The Texans acquired Diggs, a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 fifth-round pick from the Bills on Wednesday in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Diggs spent the last four years in Buffalo, where he averaged 111.3 catches for 1,343 yards and 9.3 touchdowns without ever missing a game. His production fell off a cliff in the second half of 2023, however, and there had been rumblings for a few years now about his hot-and-cold relationship with quarterback Josh Allen and other members of the Buffalo organization. Diggs will now be paired with another franchise quarterback, Houston's C.J. Stroud, but in an offense that offers stronger target competition following breakout 2023 performances from wideouts Nico Collins and Tank Dell.

The Seahawks are in line to sign Shenault, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Before landing on IR this past November due to an ankle injury, Shenault recorded 10 catches for 60 yards and 12 carries for 55 yards, while also returning six kickoffs for 167 yards in eight regular-season games with the Panthers. Now presumably past his injury, the 2020 second-rounder will provide wideout depth for the Seahawks behind DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, though initially Shenault's primary impact figures to come as a returner.

Rice's attorney said Monday that the wide receiver is cooperating with police after a vehicle registered to him was involved in a multi-car crash Saturday evening, Jamie Stengle of The Associated Press reports.

It isn't yet clear if Rice was in one of the two cars responsible for causing a six-car crash. If so, he could face criminal charges, as drivers and passengers from a Lamborghini SUV and a Corvette allegedly left the scene of the accident without providing information or seeing if anyone needed medical attention. The crash isn't believed to have involved any serious injuries, though two occupants of another vehicle were taken to a hospital for further attention.

Johnson agreed to terms with the Rams on Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Johnson spent most of last season on Los Angeles' practice squad, but he did get into the team's Week 18 game against San Francisco, catching two of three targets for eight yards and scoring a touchdown. He also has played with Tampa Bay and Houston in his NFL career, and his most prolific season came with the Buccaneers in 2021, when he recorded 36 catches for 360 yards. The news of his re-signing was shared initially by his agency, though terms were not disclosed.

Dallas police are searching for Rice in connection with a major multi-vehicle traffic collision that occurred Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The accident occurred at about 6:20 p.m. locale time, and at this time, it's unclear whether anyone was hurt in the crash or to what extent Rice was involved. According to Kelli Smith and R.J. Coyle of The Dallas Morning News, a vehicle involved in the collision is believed to be registered or leased to the Kansas City receiver, though the report also notes that Rice didn't appear in Dallas County jail records as of Sunday, and it's also unclear whether he's facing charges. Rice grew up in the Dallas area and attended SMU before being selected by the Chiefs in second round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Zaccheaus has agreed to a deal with the Commanders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

In his only campaign with the Eagles, Zaccheaus (who caught 40 passes with the Falcons in 2022) finished the 2023 regular season with 10 catches for 164 yards and two TDs in 17 games. With the Commanders, the 26-year-old will add depth to a wideout corps that is currently led by Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson. In that context, Zaccheaus has some bounce-back potential if he can carve out steady snaps in 2024 behind the team's top duo.

Reynolds agreed Wednesday with the Broncos on a two-year contract, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Per Garafolo, Reynolds' deal with Denver is worth a maximum of $14 million. The wideout, who turned 29 years old last month, is coming off a 2023 campaign in which he caught 40 of his 64 targets for 608 yards and five touchdowns in 17 regular-season contests for Detroit. With the Broncos, Reynolds will help fill the void created by the recent trade of Jerry Jeudy to the Browns. Reynolds will have a chance to compete with Tim Patrick (Achilles) and Marvin Mims for targets behind No. 1 wideout Courtland Sutton.

St. Brown is discussing an extension with the Lions, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.

The 2021 fourth-round pick is entering the final season of his rookie contract, after catching 315 passes for 3,588 yards and 21 touchdowns through his first three years. It's likely only a matter of time before St. Brown becomes one of the highest-paid non-QBs in the league, though he may be hesitant to sign before seeing what other top WRs about to hit the open market end up getting, such as Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb and Ja'Marr Chase. In any case, St. Brown will be back as the lead target for quarterback Jared Goff in a talented Detroit offense that looks set to return either nine or 10 starters from last season plus a handful of key backups.

Titans coach Brian Callahan told ESPN's Kevin Clark that he envisions Ridley's role as being "very similar" to what Ja'Marr Chase did for the Bengals.

Chase is bigger, stronger and probably also faster, not to mention he has Joe Burrow throwing him the ball rather than Will Levis. Still, it's promising that Callahan -- the former offensive coordinator in Cincinnati -- hopes to have Ridley mimic Chase's usage, as the 2021 fifth overall pick got a lot of easy receptions the past two years, including 35 targets behind the line of scrimmage in 2023 (tied for second most among WRs). Ridley saw eight passes behind the line last season in Jacksonville and got only 22 percent of his targets between the numbers, whereas Chase drew 44 percent of his looks in the middle part of the field. The Titans do have other solid options for screens and quick passes, however, with Ridley joined by DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks at wide receiver, tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo and running backs Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard.

The Packers feel like they have a better understanding of Watson's injury issues after he underwent a body scan at University of Wisconsin-Madison earlier this offseason, Wes Hodkiewicz of Packers.com reports.

Hamstring problems resulted in multi-game absences three times during Watson's first two NFL seasons, and he was removed early from other contests with a concussion (Week 8 of 2022), chest injury (Week 9 of 2022), hip injury (Week 16 of 2022) and back/chest injury (Week 9 of 2023). It's a worrying list of medical problems for someone with only 953 career snaps -- essentially one season's worth -- but Watson has mostly been effective when available, catching 69 of 119 targets for 1,033 yards and 12 touchdowns and taking 11 carries for 91 yards and two additional scores. The 2022 second-round pick is part of one of the deepest group of pass catchers in the league, with Green Bay having six players who recorded over 350 receiving yards last season, all of them rookies or second-year pros. Watson's 4.36 speed is unique among that group, but durability and workload concerns remain a significant part of the fantasy equation even if the Packers are feeling more optimistic about his chances of staying relatively healthy in 2024.
