.99 million salary. Skipping offseason workouts is one of Lamb's only bargaining chips if he seeks a contract extension immediately, other than attempting a more severe holdout. Attendance will be voluntary until Dallas' minicamp early June, and it remains to be seen whether Lamb would actually consider a holdout at that point. The 25-year-old solidified himself as one of the NFL's top wideouts with a 135-1,749-12 receiving line through 17 regular-season games in 2023, and a new contract could place him in the range of a $30 million per year salary, similar to Tyreek Hill's deal atop the WR market. That said, the Cowboys also have to navigate the contract situations of stars Dak Prescott and Micah Parsons.

Harty is scheduled to visit the Ravens on Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Harty, who was let go by the Bills last month, could be a good fit with the Ravens, given that they could use some some added wideout depth behind Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman. Additionally, the Baltimore native can offer utility as a returner, an area that the Ravens need to address following the offseason departure of Devin Duvernay.

Diggs agreed to a one-year, $22.52 million restructured contract with the Texans on Thursday, enabling the wideout to become a free agent after the 2024 season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Before he was traded to the Texans on Wednesday, Diggs had been on the Bills' books through the 2027 season after signing a four-year, $96 million contract extension in April 2022. Schefter notes that the Texans took $3.5 million that was guaranteed to Diggs in 2025 and shifted it to this coming season while enabling the wideout to hit free agency next offseason, when he'll be 31 years old. With the reported contract adjustment, Schefter notes that the Texans anticipate getting a highly motivated version of Diggs, given that he'll be in position to seek another long-term deal. In his new locale, Diggs is slated to headline a Houston pass-catching corps that also features fellow wideouts Nico Collins and Tank Dell, as well as tight end Dalton Schultz and running back Joe MIxon. While Diggs will have some legitimate competition for targets, he should nonetheless see steady weekly volume from ascending second-year quarterback C.J. Stroud.

Dortch signed his one-year exclusive rights tender with the Cardinals on Wednesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Dortch is coming off a 2023 season in which he recorded 24 receptions (on 41 targets) for 280 yards and two touchdowns in 16 contests for Arizona. With Marquise Brown and Rondale Moore no longer with the team, Dortch could see added opportunities during the upcoming season, though to what degree remains to be seen since the Cardinals will likely add receiver depth in the coming month via the 2024 NFL Draft.

Dell (leg) and Nico Collins are part of a potent Texans receiver group that now includes Stefon Diggs, whom Houston acquired from Buffalo on Wednesday, ESPN.com reports.

Dell is now even less likely to match his massive target volume from the four-game stretch preceding his season-ending leg fracture last season -- he produced a 25-369-5 receiving line on 43 targets Weeks 9 through 12. He should still plenty of playing time, and he'll be part of an offense that could rank near the top of the league in pass rate and/or usage of three-wideout formations. While Dell and Nico Collins both had more success than Diggs working downfield last season, there's little doubt that Diggs' presence will at the very least cut into some of the quick or schemed targets that boost a player's fantasy value. The leg injury seems like less of a concern, as Dell was said to be running at full speed in mid-March and on track to participate in spring practices. The team should have fairly flat target distribution if all the main contributors stay healthy, with running back Joe Mixon likely seeing about 3-to-4 targets per game and tight end Dalton Schultz a bit more than that. The big question -- which will remain an unknown for now -- is how many wideout targets are up for grabs and how they're distributed among Dell, Diggs and Collins.

Collins and Tank Dell will face increased target competition in 2024 after the Texans acquired Stefon Diggs from the Bills on Wednesday, ESPN.com reports.

C.J. Stroud had one of the best rookie seasons ever by an NFL quarterback and now has arguably the best group of pass catchers in the league. Diggs is coming off six consecutive seasons with at least six touchdowns and more than 1,000 yards, and he's now joining an offense in which Collins put up 80-1,297-8 receiving line on 109 targets (15 games) and Dell produced a 47-709-7 line on 75 targets (11 games). The Texans also have useful pass catchers at running back and tight end with Joe Mixon and Dalton Schultz, creating a scenario that'll make it hard for some (or all) of the players to get as many passing-game looks as they might on other teams. On the other hand, Houston's offense has a chance to be one of the most efficient in the league, and adding Diggs could encourage offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik to call pass plays at a higher rate than he did last season.

Shakir faces a clearer path to targets in 2024 after the Bills traded Stefon Diggs to the Texans on Wednesday, just a few weeks after Gabe Davis signed as a free agent with the Jaguars.

One would think Bills general manager Brandon Beane has a second move up his sleeve following Wednesday's blockbuster deal, plus Buffalo will almost certainly select one or two wide receivers toward the top of their draft. For the time being, though, Shakir and newcomer Curtis Samuel are the team's top two receivers. Shakir, who is heading into his third NFL season, is coming off a 2023 campaign in which he produced a 39-611-2 receiving line over 17 regular-season games. His fantasy prospects continue to trend upward, especially with Josh Allen's strong arm delivering him the ball.
